An Amazing place to shop! I walked in and NEVER wanted to leave. The store is so big! It just keeps going and going lol They have a very nice decoration section with a great selection. Reasonably priced in my opinion. They do custom work, so Im very excited to work with them for some small projects I have in mind ( I will review again when i get to the projects) Freshwater fish selection it pretty good too, they had some fish I havent been able to find at other places. I dont know too much about salt water. So I cant really review that part. And the employees that I worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. All around a beautiful clean store that I would recommend to anyone. They forsure got my business!

Was at the fish Gallery but as I was waiting they sold the fish that I wanted to somebody else and never asked me if I wanted any help. I WAS THERE BEFORE THAT PERSON WAS EVEN IN THERE STORE. Oh well they have a lackluster selection of saltwater fish anyway and the last fish I bought from them died so might be a blessing... Good bye and hope you help other customers in the order in which they were received.. Rob of Spring Tx oh by the way in the last two months I spent $1,600 on my saltwater tank. The person you helped is probably an novice and not a hobbyist.... being that she didnt even know what the fish she was buying or how to take care of them or what precautions.

Very clean store. Knowledgable(and helpful) staff. Livestock is being cared for with respect. The entire stores emphasis is on enjoying livestock. You almost have to put effort into finding dry goods. A lot of thought went into this store. I give them 4 stars because its VERY hard to obtain 5 stars through my rating system. They are lacking a large reef tank. There is a couple decent sized reef I think the back, but they should have a reef tank as large as the existing freshwater setup. Over all - this is a great aquatics store on the surface. I only purchase from this location. I have never used their services(aquarium maint.).

I LOVE this store!! I spend at least 45 minutes here everytime I go! Their setup is beautiful and very neat. The whole place is very organized unlike most places Ive been too. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any of my questions about my tank. Ive bought over 30 fish from them now and have not had one issue. Theyve got a wide variety of fish and live plants. Every time I go I find something different. I feel like a kid in a candy store... I want everything lol.

Ive been in a few times, with really good service and advice on setting up my tank. But my experience with their fish has been less than ideal. Ive bought tetras that all crashed within a day, platys that crashed with the exception of 2, and now the blue ram I bought a week ago just died. Im shocked that there is NO health guarantee on the fish or replacement service. Most suppliers will replace the fish with proof of good water. I will be avoiding them from now on.

Really cool display/gallery thing in the front. The guy I talked to was happy to help and very knowledgable. We chatted about owning fish and lizards and about the set up of my tank and he made some recommendations and showed me around. I went back later after thinking it over and another guy helped me very quickly. Very nice big selection of fish and fish supplies, nice clean store, lots of cool displays to look at while mulling over your purchase.

They have very nice dispay tanks in the main area, but they have horrible water conditions for their stocked tanks. Many of their fish have multiple illnesses do to over crowding tanks. If you want to help save diseased fish from fin rot, eye cloud, body sores, pop eye, body slime, and ammonia poisoning then this is the place for you. Staff is friendly though. I will not return.

This is a nice and clean store. One warning, if they special order a fish for you, then it seems like you better run down there as soon as they call you. If youre out of town and dont get the message for a couple days...they will sell the fish to someone else. It would have been nice to be given a call back letting me know they sold it before I drove all the way to the store.

Went to the location in The Woodlands for the first time on Sunday 6/26/16 and was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I spent about 15-20 mins in the store and none of the 4 to 5 employees that were in the store ever acknowledged my daughter and me. Had a couple of them walk right passed me and they never even said a word. I will NOT go back to that place.

I went to the woodlands location from humble to get saltwater. Way under salted! SG was at 1.018 unfortunately I was already home. Call just to inform them, only to get the voicemail about 4 times in 20 minutes or so. When I was there about 5 workers were just standing around talking. Maybe they got a SUPER RUSH when I left and couldnt get to the phone!

Friendly, truthful, knowledgble helpful staff that never seemed annoyed when asked a question. A young lady was feeding and doing water changes, as she was doing this she was telling us information on whatever fish were in the tank. Tanks were all clean, fish were all healthy. Overall nice place to get some fish.

We absolutely enjoy going to fish gallery. KC is very helpful. We prefer to only go when he is there. He is very informative and you can tell he really knows his stuff and hes not just fishing around. We refer everybody to fish gallery and tell them to ask for KC. Wont go any where else.

Gorgeoys store with plenty of display aquariums very large ones!! Super helpful!! They have always been sweet everytime i go! Very nice staff! Gorgeous fish! Beautiful selection! Started buying cichlids and they are all doing great! Cant wait to go back to get more!!

My family and I love it here its one of her favorite places to go theyre definitely knowledgeable about the fish and they have so much to look at and we have never had a problem getting any kind of fish from here they always seem healthy

This crew has been very helpful no doubt. Im still suffering the expensive aquarium blues but these guys have helped me every step of the way. I know I know I should have given 5 stars, but my wallets is suffering big time... haha.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE PRICED 300% HIGHER THAN PETCO FOR THE SAME AQUARIUMS AND THEY HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY! EVEN IF THE ITEM IS STILL IN THE BOX AND HAS NEVER BEEN USED, THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK! GO TO PETCO!

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Some people say that it kinda hard to get help but if you approach any of the staff and ask a question they have always in my case been extremely helpful

They dont take care of their fish, dirty tanks and not a good selection. The staff is not very knowledgeable either. There are lots of better stores like FJW and City Pets.
