The staff is really knowledgeable. They will make recommendations based on your set-up, not what they are trying to push like some other stores. Prices are good. Their maintenance service is great. I love not having to lug around water to do water changes. I had an emergency and they came out right away to replace my pump. Could not be happier.

Very smart staff and very honest non chain company. I bought fish from Planetfish, and fish from Petsmart. The Petsmart fish died. The Planetfish fish are still beautiful and healthy. Also, the advice they give is excellent, and the prices are very low.
