Given passes to a concert and tried calling the casino NUMEROUS times to find out where to go for the actual tickets, only to get stuck in a loop in their automated phone system! When someone FINALLY did answer, they only knew how to transfer my call to another department - without telling you the extension, so you cannot call back directly if say... NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE at that extension!!! I am so frustrated!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS IF IT RELIES ON YOUR PHONE SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People need to talk to REAL people!

Ate at snack bar tonight, has been really long time since ate here. Hoping would be better this time, prices went up again same old dried out food. Hamburger tasted like cooked at lunch time and reheated for evening black and charred on the bottom. Canned mushrooms for mushroom Swiss burger used to be fresh. Wife had a Philly cheese steak nothing to Bragg about. French fries cooked in old grease. Be a long time before spend money at this bad excuse for a snack bar.

They have the most broken machines of all the casinos in Tucson. Service is bad. Most the time you end up waiting 2-3-4 hours for a soda,or you have to get up and find someone. If you can find someone. Payouts are almost nonexistent. Definitely try a different casino. I used to go quite a bit but now it is a waste of time and definitely not worth the money spent.

I love this place with passion love the peoples who works there very very nice peoples the place its changed a lot when I was there it change for better and more roomier to sit and eat love the restaurant area LOVE THIS PLACE♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

We have played here several times. We have actually won more then lost. The area seems smoke free but it is not, just good fans. The food has been very good, many times it is free. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Old and not very clean. Thought it would be a good place for a quick bite waiting for a business meeting nearby, but no, this is not a good place for that either. Also smoke filled rooms.
