I love this theater! The upgraded seats aRe awesome, especially if you find sitting in old seats a literal PAIN in the butt. I love that they offer Pepsi products as well. The big kid combo offers, popcorn, pop and full size treat. Its a great value for only five bucks! My only reason for not giving a five star rating is my issue is with the folks getting your refreshments. These people are in NO HURRY!!! In my opinion, they feel you would be happy to stand in line for up to twenty minutes and miss the beginning of your show just to be served by them. In addition, the last time I asked for "just a very small amount of butter," I later discovered the pond of grease that had flowed from my treat box onto a brand new pair of pants. Now, I did have a huge padding of their high grade napkins under my box however, it wasnt enough! I should have had it sitting on a lunch room tray or some other surface that popcorn butter could not penetrate. LOL Despite the food snafu and service I have always found the theater to be clean, cool and comfortable.

We went to a movie at prime-time, 9 people total in the theater. Only to have 2 people talking for over an hour. I finally said "shh" in a normal tone. The man said "F**K you, then a young girl sitting 2 rows away from where the "talkers" were jumped up and said "Shut the F**K up, thats my mom!" I then walked out of the theater to talk to the manager. He did NOTHING to keep the pair from talking. My son and I had to move to the front row to finish the movie and had to worry the rest of the time if the agitated guest would approach us again. I now remember why we havent been to Copper Creek in years. We will drive 20 minutes to the other side of town to Jordan Creek like we normally do. Trashy theater, no rule enforcement by management.

So the movie my wife and I wanted to see says online it starts at 10pm and it says the same thing inside but the girl that the desk tells my wife and I that the movie started at 920 and if we wanted to see it anyway we could but not for free why would I want to go see a movie that started 40 minutes ago and still pay for it you wouldnt pay full price for a half eaten pizza and they wouldnt do anything about it and to top it off I had to pay $50 for our teeneighbor to come watch our kids on a Saturday night but waste of time and money hope they are willing to pay me back

well i took my fiance to see the girl with the dragon tattoo. terrible experience. the employee at the ticket window was rude and didnt know how to use a credit card machine so i had to pay cash. we saw the food prices and decided against eating. the woman who took our tickets was rude. we liked the comfortable seating..and its a good thing too because the movie was supposed to start at 415 but didnt start until nearly 5. the only thing it had going for it was the great screen quality. otherwise i was very disappointed.

After visiting the Fridley Theaters, for the first time three years ago, the theater was good, but needed improvement. Since my last visit after the remodeling, the chairs are suited to optimize comfort, food , and drinks have been majorly improved, and the waiting area is much more inviting. As for Customer Service, it was before, and is now, one of the best I have come across. I highly recommend.

Customer service is always great, because the employees are happy and friendly. The new seats are very comfortable and allow for more leg room. Popcorn is always fresh. The ATMOS theatre sounds amazing. This theatre is always clean, especially the bathrooms. On Tuesdays, they offer a deal with matinee pricing and free popcorn with drink purchase, which is perfect for families.

Never ever had an issue at this theater!! Go there all the time, because prices are low and service is fast and always extremely friendly. Theaters are kept in great condition and always very clean. Same with the restrooms, always clean and well stocked. I truly only go to other theaters if I am out of the area!! A++++++++

Ive only been to this theater a couple of times. Its certainly not the best theater in Des Moines but far from the worst. It is moderately sized and is well managed. Since new cinemas have opened up recently business here is a little slower but a good option if you live close by.

Excellent theater with upgraded seats and very friendly service. Great neighborhood theater with some of the amenities of bigger ones and for an excellent value. Their staff is mostly kids from the area so you get that small town feeling in their service and attention to guests.

Its the only theater I go to, it used to be just because its close to where I live. Used to be kind of crappy, but after the renovation I think its really nice. But like all theaters itll cost you more for the movie than the date (if you do it right) but Copper creek 9 is a 9/10

Im not a huge fan of this theatre - it is fairly small in terms of capacity & it draws a large high schooler crowd. There are multiple choices that exceed Copper Creak in most aspects and are fairly close in proximity.

$7 for a Sunday afternoon show. Thats decent. Really nice seats! My daughter dropped her Icee when we got to our seat, they cleaned it up and topped off her drink for free. Free refills on lg pop and popcorn too!

We have called this our favorite theater since it was new. The remodel was overdue, but was worth the wait. Love the new seats! The best popcorn and Pepsi products puts it over the top for us!!!

Its been years since I was here. Love the new seats! Excited I could get Iced tea! Not impressed with thier concession stand special on Tuesdays. Im still shocked I paid $5 for an ice tea

Popcorn is the best here. The service is PERFECT. And the seats are amazing. The screen is nice and clear. Im very pleased with this theater and will continue to take my services to it
