Extremely overpriced food and over priced tickets. Nowadays it seems like they dont even have a regular viewing of a movie anymore, everything is 3D and of course twice the price of a regular ticket. Because of the food prices that result in $10-20 per person you see people sneak in whole meals from home (Im talking foil wrapped BBQ, spaghetti, etc.) or from the various, infinitely cheaper restaurants in the area like Burger King or White Castle. Cleanliness isnt so great either. Pretty much every time we go here the floor in the theater is sticky and sometimes cluttered with popcorn. At times even the arm rest has been sticky, forcing us to move (nowadays I just put the arm rest up every time.) One of the last times I went to the theater in the mens bathroom someone had managed to completely fill up 2 out of the 8 or so sinks with dense, chili-esque vomit (honestly it was amazing). The floors in the stalls are usually wet because the toilets leak. The seats in the theater arent that comfortable and the sound in some is off-putting. I always have to check the seats for gum or any other gunk in this disgusting place. Customer service is alright. I remember ordering a hot dog and the girl told me they werent ready so I just paid and decided to come back later. It took 3 trips, 2 before the movie started which were 15 minutes apart. Once the movie started I was like forget it and came back afterwards. Of course the girl had gone home so I had to see if I could get someone else to give me the hot dog I paid for. It was painless, but 3 hours to get a hot dog is kinda ridiculous. If you want to pay ridiculous prices for everything, eat inside a disgusting theater, then afterwards enjoy the chic wet floors & vomit in the bathroom this is the place for you.

U HAVE BEEN WARN PEOPLE>PLEASE DONT EVER COME HERE IF U WANNA FEEL SAFE WITH FAMILY I came here only once In my life on Tuesday September 30th, 2014>This theater Is very un organize In every way u can think of>Saw a FREE private screening for Annabelle here>first we all stand Inside like a normal crowd then they had split us In 2 different lines going outside of the theater til It was time to go back 20 mins before show time. Also not really a SAFE area at all. We also had to sit In the 1st 4 rows or very top last 2 rows because middle rows was reserve seats for VIP guest only. Plus these people dont know how to be quiet during a movie also they were throwing food everywhere around & also lights never came on at the end of the movie. Also found the floors sticky & all dirty. Very disappointed never coming back again>also people are very disrespectful here at this theater>the staff were very friendly. I have seen 51 movies this year In 2014 at a lot of different>this Is by far the very worst most disgusting theater I have ever been too In my life.

One of the smaller AMC theaters Ive ever been to. Guess that can be a good thing or bad thing depending on how you look at it. Went there recently for a Gofobo screening of Godzilla. Not quite sure if this is a reflection of Gofobo or the theater but the staff (one gentlemen in particular) was a little rude and unprofessional. While I understand the need for all people to put their phones away due to piracy issues, no one really wants to feel threatened if they dont turn it off completely. Its 2014. Im quite sure you can tell the difference if someone is filming the movie or simply reading a text. And all this happened BEFORE the movie even started. That said, its pretty much the same as any other AMC except a little bit smaller. One good thing about it is its in a shopping mall so parking is free.

I recently went to see "The Forest" with my mother. Once we walked In section 10 it had a foul odor we then sat in the front. Kids were running loud and to conclude this visit they had BUGS !! I barley go to the movies because I worry about things like this happening. I am a college student so I have been trying to make sure I do not take this back to my school. By the way I noticed this activity the next day ( I am not a nasty person period) I took immediate actions. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MOVIE THEATER OR ANY OTHER SHOWPLACE. *Note* Everyone has a different experience from others.

Rats!I went to go see the new hunger games movie and Ive never had a problem with any movie theater but on this particular trip I encountered extra small friends that I didnt expect to see. (rats and lots of em). All of the people in the front row could see them and I didnt really care at the time until one brushed my foot. I left an hour in through the movie. The great thing about this place is their service. They immediately offered to refund my money and gave me 3 free movie tickets. So service is good and facilities not so good.

I visited this theater with my two nieces. The fact it says students get in at a discounted price is clearly false unless you can some how prove it. I had to pay adult prices for my 11 and 12 year old niece because their Grammer school does not issue student I.D. nowhere does it state you have to show an I.D. the fact they are clearly minors should automatically prove they are students since its the Law that children must attend school. The manager denied them as being students since they couldnt prove it.

An individual was filming the entire movie and his camera equipment was making a loud squeaking noise. Several audience members attempted to get help from the staff, but none were available. Finally, a good samaritan decided to address the issue. This is completely unacceptable and caused a huge disturbance. We were not able to enjoy the movie in its entirety. I looked past the dirty theater that wasnt cleaned between shows, but this was a bit much. I wont be back to this location.

Even though it is a little bit far from downtown - its near Cicero Pink Line - it is my favorite theatre ever. On weekday, before evening, all movies are only $5!!!!!!!. No theatres in Chicago area can beat this price. Also, its facilities are also awesome. Conveniently located near Pink Line Station, it has lots of diners and shops nearby. Perfect place to spend a few hours with just only a few bucks.

As a senior I appreciate the Tuesday Special pricing. My brother and try to come every week. We have never had any bad experience as people have mentioned in the above comments. The staff has always been polite and smiling. The parking lot big and safe. The center security force are usually visible patrolling the lot in their cars. I personally appreciate the cleanliness of the theater.

This show is conveniently located close to my house and Ive never really had a bad experience. The only complaint is that their tickets are high after the matinee, which stops earlier than most theaters. Their concessions are also ridiculously overpriced. The AMC Stubs Card saves me a few bucks once I reach the rewards amount Ive already spent $100 so it doesnt really even out.
