Rarely do I write reviews but in the case of Personal Wine it was definitely warranted! I found this gem of a company while browsing the internet. I was looking for a unique First Communion Favor for guests at my daughters celebration in May. I decided on mini wine bottles and wanted to customize the label myself. Though not especially tech saavy, I was pretty successful in doing so with their online customization process. I did require some assistance with the cropping/resizing of the photo for the label. I called Personal Wine for assistance. Jacob was beyond helpful! He was able to logon to my account and within minutes my custom label was finished...and perfect!! He was friendly and couldnt have been any more personable. I placed my order and it was delivered less than a week later--in pristine condition!! Personal Wine is a unique company with awesome products and amazing customer service. I am so glad I discovered them. Will definitely be using them again! My fiance and I live in NY and were looking for miniature wine bottles as part of our wedding favors. The idea was a last minute adjustment and we were only 3 weeks away from the wedding date. Personal Wine was amazing to us! I used the chat option and spoke to a very knowledgeable and personable assistant who answered all my questions and concerns. The templates available for the labels are very sharp looking, very user friendly, and the print came out looking very clear and professional. We received the order (120 bottles!) with the custom labels only 1 week after the order was placed (and thats TX to NY!!) I couldnt be more pleased with our experience- the quality of service and product were absolutely amazing. The wine itself is good in our option. The wine (Chardonnay & Cabernet Sauvignon) are a wonderful balance of being a easy drinking, people- pleaser with a touch of complexity to interest the more advanced wine taster. I will absolutely recommend this company to my family and friends!!!

well for starters I was looking for a company who would provide to me a bottle of wine I can place my company logo on. I interviewed a couple of companies and Personal Wine rose to the top. My rep Michael did an unbelievable job in taking care of me through to delivery. I ordered 100 bottles and in less than 2 weeks I got a call from a delivery company they arrived. First of all I was shocked because I had asked for a custom label on it second is his quoted delivery time was actually a couple days sooner than the 2 weeks. Needless to say they got my vote! for future business. Thanks Michael for everything!!!!

My sister loves the etched bottles. I bought 6 bottles as a wedding gift (what do you get 2 doctors that already have everything?) and they turned out better than Id hoped. After having a little trouble with the online design, Michael was very helpful when I called. We worked the design via emails and he followed up with shipping info when the bottles were done and after the shipment to make sure everything was fine. This is a gift idea and company that I will use again.

I placed an order online and wrote the wrong thing to be engraved on my bottle! I called assuming it was too late to change and I would need to purchase a new bottle. No problem for them. They were so helpful and understanding. He was able to fix me up and send my order out sooner than I thought when I originally purchased! ...And it didnt cost me a dime! You really cant go wrong with personal wine. Loved my experience- this is my new go-to gift!

I visited the location in person after a friends recommendation and Im glad that I went! The man that assisted me (I feel dumb that Im forgetting his name at the moment) was exceptionally helpful and I felt very welcome and taken care of the entire experience. I didnt have as much time as I would have liked to browse their selection due to the parking meter running outside but it seemed large and well thought out and I look forward to coming back!

Ive been calling for days on an order that never showed. The phone just rings and rings, no way to leave a message. I spent $$$ on a gift that never came - was supposed to be here now two weeks ago or slightly more. Ive sent emails and chats. Absolute radio silence. One of the historical landmarks in Austin. A must visit. Very reasonable pricing, great food, fine wine, culture, and history. Ask to see the etched/engraved bottles. Very cool product and a great gift idea! Fair selection of wines and generous pours. Overall, i really enjoyed my experience at Personal Wine. We will definitely be returning!

Alex Bill and co are great. They always have something you should try, and regular run case deals (and cellar sales). You want a 1964 chateau whateverthehell, they can probably procure it for you. Mega-Bonus: The Red Room lounge/wine bar is here, too.
