I had my wedding here, April of 2016. Its a great establishment, with good food. My reasoning for giving it such a low rating is because there bartenders (one of them) was stealing from my guests by overcharging drinks (to keep extra money) and pocketing change from drunk guests (this was witnessed by other guests), she also was ignoring guest, along with my wedding party during the night to flirt with co-workers and our DJ since I was obviously enjoying my wedding night I was unaware of what was going on. This was very upsetting for me since I had trust in this establishment when booking my wedding reception here and planning everything Over the phone due to where I currently live. When I called and complained to the manager or supervisor they didnt seem to care. My reasoning for posting this is because I felt this is a serious issue and I dont believe it was ever handled. Although I hope it was. If it wasnt for that situation I would give it a 5 star rating!

This is a review about the Friday fish fry, This has to be one of the best in the La Crosse area. And there are a lot of fish fry in this area. Jill our server was extremely polite and prompt with the food. The fish was light, not greasy at all, seemed fresh out of the fryer. The french fries werent bad and the coleslaw was very good, vinegar base somewhat of a sweet flavor. We were there early in the evening didnt take long to get seated. I had a Bloody Mary while we waited to get seated, good flavor with a bit of bite.

I know there are a lot of good fish fries in the area, but if you are out with a large group this is a good place to go. The atmosphere is pretty boring, being that is just a banquet hall, but they have tons of seating so you shouldnt have a long wait. The AYCE fish fry is brought out family style, and it is delicious. They also have a surprisingly good beer selection. I have also attended a few weddings and parties here, and while it is not glamorous by any means, it is a decent enough venue.

Food is sometimes good and sometimes not. It can be loud. Golf course is used hard by group outings. Few tee boxes are flat and chewed up. Fairways are mowed but not watered and cared for vary well.

Its an amazing place. Food is great, and it is such a great atmosphere. Its so lively every Packer game and the staff is great. Their golf course is in great condition and overall its a blast.
