I am a 31 disabled man. My girlfriend is 28 healing from surgery due to battling ovarian cancer. We dont make it out much needless to say, between our health and money being tight. We ate some food at Panera Bread prior to the film we had bought tickets for. It it over 80 degrees, so we did not want to store our leftovers in vehile, which is all black and over 90 degrees sitting in the lot. As we said money is tight, and the food was good, it would have been utterly wasteful to toss in trash. I asked to speak to manager. Explained our situation and informed we would not be eating the Panera Bread but would be purchasing snacks and drinks from them, we just simply did not want our food, which we spent our limited funds on, and would eat later, because again money is tight, and we cant waste. They could neither store in fridge or allow us to simply keep it on us in the cool tempature. I understand they sell their own products but we still intended to support the theater and buy goodies to munch on. However they could not meet our needs and we had to return the tickets. Maybe if we were in a better position both health and money wise, we wouldnt have minded tossing the food, but we couldnt :-( We wont be aupporting this theater any longer. And if other AMC theaters are the same we will cancel our stubs membership and support local theater or any non AMC instead. We frequent the theater often more so prior to us being so down due ro current health issues, and have not had a problem ever but this is a real pain.

Edited to 4 stars after a couple of follow-up visits have shown improvements to the picture quality. ----- I watched "The Force Awakens" as my first experience with the renovated cinemas at the Dartmouth Mall. I was looking forward to it, and my first impression upon finding our assigned seats was positive. The large, comfortable, and electrically-powered recliners are great, and the wide, curved projection screen is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the viewing was marred by an uncalibrated picture that was misaligned by nearly a foot and a terrible subwoofer that would crackle loudly whenever it got a little loud. Theres no point in having comfortable, well-appointed seating if the actual movie itself is presented poorly. Skip this theater and head to one of the Showcase de Lux theaters that take more care to calibrate their picture.

Incredibly stupid! Yoh only get one star because Im forced to give you one in order for me to rate this circus. How can you make people drive so far from their home to watch a movie you have no tickets for? Either go fully automated via internet or go back to the way it used to be with buying tickets at the counter. I wanted to watch Finding Dory with my wife and children and couldnt get 4 consecutive seats for 3 showings. Pathetic! Well i can honestly say that you lost me as a customer and i truly hope that every other consumer does the same. I wish AMC the worst of luck and i look forward to reading about your companys collapse.

who ever says they had a bad experience probably got kicked out of a seat that wasnt theirs staff always great, always polite, and always helpful, which is why that is the only place I go to see a movie. I also pick up my tickets the day before my movie so I get the seat I want and cant be moved. I mean what more can you ask for food delivered to tour seat when the movie starts, your feet go up, your head goes back, and you get to see a movie in comfort all they need now is pause, so you can use the ladies room or the mens and not miss a thing. 5 plus stars from me.

buyer beware!!! If you pre-order your tickets your may want to check with the theater before gone down. Because they may change the format on you from what you order. I pre-order tickets for the new star trek movie at 4:00pm 2D (3D gives me motion sickness). When i get there i get my tickets and i find out they change it to a 3D movie. this was a great inconvenience for me as i left work 1 1/2 hours early, pick up my Girlfriend, drove home to drop my computer and stuff home, then spent 15min in traffic getting to the theater.

Have to say the new theater is great. Finally super comfortable seats. No one kicking you in the back. Assigned seating lets you pick the best spot. Ticket prices have also come down a little. The bar is nice but you cant take an alcoholic beverage into the theater ( must consume in the lobby or at the bar). The new concession counter is great, but popcorn is still expensive. They really should add ice coffee :) Overall going to this theater is 10 times better than any other except for IMAX. Check it out!

I have never been to a movie theater that I have enjoyed more than this one. I have never really been a person who LOVED going to the movies, I always felt it was uncomfortable and no legroom, I just never really enjoyed my experiences at them.. - UNTIL NOW> The most comfortable leather, cushy reclining seats, SO much room, you feel like you are in your own livingroom at home. This is the only theater I will ever go to. I have been back a bunch of times and always a pleasure :)

First, the ticket line takes waaaay too long, put another person out there!! 20 minutes and missed the beginning of the movie. Seats are very comfortable, but definitely overkill! A bit more space and a bit more comfortable and cushy than the old seats would be fine..... and then you could fit more than 58 seats in!! For popular movie, sold out in no time. No wonder the concessions are so expensive... the lack of seats means not enough revenue! Nice and clean.

I was late for a movie showing and not until after I swiped my card was I informed I could not purchase tickets for a movie that had already started. The ticket booth associate informed me I would not be charged but sure enough next day I was double charged. Manager informed me he is powerless regarding any transaction. Gave me the usual story and a free guest pass. Bank has informed me that the transaction may be reversed but until then I am leaving 1 star.

Seating was fantastic, large and spacious, everything appeared very clean. Seating was so large on the double seats that my wife and three kids all could fit comfortably. Only downfall is that because of the remodel there are far less seats and reserving seats prior (order online) is recommended due to the movies selling out (Christmas Break). Other than that, no complaints I enjoyed the seating and movie experience my family and I had.

The theatres were great for everyone BEFORE the upgrade! As a handicapped person who tried to see Inside Out TWICE with my mother and failed both times, Im so disappointed the handicapped seats keep on getting taken and my mom cant sit with me. The reclined seats are great and all, but for anyone whos handicapped and wants to enjoy a movie with your friends and family, go find another theatre. The upgrades made me go shopping instead.
