Really fun, but Museum Heist was a little too hard for 2 adults, 2 kids. It was just the four of us (2 adults and 2 kids ages 10 years and 13 years). Kevin was our game master and was really helpful anytime we got stuck and asked for a clue. I could tell he really wanted us to succeed! But because the room wasnt built in a linear way, it was very hard to tell which clues went with which locks. The key is to look at the rooms differently where everything could be a potential clue. See a strange hole? Thats on purpose and you need to figure out why its there. Everything is by design. We didnt even come close to finishing, but did enjoy the experience. It would be VERY FUN if they made a slightly simpler room for families and kids parties. Overall, recommended for 8 adults at a time, not just 2 adults, 2 kids. UPDATE: We went back last night for a birthday party for my 13 year old. We did the Island Escape room and found it much more fun! It was one adult, 4 thirteen year olds and a ten year old. We got further on this one and the kids had a blast! They loved solving the clue and we felt like we were solving the clues and puzzles quicker than in the Museum Heist room. Really loved this one! Would love to see a room designed mostly with pre-teen kids in mind. Not too hard, but a nice challenge for the younger set.

We had a group of seven for the Hostage game. Even though Breakout Escape Games says the games are best for children over 16, I want to strongly recommend no children under 12 if you have any hopes of solving the clues and escaping! We had three adults and 4 minors and it was a tad difficult .Though our game host was great in giving us clues when we became discouraged! We will return to Breakout Games with adults only to see if we can focus and "breakout" again (with a little less help)! Thank you to the gracious staff who were patient with our group. We will see you again in the future! Very fun and challenging experience! We did mange to escape with some help with 4 minutes remaining!

It was a blast!! All the puzzles and the rush of the clock! I would do my next game in a heartbeat! The game was a blast and the gamemaster made it even better! Our gamemaster was Julius. He was an excellent gamemaster!! The one thing I wish breakout had was a record of who got out and who didnt, and how many hints they needed and such. No one there knew anything about what the record was or what percentage of people pass fail. It wouldve been nice to have the stats for the games...

Breakout Escape was great! Our group was able to finish the puzzle, but it was very, very challenging and we only solved it minutes to spare. Unlike other puzzle rooms I have been to, this one was much more complicated and had a lot more distractions and intricate, elaborate puzzles. We went during opening week, and although the staff was very friendly, they were also a little inexperienced (I am sure that this will improve). Five star experience - I will be back!

We LOVED this for our family - 7 people -- ages 10 to 70. It was pretty challenging but we made it out with 5 seconds to spare. The staff are extremely helpful with clues and their enthusiasm was contagious. This is a great idea for family get togethers if you all get along! We loved working together on the Casino Royale escape. It would have helped if one of us in the bunch was familiar with the rules of roulette, but we figured it out!

We had a leadership team event all day and ended our event by going to Breakout for some team building time. Everyone had the best time. We had 3 different themed rooms for 3 groups of us. 2 of out of the 3 groups managed to escape. Would definitely go back to try each theme room in the future. I was in the Casino themed room, we really had to work together to solve the puzzles, questions, etc. such a blast.

This was my first experience with an escape room. We went with friends. We loved it so much that we booked another room later on that same day. The puzzles are good and challenging. The puzzle masters are responsive and respectful. I highly recommend this for anyone interested in escaping for an hour into a story that youll enjoy, whether you escape or not.

We had so much fun. Kind of spendy, but we got a groupon! We were able to excape with 3 minutes left, we asked for hints though. We did the museum heist (which I thought was suggested for beginners---but another person told us the casino one was) So if it is your first time, ask! We are looking forward to coming back to try another one!

Had a fun time with my 18 y.o. daughter, 17 y.o. boyfriend, and their 15 y.o. friend. We were paired up with another foursome. We did the Island Escape room, and got out with 14 minutes left. The room was both smaller, and brighter than I had anticipated. We used 4 clues to help us out. We would all be willing to do it again.

We did the Museum Heist as a team building event and had a BLAST. The staff was fun, the room was challenging and fun, and they followed up with a nice survey/questionnaire afterward for our team to use and discuss our experience. I highly recommend this to companies looking for an active team building event!

Kinda didnt know what to expect. I love puzzle solving! So I was looking forward to trying this out. My team had a fun time even though, we didnt break out. I did feel like the production value could be upgraded. But still the puzzles we fun and challenging. Plus a few jump scares are always fun for everyone!

I loved the entire experience, its definitely such an amazing thing to do, we did it with about 6 people, it wouldve been five but they added someone else, who was secretly an employee, anyways... it is such a great way to feel satisfaction with yourself and just to know you could escape

Tons of fun! It was pretry tricky to get started, but once we got going it was awesome. Our game master, Sam, was helpful whenever we needed it, without just giving away the answer. I took two 12 year olds and a 13 year old and it was perfect for them! Wed definitely do it again.

Our office had a blast trying to breakout of 3 different rooms (Casino, Island & Hostage)! The puzzles/clues were tricky and they kept us entertained while trying to figure them out! The staff was awesome and very accommodating! We cant wait to do it again next year!

We had a great time! The employees made it fun and got us excited to get in the room. The puzzles are challenging! Our group needed just a couple more minutes to completing all tasks. It was an hour well spent. We will be back!

We had an amazing time! We were a group of four that played with 3 other people in the kidnapping. The puzzles were fun and really made us think! Tons of fun!!! We are planning to return again during our staycation later this week!
