The Mugar Omni Theater is a one of a kind experience. The movies are short, but amazing. During the experience you are sitting in a dome and everything is taking place around you. You feel that you are in the movie. Everyone should experience this.

Whenever I go to the museum, I have to see a show at the Mugar Omni Theatre. Its a great experience from the start with the wonderful intro by Leonard Nemoy, and the shows are constantly changing and always beautiful.

The screen is huge, but the resolution is lacking, which takes away from the experience. That said, they have some great educational shows and are open late -- a good option to keep in mind for a rainy or a cold day.

Awesome theater. The last film we saw was more of an infomercial on the National Parks, but the theater itself is incredible. Next best thing to being there. Or, in the case of a shark film, even better!
