I love this movie theatre.......usually. Last night was a different experience. The concession area had 2 lines open and wasp about 15 - 20 people deep in both lines. There were about 6 to 8 people behind the counter though, but no one thought to open up another register. As for the theater it was extremely hot. My kids had red faces and I was very warm. In the lobby, there was a mess of food on the floor. There was popcorn and wrappers on the ground. This all while there was a lull between movies. At the concession stand every employee in view, about 5 or 6 of them, were either leaning on the counter and talking or sitting on the benches waiting for a movie to end. My 3 year old daughter saw the hot dog on the ground and said daddy yucky garbage. So I guess a three year old can see the mess but employees between the ages of 16 and 25 cannot.

I went to showtime theater last night. It is is a nice theater as are all marcus theaters, however, I did not appreciate the increase in ticket price. Because I had to sit through over thirty commercials before I could see the movie. I also noted that there was less than forty people in the theater. Maybe this was due to the higher ticket prices and all the commercials that we have to sit through. For me personally I will not go out of my way again to go through thirty commercials and higher ticket prices to go to this theater. I rate the theater very highly everything was clean and neat. But the cost to see the movie is to high.

This used to easily be the best movie theater on this side of town. Then Marcus bought it, raised movie prices including doing away with discount pricing on Mondays, forces patrons to rent their 3D glasses even if you have your own, switched to pepsi products at the concessions (blecch!). Now its just the same mundane yet more costly experience as The Ridge, South Shore, etc.

Nice clean movie theatre. Staff is very friendly and nice. It does not have the lounge chairs but the theatre is kept tidy and organized. You dont have to worry about sticky floors or garbage everywhere, this theatre is well taken care of. It is a bit hidden away but its worth the drive. You cant beat the prices here!

Staff is indifferent and of course snacks are over priced, but this is an awesome theater. We go see movies every Sunday morning; it is never crowded and we have never had an issue with people talking during films. They dont have the dream loungers, but that also means there is no assigned seating, which we prefer.

This is the third movie we were there this year where they did not turn off the lights in the theater. We saw World War Z tonight June 22nd, and the lights were on the entire movie. We were also stuck sitting underneath one. The last two times they were at least turned off within the first hour.

Great staff and people! Everyone goes to the big name Marcus theatres which makes this young theatre ideal for the person who doesnt like crowded movies. Especially Tuesday after a new release. Maybe 20 people at most during the day. You just get a good vibe compared to other theatres.

Poor quality employees whom act as if they dont want to be there and have no interest in providing any service to customers. Of course, I shouldnt expect much being as Marcus Organization is the most greedy company in Wisconsin and is run by liberals who are only in it for the money.

Diet Coke. Need I say more? That big chain in town only serves Pepsi products. Showtime is much less crowded than the big chain also. Which means short lines at the snack counter and I can always get a great seat (high-backed, reclining).

Very clean theater. Young people behind the concession stand were very helpful & fast. Great time for the family!! They also had a special today where each kid got few popcorn & b1g1 slushies. Will be returning again.

Absolutely LOVE this theater! Movies that have just left other theaters are shown here. Each movie is $2.50 admission. On Tuesdays (I believe thats the right day) movies are a $1.50! Friendly staff and available seating.

Is now our summer meeting place for movies:-} Bring in your 3D glasses from a previous movie and get a discount on the price. Thank you Showtime for helping me enjoy your movies without completely blowing my budget!

Has the standard movie seats, not the loungers, and the seats were very uncomfortable. I need my lounger. Staff were very friendly, service was good.....but again I need my lounger. I wouldnt go back.

I like it because it tries real hard despite lack of support and upgrades from Marcus Corp. Perhaps I like it more because prices have stayed low due to undersupport and crowd numbers stay low.

The premises is extremely clean and well laid out. Easy to access with a great location off the corner of two major highways. We have always had a positive movie going experience at Showtime.

Not the best Marcus Theater, but that is why they offer a discounted price. Service at the concession stand is slow, especially when trying to get a popcorn refill mid-movie.

Amazing theater. I have been going for many years now, and I always have excellent service. Another positive note is the $5 or $7 depending on if its before 6pm.

No more first-run movies. Very disappointing. This theatre served all of Franklin, Muskego and Wind Lake. Now we all have to drive to Southridge. Boooo Marcus!

Comfortable seats, always a nice crowd that never talks on the phone or to each other during the film, nicely air conditioned. Everything I want in a theater.

Love this theater. Prices are a bit cheaper because they dont have dream loungers. I can always see the movie I want to see when I want to see it. Great staff.

One of the few remaining Marcus cinemas in the area that hasnt been upgraded yet. Still a good spot to see a movie, especially if its the closest one to you.

Its very cheap like 2.5 dollars and they have extended drink and food and coffee. The chairs are not the best quality possible but the screen is great

The best theater in the area without great food. Good old traditional movie and classic concessions without the crowds of nearby theaters.

A fairly new theater that has all the perks of the modern world. Probably my favorite Marcus theater anywhere around Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Movie, sound, and comfort were okay but 8" $8 pizza was horrible. Soggy and really lacking in every way. I wouldnt sell this to anyone.
