After calling the location because the time on google maps was wrong, I had booked a reservation 15 to 20 minutes before. I called back because of a family emergency that popped up and even though on the website it says no refunds, but a no reschedule policy is something Ive never heard of. Needless to say Ive never been to this location, but Ive been to many escape rooms all over the state. I will never attempt to go back to this location because of the policys and customer service. They should at least offer a credit for he money Ive already spent. There was 8 bookings Available when I booked and when I was done the room had 6 left. Theres still 6 other spots to book the room and 4 hours to have them filled. TLDR Bad customer service, make sure you read the policies and refund/reschedule policy.

My original booking experience was frustrating to say the least but, after sending an email to the company itself, my booking experienced enhanced significantly. This event was booked as a Christmas Office Function with a partner law firm. We had enough people to compete against each other so it added an edge to our whole experience later. (In a good way) They were very helpful and great throughout the whole experience. Even waited for me (Arrived late due to parking issues) before starting. We had an absolute blast and it was a great way to bond! The only thing I suggest is that you TAKE AN UBER to the location. Parking was really bad.

Great place for a birthday party. Celebrated my sons 14th birthday - staff was very responsive during the booking process, answering all questions in a timely manner. The day off, we had Ed as our host and the kids loved him. Rooms are spacious and clean and really like the fact they have a party room available ($), which is worth it, as you can bring your own food/beverage to enjoy.

Rooms do not follow a story, nor do they have a complex set of rooms that are opened along the way. The puzzles have too many added layers and tricks that are not intuitive nor reasonable for 1 hour. Staff members stay in the room with you-odd and annoying. Locks were cheap and did not always open when the right code was entered.

I went with a group of friends and enjoyed every minute of it!! If you honestly enjoy puzzles, riddles, challenges, mysteries, or Sherlock Holmes then you will not be disappointed by this experience. Multiple rooms with varying difficulty and absolutely challenging no matter what intellectual level you are on.

We loved it! Our group was me, my husband, our 12-year-old son and my sister-in-law. Everyone wants to go back. There are easy tasks and challenging tasks, so all ages are included while solving the puzzles. The staff is fantastic. The themes are fun. It was one of our best family nights.

Fantastic experience! I went with my family, we were 6 in total and we tried to escape Sherlocks Library! We had so much fun! The puzzles are well done and finding the clues was not easy. It is so challenging! I cannot wait to try the other rooms and ESCAPE!!!

The rooms inside were great! It was challenging but not too difficult. My only issue was that the power went out during our first room and we realized someone had switched off the main breaker outside. So we lost time and got late to our dinner reservation.

The Great Escape Room is the perfect team-building and bonding experience for employees. It allows them to work together in a fun atmosphere and get to know each other a bit better. The employees are extremely helpful and accommodating as well.

After going twice, I am very pleased with the Great Escape Room. It is really fun to do with a group and the people who work there are extremely nice! They have three rooms so it is definitely something that can be more than a one-time thing!
