I was here a few nights ago watching the 630 showing for Annabelle. While during the movie a group of very disrespectful and disruptive teens came in they started making comments, jokes and cussing throughout the start of the movie (and even during previews) the last straw was when a scary part happened and one kid decided to jump up out of his seat belligerently and bump my friends seat so hard she jolted forward. At this point knowing they were not going to calm down I notified someone. They said they would send someone to take care of it. The employee walked in to the theatre and now these kids are dead quite so of course he didnt know who they were. I followed him out and let him know which ones were making a fuss, then got into a screaming match with one of these CHILDREN INFRONT of the employee who let it happen and then he just walked out of the theatre not doing anything about these kids. So instead of being disrespected and not being able to enjoy the movie I PAID FOR, Im the one who left because the employees refused to do there job. I will not be going back here this is the worst theatre with the worst hospitality ever.

I am very displeased. I brought my children to see Epic tonight. We havent been to the movies in a very long time. I cant believe the ridiculous pricing on popcorn and soda. But this was a special treat for us, so I paid the $20 for what cost you $1. And even as upsetting as that is itself, thats not what Im contacting you about. My daughter was trying to get a refill on her drink and the girl behind the counter convinced her that she had to buy a large drink because she couldnt have a refill on a medium. Why couldnt she buy another medium? And why wouldnt you give refills on all sizes considering how much you charge for them? Not only are you robbing people by demanding an extremely ludicrous profit, but you have to trick 9yr old girls too? I will never return to a Carmike again.

One of the worst theaters Ive been to. Dont bother ordering tickets from Fandago, you will still wait in line with every one else, and since concessions and tickets are usually the same line, you will wait even longer. I recently bought tickets at 1:15 for a movie at 7:00. I was there at 6:50, but I had to wait so long that I missed the beginning of the movie, despite being told that my movie had already been sold out (the one for which I had a ticket) and being sent to one that start a few minutes later. I was told to do my best to find a seat, and I had no time to buy any concessions. When it was over, employees were blocking the path back in to the front of the theater, so I could not even get a drink then, nor complain. I wont go back.

We went to see Get Out but most people were waiting to see Beauty and the Beast at 12:30. They didnt unlock the doors for customers until 12:15. Customer service for ticket sales was slow and refreshment sales were even slower! All the workers including the manager moved in slow motion. The people trying to see Beauty and the Beast were still complaining in line at 12:55. I was glad that I misread my ticket and my movie actually started at 1:40. This is my last visit to this theater. I will take my money up the street. The establishment is fine but the customer service SUCKS!

This place has really disappointed me since AMC took over from Regal. They jacked up their prices, took away the Stimulus Tuesday (which was great for a single mom to bring her kid to the movies), and all my Regal Rewards points that they promised would roll over to their rewards were lost. In fact, their program, if you want a decent program, costs $15 a year! The service and people are the same, the prices and policies have gone majorly downhill. Thanks, AMC for showing us its all about squeezing every last cent out of a person.

My boyfriend and I first went here a month ago on a Tuesday. Being from Colorado I never saw beer and wine being sold at a movie theatre. We got a couple beers, and were told on Tuesdays that they do $2.00 small drinks, popcorn and any of the candy and chocolates. Also half of the meals. Well weve made it a regular thing, and we go every Tuesday now, treat ourselves to popcorn , drinks and more. People who arent happy with the prices go on a Tuesday! See you guys today!

It was in fact not clean. The prices are ridiculous and they wouldnt refill or popcorn but never told us that it couldnt be refilled and there were no sign saying that it couldnt be Refilled. Not to mention just as everyone in Jacksonville is, the staff was completely rude. My husband and I will not be going back to the AMC Jacksonville 16 and Ill be spreading the word and theyre rude staff uncleanliness and ridiculous pricing for mediocre food !!

I had the absolute worst time watching the movie Get Out on 2/24/17 at 9:10 showing due to so much laughing, talking, standing up in the theater. I bought two tickets and paid $37.22 and it was such a waist. Ive been waiting awhile to watch this movie and it was a total wreck due to all of the mishaps during the showing. The movie itself was im sure wonderful, but I will not return if this continues. Wish I could of received a refund.

Alot of people started going to the Patriot 12 when it opened up because it was new and fancy and I was one of those people. I had a few issues and the people there were rude and not very helpful. Turns out a couple weeks later a movie I wanted to see was playing here at the Carmike 16 and the employees were beyond courteous, friendly, and helpful. If I can help it, I will continue to see all the movies I can here!

Service is great! And for those that complain about the crowds and obnoxious people, how do you expect them to control that? You might as well say the concrete outside was wet because it just rained! Its probably your kids friends that are being obnoxious. As for the previews, they are required by big movie theater corporations. See Regal, AMC, etc. all have 4-5 trailers which are between 2-4 minutes.

I took my kids to the movies last night wanting to have a nice time and get out with family. So we went to the Carmike 16, When I went to pay I like to had a heart attack! $56.00 dollars ($11.75 Ea.) to see a movie?? and popcorn was 9.00 a lg. bag while cokes were 3.00 Ea.?? Sorry Carmike you are not Epcot Center just a little movie theater. Will NEVER go here again.

This was a horrible movie experience. I went to watch Pirates of the Caribbean and some asswipe cinema employee kept coming in and saying, "keep it down in here!!" All of us viewers got pissed off and told him to shut the f*** up and threw popcorn at him while some old lady sprayed him in the eyes with bear mace. Absolutely unprofessional if you ask me.
