Friday night my son and a few of his friends went to this theater by our house. There was some confusion about the tickets. Three of his friends tickets were for the 9:05 showing and the other two tickets were for the 9:40 showing. They were excited and not aware, but once they became aware my autistic son and his friend who had the 9:40 tickets were treated poorly and my sons friend said the man threatened to throw them out for life. I will speak with a manager today. Nontheless the 9:05 was sold out and they couldnt get in the same movie, so my sons friend called me and told me they would be seeing Logan at 10. They were able to change their tickets, however the first three of the group were told they couldnt exchange their tickets at all. I am going to call a manager NOW!!

Went to see It last night and figured the PDX theater would be a huge improvement to standard but I was wrong. The sound was definitely awesome but for some reason the seats arent modernized and they dont recline like other theaters around here do I dont like that the buckets of popcorn are paper and not plastic like AMC and Carmike because with them I can come back and get a refill without having to worry about the paper bucket staining and molding from the butter stuck in it..... The biggest issue I had was that they still had the lights slightly dimmed the ENTIRE movie and I personally hate when its not dark when Im watching a movie ESPECIALLY if Im paying $14 for a ticket... if I can make out every detail in the theater then it really ruins the experience for me.

I went to see Planet of the Apes today. I ordered a drink and nachos and cheese. Well I am not the most graceful person, so as I am attempting to open the door to the theater with the hand in which I am carrying my drink, the door comes loose and flys into the nachos. There was literally nacho cheese running down the door. When I asked the staff for something to clean it up with, they were super nice. Offered to take care of it, and did help me clean it up. I refused to just leave it for them to clean lol. When I made it back to my seat after my nacho fiasco, the manager came into the movie I was watching just to bring me a new order of nachos and cheese.

Awesome seats, great prices. $6 Tix on Tues, $5 small popcorn & drink. Shops & restaurants within walking distance. I took off 1 star because my friends & I were so cold during our movie that it was distracting. We all had a sweatshirt or cover-up of some kind and we still froze. I went to the restroom just to warm up & noticed my nose was red from being cold. I mentioned this to management half way through the movie & they said theyd warm it up. Unfortunately, all 5 of us were still unbearably cold. Ill still return, however, Ill bring a blanket next time!

This is by far the best movie theater, Ive ever been to, the seating is so comfortable I talk about it every time I go. I love the HD screens and the sound quality is very nice as well. Never a lot of people even on days the movie first comes out, plenty of seating. No problems yet and Ive been over 10 times. Although a little out of the way its definitely worth the drive to have a great experience. Plus 5$ tickets for any movie on Tuesdays?!?! Cant beat it give it a shot people!

Great seats. Been there about 4 times now, had a good experience every time. The last time we saw a movie there were a baby in the theater. The parents did not leave the movie, instead sat there watching the movie with a crying baby. Afterwards I asked the staff if they allow babies in the movies and he said yes. I think there should be an age restriction enforced so that everyone watching can have a pleasant experience.

Now my go to theater in Wilmington. Their PDX is IMAX FYI. It is actually better than the one they provide at Mayfair. This pdx is Lazer projected. "True IMAX" doesnt exist around here which is Lazer projected. And this PDX has a laser projector.. Saw Kong this afternoon in one of their "standard" theaters and it was awesome. Big screen, excellent sound for us audiophiles, comfortable seats... check it out for sure!

I loveeee their discount movie day! 5 dollars all day tickets on Tuesday before 6pm, and 6 dollars per ticket after 6. Also they have a 5 dollar small drink and small popcorn combo all day?! Its like getting to go to Mayfaire except for an awesome price and its closer to home. The staff is always friendly and they seem to really love their jobs which is definitely refreshing as well. Will definitely be back again ♡

Awesome place to go see a movie, the staff really makes you feel like they want you there and help you combo up your snacks to save money. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because the chairs do really recline or rock and they are a little to narrow between the rows...also, they dont give you the option for extra butter on the popcorn...but love that it is gf and I dont get sick!

Yummy popcorn (though expensive as most theater popcorn is), comfy seats, huge screens, nice arm rests. The seat aisles are annoyingly narrow... so if you are going to sit in the middle plan to get there early and not leave the movie until its over. Also, the steps in the theater are unusually steep. Not sure what that has to do with anything. Overall, nice theater!

Good prices, clear video, solid concessions, and great prices. Discount Tuesdays, plus the location near my house, have gotten me to the theater more in the past few weeks than I had been in the past year. The seats are comfortable and not packed in like some other theaters. The app and branding could use a facelift, but I can live with that given everything else.

Location is spot on. Service was awesome, for being the first weekend being open. Seating arrangements, is good. The walk path between aisles, sucked. If your sitting and trying to allow people in toward middle, expect to get feet stepped on. I blame that on engineering, try to squeeze as many people into theater as possible. Over all experience was good.

Went opening weekend and will likely be making this our main movie going experience. Purchased tickets online in advance and they were so easy to retrieve upon arrival and much cheaper than the other theaters in town. Screen was large and very clear. The only thing I think will be a problem is parking, especially once everything else over there opens.

Top-notch customer service (the kind you used to get), ample staff so youre not waiting around forever, and extremely clean facilities. Pointe 14 managers, please continue to take pride in the experience you provide for your customers. Pointe 14 employees, thank you for allowing me and my family to enjoy a great film in a clean, hospitable theatre.

Stone Theaters seems to be a small local chain, but holds its own against the national theater chains. Very comfortable seating and brand new facility. I love that they are showing classic movies like Jaws and Ferris Buehlers Day Off along with all the current blockbusters. Check out their website for special deals and discounts.
