Starting with the positive: the facilities are excellent, though the signage from the street and elevator lobby (no indication where to go) is confusing for pedestrians (hint - take the elevator to the top floor). The food court is a generic food court; if you want healthy options bring your own. The movies are entirely pedestrian, geared towards action flicks, horror, and shallow romcoms. The theater plays it safe and boring, gearing its appeal to the lowest common denominator, which is too bad, because this theater has potential to appeal to a broader audience of literate, highly-educated, and multicultural people in Westchester (not to mention lots of local art, law, and graduate business students) who would be delighted to see some intelligent Sundance/Cannes dOr films. ArtsWestchester (formerly the Westchester Arts Council) is in the same block, for ironic contrast; too bad they dont do film. If you want thought-provoking cinema, save your money -- ticket prices are exorbitant here -- and spend it on a quick and pleasant $2.50 train ride to Pleasantville and the Jacob Burns Film Center, which is steps away from the PLV station and located near some interesting restaurants.

Ive been coming here nearly my whole life and in the last 6 months Ive been met with constant letdown regarding ticket sales. Each week more of the electronic ticket kiosks breakdown forcing all of the theatregoers to wait in ridiculously long lines for the box office, where usually only one person is operating the register. Today EVERY SINGLE kiosk was out of order and there were only two people at the register. The line was pouring out the door!! After being told 2 months ago by the City Center 15 manager at the customer care desk that the kiosks would be fixed by their operating company the kiosk situation. 2 months shouldve have be more than enough time to rectify this situation yet its only gotten worse. The theaters themselves at City Center 15 are almost always well taken of and enjoyable to watch movies in but going through unpredictable hell to buy tickets is no longer worth it. Went home without watching anything

Back in May 2012, I went to see the Avengers. As much as I enjoyed the movie, my theater going experience was terrible. As I walked in, the employee at the theater had a nasty attitude and told me that I better throw away the popcorn bag when Im done. I had a seat reservation and didnt realize that I was being placed in the wheelchair/handicap section, and the seat # on my ticket I was in was different from the seat she placed me in. So after I got up to go check if the other aisles to make sure, she says, "YOU BETTER NOT GO SIT IN ANOTHER SEAT!" I gave her a nasty look and ignored it. There were so many people in my way of the screen throughout the movie, and it was quite irritating. If I would go back in time, I would have complained and gotten my money back.

the people at the concession stands are the worst anywhere, even worse than dmv. They never get the order right, they are nasty and slower than mollases in January. Not to mention unsanitary and improperly trained, ie: the guy who got my popcorn stuck his arm all the way into the bag to open it before putting the popcorn in. Nobody here cares about their job. I went to see Ironman here and the picture looked distorted. finally after 20 minutes of noone saying anything I left the theatre and reported it to someone who fixed it another 20 min later, so we all basically missed the first half of the movie. This theatre was good when it first opened, now you are better off going to one of the smaller theatres around westchester.

On January 10 went to see a great movie and parked in the adjacent White Plains lot. Paid for the parking. $2 bucks for 2-hours. Came out of the movie and see a parking officer putting a ticket on my car. He says you get 6 minutes grace after the meter runs out. It was 10 minutes. After a brief argument with the officer and at the parking office to no avail, I pay $12 for parking and $9 of the movie. I promise I will never see another movie at city center again

This theater is horrible. The service is flippant and slow as molasses, lights go on and off during the movie, management has no interest in actually working for its paycheque, ticket machines are always broken, and the IMAX screen is dinky. The last time I went, they stopped the movie during the end credits and skirted around the issue, even though it was early evening and not late. Go somewhere else. This is not worth the grief.

Went to watch Annabelle today and had to ask for a refund. Only made it about 15 minutes into the movie due to a bunch of kids constantly yamering and groups of them running in and out the theater. Security is garbage. Did absolutely nothing as these kids were loud right in front of their faces. Would recommend if you enjoy self torture and enjoy being tempted to pour bleach into your eyeballs and stick pencils in your ears

I have been coming to this movie theater for a while and it gets worse every time. Always have to wait ages to get your food today I had to wait 30min and the servers were just talking to each other and swearing. Then after missing part of the movie he lights were left on during the movie someone complained and was sorted jus as I got up to complain myself. The room we were in was really nice, big great sound.

Average experience for movie theater these days. Overpriced ticket, stale popcorn, and sticky floors. I heard they had a bed bug problem years back, but that seems to have been fixed and I have not had an issue. Overall, a decent place to catch a movie if you are out running errands. However, I find more comfortable theaters in the city if I am really going out for a true Movie experience.

Great place to go if you enjoy watching mice run through the theater. Went to see Rogue One and was completely taken back when I had a little Mickey chilling at my feet eating popcorn. Being an exterminator I had the urge to smash the little guy but I dont do work Pro Bono. Maybe theyll get this problem handled, its only been going on since the first Avengers movie.

Overall is it not a bad experience. I do wish it had a IMAX Theater though. There is a restaurant inside that if you got that kind of money you should definitely check out! Concession stands are the usual regular. Pizzas and cold beverages and nachos. The nachos caught me by surprised as they now offer cheese with chili sauce on the side as well.

Always a good theater in a great location. Clean and inviting atmosphere. good tip if you like buttered popcorn as for the staff to dump out half the bag of popcorn and put butter and then fill it and add more. Its way better. Theres only one or two of the staff that do it on a regular basis but the others will do it if you ask.

This theater is big and clean plus it has many eateries inside; over the counter as well as a sit down restaurant. Seats in the lobby is pretty comfortable. The ticket machines are smooth running; they have 1 downstairs before you enter the theater floor and once youve arrived on the floor there are a few more.
