Used to really enjoy this theater, and would always go here over Oxon Hill. On a Saturday night, at 8pm, my car window was smashed in their parking lot. They have an armed security guard, cameras in their parking lot, and yet my car, which was parked right in the side of the theater, next to an exit, in a well lit area, was vandalized. The cameras by the way captured NOTHING. The staff was helpful enough, but management and corporate would take no responsibility and offered no reimbursement or ANYTHING! Ive received free movie tickets for minor mix ups at other theaters. This time, the total damage was about $1300, and not a dime, and not even an apology. Instead, I got some corporate nonsense about how they take no liability. So, god forbid that someone actually get hurt on their property, because apparently, they not only dont care, but they wont take any responsibility. Since when is safety not a concern? Whats the point of having a security guard and cameras if they cant prevent a car window being smashed during prime time on a busy Saturday night? If they cant prevent that, how could they possibly provide safety at what should be a family friendly place. This says nothing good for St. Charles Town Center, Waldorf, and least of all the management at AMC.

The movie was great. The reclining seats are awesome. Some of them do look worn out and need some maintenance, but you cant notice it with the lights off and enjoying your movie. The reason I gave 3 stars is because 20 minutes into my movie I wanted to purchase extra snacks for my girlfriend and I. The manager refused to sell me anything at all. Even when I asked for a refill on my popcorn, he told me he couldnt do it. He said I couldnt purchase anything because he already started countung his cashiers drawers. Keep in mind ny movie started at 1030 on a friday and it was a few moments before 11 with a full theatre when they refused me service. There is no communication at all about this policy to the guest. Its a very simple process as a manager to have the cashiers tell the guests about this "last call" when ordering food.

Ok so I just moved to area and as I write, it is my third visit to this movie theater. Yes its that bad that I decided to write this during previews! I kept hoping that it would get better but even at five on a Wednesday there is popcorn everywhere, sticky disgusting floors all over including right there by concession stand where i had to order and pay for the aged to perfection popcorn. I shoukd add that i saw at least five employees standing around in conversations so its definitely not understaffed- just a horribly run location with low standards and an owner who thinks its fine to have a theater at this centralized location near the mall which looks as outdated on the outside as the one in "Thriller" and even worse on the inside. You have to visit this place to believe it! (then go elsewhere)

Worst theater I have ever been to. Charged my credit card for things I did not order at the concession stand. Waited 10 minutes for a manager to give me a refund and was late for my movie. Their seats were probably nice at one time. Yes, they recline, but 2 out of 4 of our seats were torn badly and they were all covered with food and sticky. The red seats were almost completely black with dirt. Staff was incompetent and I will never be returning to this location. Worst movie experience I have ever had.

Love this theatre. I have watched it change over the years (since 2004) and it has for the better. Concession stand is a bit pricey, but the comfortable reclining leather seats, reserved seating option, large screens, ample parking and quality sound makes up for it. This place offers the total movie theatre experience. I am a AMC stubs member and utilize my discount points often for ticket discounts and movie snacks. I will continue to enjoy the latest movies at this theatre.

AWESOME!!! I will now go back to the big screen. Someone smart is behind AMCs revamping. Great, comfy reclining seating. Clean all over. Perfect sound and top tech viewing. Even deals at the concession stand. If they would lower the food prices a bit it would be heaven. If you live anywhere in the area of Waldorf dont think twice. Run to this theater. It is worth a ride for such comfort. Thank you Waldorf AMC. I love movies and now I can enjoy them again on the big screen.

THIS SHOULDNT EVEN BE HALF A STAR bathrooms are dirty. floors are dirty. this manager,a dark skin blad with glasses the time i went was very pressed to get people out the theatre. talk about being RUSHED! cant even enjoy a night out. left customers out in the thunder storm & heavy rain just so they can close. couldnt even stay inside till the storm faded away. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL.

This is the best movie theater I have ever been to! The seats are the best they dont just recline they have a button you push that brings your feet up and lays you way back. the seats are nice and big and make you feel like you are at home. The seats in Brandywine Xscape theater recline but are not as comfortable as Waldorf AMC. I also like the AMC Stubs program. I highly recommend this theater.

I feel the theatre has gotten a lot better since they remodeled, but its been times where they could clean up the lobby area (floors, counters) & do a periodic checks on the men & ladies room for cleanliness, and some of the wonderful chairs need to be replace from the everyday use. But I enjoy going to this theatre over all, I didnt give it 5 stars because Im leaving room for improvement.

All in all the theater is nice but the customer service can be a little better. I ordered some nachos and the cashier told me the cheese was horrible and that I should make another suggestion. This is definitely bad for business. The other cashier had to tell him he shouldnt have said that. This just made me cancel my whole order. I will not be returning to this theater.

Pretty cool, brought my 11 month old to watch a movie with me, but she was being loud and an usher ask if I could step out to quiet her, which I understood, the usher said I could get a pass to see the movie later if I wasnt able to get her to sleep, but I was able to get her in her car seat and past out

AMC is one of the cheaper places to buy a ticket. This place was not very crowded, which is good. Reclining seats, also good. Clean bathrooms and updated bathrooms. My only complaint is that this place REALLY needs to reupholster their seats, they are quite worn. Overall good experience.

I only continue to come here because you can reserve the reclining seats...but the seats are getting old and beat. The bathroom is always a mess. The employees are nice, but it seems they are under staffed. The lobby is usually a mess with popcorn everywhere.

I dont really watch movies like that but this theatre is great. especially after they added those reclining chairs so you dont have to sit up to watch the movie, you can lean back alittle as well. the service is fast. I never had to stand in a long line.
