Im completely appalled at the lack of customer service from Management all the way to the young girl who repeatedly rolled her eyes at me at the seasons pass counter. I had a terrible experience with the season pass process this year. I went in twice and waited over an hour each time with no information of why my daughters pass couldnt be printed and given to me. The 2nd time, I started to get impatient and angry and told the rude employee I had to leave, I took my paperwork and started heading out. She wrote on the paperwork that Id have to come back for the pass...as I was leaving I saw this and turned right around to get a manager. Managers were all "busy" with other things, go figure. I asked for the GMs name and the girl told me call back and ask for dept 19 "Susy". I asked again if this was the GMs name and the girl rudely said yes. I explained that I will not come into the facility again to wait around while they figured out the printing issue and that I will be calling the manager to resolve. Needless to say, I had to call 2 times to get "Susy" on the phone (who actually was pleasant on the phone). When I explained the situation, she stated that Id have to come in and pick up the pass and that the printers are working. I told her that I would absolutely NOT come in again until I knew that she personally printed out my daughters season pass and had it in hand (she said that mailing the pass "is not something they normally do" when I asked her to mail it to me). Susy said shell go take care of it and will give me a call back within the hour. I waited 3 hours before calling again...had to push thru to corporate party on the automated system because nobody would actually answer the phone! Well, they answer if you push the selection for booking a corporate party (I guess they want your money). I finally got through and asked for the manager "Susy". Was told she was busy, so I asked was there another manager and if Susy was indeed the GM. Turns out the GM is actually a dude named STEVE!!! Well, bet you cant guess....he was TOO BUSY to take my call and I was told that Susy would call me back. She didnt! I called once again very irritated and reached Susy. I was completely fed up at this point and asked to get all of the season passes that were purchased refunded at which point Susy asked me to hang on the line for a minute....5 minutes later she gets back on the line and states that my daughters pass has been printed and that she personally had it in her hand. I went the next morning to pick it up from her...when the golf counter called "upstairs to the offices" a different employee brought the pass to me. Susy couldnt even make the effort to bring it to me face-to-face. The waterpark is fun, but overpriced. The food is crap (except the ice cream) Especially when considering I had to buy a pass for my 3 year old who will only use one pool that has 2 baby slides and a fountain in it. Very iritating!! They need to re-vamp their toddler prices and give the employees a customer service 101 class! Ive been a manager in a retail environment for 10+ years and their poor service would never have been acceptable. Come on STEVE...get it together...it starts from the top down buddy!! We will not be renewing passes next year. :/

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I went to this park as a child and I wanted to share those experiences with my pregnant fiancé, my mom, my little brother, my little sister and my fiancés nephew. We were in the area because my step-dads father was in a hospital close by, and we all needed something to lift our spirits. The parking lot was packed and we had to park by a gas station. I attempted to buy tickets for everyone, except my mom and my fiancé since they wouldnt be swimming and leaving shortly after. The attendant told me that I would need to pay for everyone. I asked to speak with a manager, and the manger told me the same thing. Without damping their sprits, I chose to spend the $198 to get us all in the water park. At the entrance of the water park, security searched our bags and other belongings we had. After finding a sandwich in my fiancés purse, they told us we werent going to be allowed in with outside food. I asked to speak to a manager because my fiancé was not only pregnant, but also diabetic due to her pregnancy. I didnt feel as if they should deny her the food since they didnt have anything nutritious to eat. The manager explained to me that it was the policy of the park and that nothing could change that. He then told me that I could rent a locker upstairs for 25 cents. I went upstairs to find that it was actually 50 cents, and I would be charged 50 cents every time I wanted to get into the locker. I paid for the locker, so that we wouldnt have to store the sandwich in a car located off site. We entered the water park, and I met a disabled vet that was using a walker to get around. I asked if he had to pay to enter the water park, and he had the same trouble as us. We decided to play miniature golf. On the first hole, a group of people were smoking. I went to the front desk and asked if that was allowed. The manager at the front desk explained to me that that was the smoking area for the park. I was appalled by this because I had a pregnant fiancé and three children being exposed to cigarette smoke. We skipped the first hole, but decided not to even play because several people were smoking on the golf course. I cant blame the smokers since there are ashtrays throughout the golf course. I spoke to yet another manager about getting some of my money back, and he refused to help me out whatsoever, even after explaining all of this. The management team is rude and not helpful. I will never return to this park and neither will any of my family members.

Customer service isnt that great i know i go there all the time. The staff is made up of mainly teenagers many of them friends of mine and their not really experienced in job courtesy and what not but i guess its managements job to teach them so thats a failure on managements part. the lifeguards i pretty chill and layed back they converse with people. they may blow there whistle at you and tell you to stop running or something like that lol but their cool tho they have to do that. Dont waste your money paying $26 or whatever on regular hour admission because its not worth it. Go to nightslides and you only pay $17 and get to ride all the same rides for 5hours and the lines are less long. Going during regular hours is a waste because the lines are twice as long and you only get to ride every ride maybe twice. When i go during nightslides i get to ride each ride at least 4 times before the nights over. Inside they have alot of games to choose from however some of them dont work so be careful. the lazertag is awesome and if your in a group its less expensive but i dont recommend kids under 8 trying it because it can get a little rowdy in there and small kids can get knocked over. the golf course is cool for all ages tho there are people that just hang around on the golf course and it gets crowded and unable to really play. the BEST part of golfland-sunsplash i would say is the fastcars. the cost is a little expensive but its worth it their awesome. kids have to be a certain height or age to ride alone or they must ride with a person who is. i wouldnt recommend the food their it is expensive. i wouldnt say its really unhealty they do have a subway inside and a place that sales pizza. the snack bar at sunsplash is expensive. if you wont a better deal on food there is a in n out located across the parking lot. its always crowded especially during the day. there is a burger king at a gas station across the street on the right hand side. GO to NIGHTSLIDES it is worth the money. Nightslides are more for the teenage crowd i would say because thats the crowd i mostly see there and i am a teenager. YOU SHOULD ENJOY IT THO
