This is our go-to theater. The reclining chairs are SO COMFORTABLE and have spoiled us from regular movie theater seats. It is also so nice to be able to buy your tickets ahead of time and pick your seats so that you dont have to worry about showing up really early to avoid the nosebleeds. Make sure you pay attention to the layout of the theater and where the screen is labeled when you pick your seats online because many people choose from what they think is the top row and accidentally end up right in front of the screen! Other than that, showing up to see a movie is a breeze, staff is friendly, and everything is clean. Finally, if you see a late night movie and buy a large popcorn and want to get your refill, go ahead and ask for your popcorn AND your refill in a large bag before your movie otherwise they may have closed the concessions by the time you go back for it.

Love the theatre, very clean, seats are roomy and comfortable. That being said, we had to leave before the avengers movie was over tonight because something was wrong with the ac in the theatre we were in. Sitting in a 2 hour movie with no ac, it was a good 88 degrees in there, was just unbearable. And them on top of that theyre sorry its so hot in there but oh no we dont do refills here on large drinks thats another 6 dollars, was just frustrating. An hoping they get the issues fixed soon or were going to be finding another theater to go to

Im not sure if they were short staffed or something, but tonight was a wreck. When getting to the cafe order line, we ordered a hot chocolate and the guy literally said, "I dont know how to do that. I only work box." He then calls another guy over to make us our hot chocolate, which was awful. I then return it to the clerk and after being completely ignored I had to ask for a refund. I probably wont be returning to this theater. The staff seemed like chickens with their heads cut off and were rude about it.

The theater was one of the cleanest I have been to in a long time. The only drawback is they have a single line for popcorn and it was outrageously long so we were late for the trailers. The lines are also very confusing and there is no one there to direct u and the ones that were around were of no help. It has recliner seating which are the only theaters we will go to now. These recliners were so much more comfortable than the ones they have at rave. Another great thing is that they all have curved screens.

Nice new movie theater with electric recliners and assigned seating. However, you pay for what youre getting- $6.70 early bird $7.85 matinee $9.50 general admission $10.00 weekend general admission $12.50 XD general admission $12.50 3D general admission $14.50 XD 3D general admission Save this theater for a special date night or other occasion. If you want to just go see a casual movie and not worry about paying $35 to see a movie that you might not even like, go to Tinseltown in Grapevine.

For the good: very clean, friendly staff, great service, best fries Ive ever eaten but in this day and age to have to get a pager and then leave your seat to get your food and get up in the middle of the movie to get anything else, too inconvenient. Its a nice bridge between old school theatre and newer dine in but why would I ever choose this option when I can have complete service in other places. If they added this feature it would be hands down one of the best in the area.

Absolutely love going to this theater. I also like how you can get your own beverage. The people that work there are very nice. picking out the seats is easy and the seats are amazingly comfortable. I remembered the first week they opened, they did have someone that would escort you to your seat. I think it was unnecessary but it was rather nice to see. The fact that you can pick your seats and how you can extend them, I will never go to a regular theater again. 5 stars.

We are seniors and appreciate the special discount but that isnt why we keep coming back. Join their CONNECTIONS group and earn free discounts and refreshments. The seats are comfortable and clean. Everyone is friendly and eager to make your visit a pleasant one. It has a handy app that reminds to turn your phone to silent and will automatically reset your phone once you leave the theater. Great parking, easy access.

I will never go to another theater that doesnt have luxury seating. Prices are a bit high but worth every dollar just to pick your own seats ahead of time. Download their app and earn rewards and free stuff. Also figured out you can earn extra points by turning on a Cinema mode on your phone when you in the theater ... Way cool and worth the 40 min drive for me!!!

The theater was dirty. Trash everywhere I stepped. The employees were rude and not very considerate when you could find one. Bathrooms were nasty as well. Seats were comfortable though so thats a plus. If you dont mind stepping over trash and rude or nonexistent staff then this is the place to go especially if you want to pay the big bucks.

Clean, new, friendly. The only movie theatre I go to. Seating isnt overcrowded. Seats are amazing. Plenty of asile room so you dont have to put your footrest down so someone can walk past. My only complaint is the bathrooms. Maybe I just havent seen any others but there should be more stalls. But they are well maintained.

Buying food is easy, instead of everyone being served individually, you only have to wait for popcorn to be handed to you by the employees, everything else is a self serve, and then similar to a grocery store, you just walk to checkout with your food/drink. The theatre speakers seemed a little quiet.

I am short and usually cant put my feet on the ground in most seats. It makes it tough on my back after a while. I enjoyed the luxury seating and clean atmosphere. The staff was happy and that makes such a difference. I will always look here first for the movies I want to see.

Great theater, but really happy with overly helpful management. In my daughters excitement to watch the movie she spilled our entire large popcorn and Robert made sure that we had it refilled (kindly without charge) and hand delivered it to us in our theater. Great service.

My new favorite Movie Theater ! Xd is really good, Seats are hugh and comfortable, Staff friendly, Restrooms clean, AND they have a Chargepoint Charging Station for my Electric Fiat 500e (1.00 for first 3 hrs).... No reason to go anywhere else to see a movie.

Any site that requires more that a simple credit card payment, instead of different hoops to jump through, is a pain in the butt and a waste of my time. Management: tell the higher ups to keep things simple for those of us who dont want to join anything!

The employees are courteous, the seats are clean and they recline for maximum comfort. There is plenty of room between the rows of seats to allow people to walk past without me having to stand up or change positions to allow it. It is a great experience.
