Do yourself a favor and go down the street to colony lanes. The staff is rude and very confrontational. If you ask to speak to a manager you will be told that there is no one else in charge because it is a family run business. No refunds are honored, and the passes provided will not cover the over charged prices for the lanes. My family and are were treated very poorly for a what was supposed to be a nice night out. Who expects to have a poor and confrontational experience WHILE BOWLING. I was even looked at at told "it must be a full moon tonight" Stay away, the rates at colony are cheaper.

Fun time but only because of the people with us. Too expensive for 2 games of bowling. It cost $31 for shoe rentals and games. Theres a Groupon for $15 for the exact same night we did. Berlin bowl said they have all you can bowl on Saturday nights for 2 hours for $12 including shoe rentals. Only found out about Groupon and Berlin after we paid Wallingford bowl. Music was way too loud also at Wallingford bowl and Im a DJ too.

I went there with ASRC for the first a year and a half ago. Honestly this place is chill and no criticism is needed Original:4 Stars UPDATE:Now that Ive been to Colony Lanes and now I went back here in last January and this place has made a few changes since my last visit in January 2015 Honestly though I think its an OK place to bowl

Lanes are always open. However, the machinery is terrible. Ball returns always faltering. Occasionally the pins will not be set correctly (i.e. missing pins). The staff is always helpful and ready to fix any problems! Good deals on Sunday/Mondays as well as weekends.

The bowling was good, its always a bit more relaxed here then some of the other bowling alleys. The prices are reasonable as well. Staff always friendly.

Had a great time here. Went with a group of work friends. The bar was a bit backed up that night but we were glad you could order food, not just snacks.

Friendly staff, a lot less expensive compared to the other place in town. Good selection at the snack bar. The bar drink prices are reasonable as well.

Good clean facility. Friendly staff. The only gripe I have is that they didnt have any music playing. Couldnt shake my butt while I bowled :-)

Pretty expensive for bowling. Only went to meet up with other people, two games for two people and shoes cost over $30... thats crazy.

Lane kept getting stuck at least 3 times, spoke to manager..... he said its nothing he can do, I couldnt believe it..... never again

Solid bowling alley. Its clean and fun bit nothing really out of the ordinary. Location is great right next to a go cart place.

Racist remarks made by staff toward a group of young kids made my family and I extremely uncomfortable. We left. It was awful.
