I believe is TIME TO STOP POURING 50 CANS OF SALT ON THE POP CORN!!!!!! BECAUSE IT IS COMING OUT EXTREMELY SALTY!!!!! LIKE REALLY SALTY, LIKE I MEAN IT!!! REALLY SALTY!!!!!!TODAY, 08/07/2017, MY FAMILY AND I WENT TO THE AMC THEATER AND OF COURSE BEFORE GOING INTO THE THEATER ROOM WE BUY POP CORN WHICH I TASTE IT A FEW MINUTES LATER ONLY TO FIND IT INEDIBLE AND DISGUSTING!! THE SALTY POP CORN MAKE US CRINGE AND NAUSEOUS!!!!!! WHY NOT REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF SALT ON THE POP CORN!!!!SALT KILLS PEOPLE, YOU KNOW THAT??? ANOTHER THING, THE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! THEY COME AT YOU LIKE THEY KNOW YOU OR WERE THEIR FRIENDS!!!!!! WONDER IF THE AMC STAFF RECIEVED THE PROPER JOB TRAINING AT THIS LOCATION!! THIS IS FOR THE CREEPY KID WHO SAYS HE IS THE MANAGER, HE MUST BE AROUNF HIS LATE 20S???DIDNT GET HIS NAME THOUGH.. ANYWAY, WHEN I CAME TO YOU AND TOLD YOU THAT THE POP CORN WAS EXTREMELY SALTY ..YOU SHOULD HAVE SUGGESTED ME TO GET A NEW POP CORN OR SOMETHING ELSE BUT NEVER IMPLY THAT I PUT SALT ON THE POP CORN,DO I LOOK LIKE I WAS A KID????DARN IT! Nice place, spacious with many theater rooms, my family and I usually come to this AMC to watch all the new movies. We enjoy watching movies here, as a matter of fact, we just were up there watching Sing, Passenger.The location of this AMC makes it perfect for some one like me who has a big family, it has a big parking lot. It has playful amenities for the children. It has plenty restrooms, and an elevator. The way the theater was designed was to make anyone feel so cozy and home. It feels like a nice cozy nook where you and family want to have just for yourselves... Id just like to point out one little Glitch about this beautiful AMC theater, well, this is about the lack of cleaning going on there, seems like the kids who work there are NOT properly Trained, they are just hanging around when there is a swimming pool of trash right in front of their eyes, they always walk right pass the trash lying on the floor but dont care, dont see them sweeping the floor up...regarding the restrooms, it saddenes me a lot too see the bathrooms So Nasty, Sticky. Happens to see the toilet clogged and fill with paper toilet like in a cesspool, I felt like never using the restrooms again!!!...dont know if theres a manager around, if there is one, wonder if he/she can pay more attention to those details and fix them..AMC,s moviegoers will really appreciate it....

We were up there today on June 17, 2017, and we had to leave because we were kicked out of our own seats. Guess what for. Because, apparently, WE WERE NOT IN OUR ASSIGNED SEATS. Thats right, Loews Theater now has ASSIGN SEATING. What do they think we are, children? Also, unless your a member or you are obsessed with looking this place up online and constantly reading their updates, then you will see that they added assign seating. So if you are sitting in your favorite spot during this movie, prepare to move because anyone who comes late can now just have the upsetting feeling of kicking you out and going to the seat you are assigned to go. Have fun siting in the front unless you pre-order your tickets. Seriously though, who thought of assigned seats. They just know that they have the power to do his to us and want to treat us like kindergartners. If I could give it less than 1 star then i would for this terrible decision that ruined my night.

My daughter went there to see Strong last night with friends , 2 of which are from Boston and knew people who were directly affected by the tragedy. Shes s THIRD YEAR COLLEGE STUDENT - THAT MEANS SHE IN HER JUNIOR YEAR OF COLLEGE , she had her college ID with her but not her drivers license and the person that she went to by the ticket from wouldnt let her buy a ticket . Shes 20 YEARS OLD , but since shes only 5 feet tall, they wouldnt let her in! They asked to speak to the manager and he said that there was nothing that he could do either - REALLY ? What if she didnt HAVE a drivers license ? Wouldnt a junior in COLLEGE , WITH HER ID suffice ? I frequent this theater often BUT I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO SPEAD THE WORD !

Come here all the time, but last time I was here I paid for my ticket, paid for my pop corn and sat down to watch the move. A manager came in and I was agresively asked for my ID and my movie ticket. After producing both I was never told the reason. Walked out to complain and was directed to speak to a second manager (the first manager was the person agressively asking me for my ticket and id) after complaining i was directed to stand away from the crowd and was told there was bo way for a refund. The explanation was some teenagers were movie hoping and I fit the discription. No one ever Applogized to me.

This has become my go to theater, and I live in Norwalk! They have been consistently excellent at all of the midnight premiers I have been to. The seats are comfy, the food is good, and I have never seen a technical issue at one of my showings. There a ton of awesome restaurants right in the area so it makes for a perfect date spot too! It should be noted that they do not have a full Imax theater. They have one of the smaller versions that is technically the Imax screen ration but it is not the three story screen that you see at true Imax theaters.

Great location, parking availability but lack of staff at ticket counters . I visited with my children to view the Minions Movie and spent over 10 minutes purchasing tickets at a counter because I was using pre purchased movie tickets and the cashier couldnt get them to scan. After requesting a supervisor they were finally scanned but I missed the previews and we love to sit through them and laugh. Besides that the theatre is spacious and clean. I would visit again in the future.

Okay if you have no other place to go, My main complaint is that every time I used to go there the place smelled like urine and thats one of the main reasons I stopped going there. I believe that whoever they have for a cleaning staff or could be the employees themselves who are not being trained well by management are basically using the same mop thats used for the restrooms to clean up spills in the lobby of the theater if they ever get rid of that smell maybe Ill go back.

I like the theaters themselves and compared to some other theaters the reclining seats are very comfy with arm rests that go all the way up have cup holders! The view is great from every seat in the middle even if someone tall in front of you! The concession stands have a ton of good choices but of course they are super expensive as are most! Kiosks to order tickets are plentiful but people end up waiting in line because nobody gets what they are for!
