CAUTION FOOD POISONING! TOO EXPENSIVE FOR CRAPPY FOOD THAT GETS YOU SICK!!!! My two-year-old daughter has been vomiting all night at the hospital. Ive been sick as well ! She hasnt been able to hold anything down! EVERYONE that went with me to that place has gotten food poisoning . I will highly look into contacting the health department to revise that place and the way that they handle their food . It took 40 minutes just to get appetizers out, the silverware was dirty still had traces of FOOD on them from whoever ate off of it last time. After the appetizers were out of the way we had to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for meals to come out not only that they come out one by one. This place WAS NOT busy to even have the remote excuse on why the slow and crappy service. My 2 year old daughters food was still ice cold. I even had the waitress touch it so she can verify for herself that the food was cold mind you this was a damn hot dog the easiest thing to cook. I brought it to the managers attention which at that point he removed the hot dog from my bill and they brought me another one at no cost by this time I just wanted to get the hell out of there so while we were already finishing up my oldest daughters meal finally comes out so we just had to get a to-go box to take it with us. The only reason why this place Even gets a single star is because without it i cannot leave my feedback! Otherwise this place deserves no stars!

Sat. August 26th 2016 2pm to 5pm . I wont discredit anyones personal opinion but let me just explain OUR experience at Gametime. One, we were greeted right away within 5 seconds.(which is known to be a must do in a customer service aspect). Two, 15 bucks ALL YOU CAN PLAY. I personally dont care about winning tickets. Its the experience that counts for my kids. Three, 2 bud lights ,2 Heineken bottles and 2 kids drinks $14.31. WOW really, thats is CHEAP. Ulises the Bar tender was great ! Lets see..... it took 45 seconds to get my drink .Both times ! Blake ,he must be a Manager because he was on POINT! I watched him through out my time there and he was helping anyone and everyone that needed it! Great turn around guys and gals. Definitely encourage parents to bring their kids and enjoy. My family and I walked out and asked our self "Where to eat ?" We turned right back around and ate at Gametime. Food was great and waited 15-20 minutes for it. Great food. Just to add, I live my life on customer service and teach others for a living. 5 stars, hands down and I challenge anyone who has had a bad time prior to give it one more shot ! Taylor our waiter was GREAT ! THANK YOU ALL ! One more thing , I didnt want to come to this place at first. I forced myself because of my son. Great move and daddy saved the day.

Took quite a while for drinks and food... asked for some dipping sauce 3 times and took a different waiter and 10 minutes to actually get it. Never received our second "2 for 1" roud of drinks until we asked the manager for them. Finished our food finally and never saw the waiter again... had to ask the manager to get our checks... he printed out the wrong ones he said, so then we still had to wait for our server to get them. Honestly... it was kind of ridiculous... and the icing on the cake... drinks are 2 for 1!!! EXCEPT that a single bottle of Corona costs $8?!?! $8 for 12oz of Corona?? And before anyone says it... Im aware that its 2 for 1 so it actually only came out to $4 a beer... but then lets just charge $4 a beer... dont try to make me think Im getting a deal... because the only place I expect to pay $8 for a Corona is Cuba... but I digress. The arcade area was extremely fun though! My children had a blast and at the end of the day thats all I care about... the card system works really well and turning in digital tickets was extremely easy! Well return for sure.... only to the arcade.

I joined the fan club where you get 2 free hours of games. I printed off the free game play and headed to play games. When I arrived I was told the manger was on a conference call ( A manager is only able to give the free play time). At this time it was 2:00pm. I bought a $35 card to take some time up so my son (Who is 5) wouldnt be upset that we couldnt play games. Our card then lasted until about 3:00pm. I asked again if the manager was available and he was still on a conference call I was told. I bought another $35 card and that lasted till about 4:00pm. I asked once again before we left and was told again that the manager was on a conference call. Unfortunately we didnt get to use the free game deal which was a bummer. Most games dont give out tickets and that is what the free game play would have covered if there was a manager available. The facility was very clean and the games were spread out well enough. Make sure you call ahead to verify that a manager will be available for you when you arrive with your free game play paper.

This restaurant is a joke. This is the second time weve come here to eat. The first time was terrible. Although there were plenty of open tables, we were told they were reserved. We had to sit at the bar (party of 6). The food took almost an hour, and this entire time the empty tables were still empty. Today we went back, again empty tables every where and we were told that they were not seating anyone until after the game. We ended up going somewhere else. This is no way to run a business. We will not be returning to eat there again. Two times we have been told we could not be seated. Its football season, as a bar you should be prepared and properly staffed so you are not turning away customers.

Ordered drinks first, server brought water, we ordered appetizers. Forgot an app, so my boyfriend finds server and tells him. Still no drinks. First round of apps come out. They get ate. Still no drinks. Second round of apps comes out. Still no drinks. I ask for a manager. Its been 40 mins had two refills of water and no drink. Our server was great. The bartender however thought it be more important to serve the 3 people at the bar instead of make server tickets. They comped our apps, but we paid for drinks. They gave us extra one hour game cards. Worst dinner ever! Just go and play games there. Dont bother with food or drinks! They dont kno how to make the drinks on their menu!

Much better then you think. My wife, son and I were very pleasantly surprised. The space and the service is great! I m not sure where they get their staff but I want to head hunt them for my business. Very helpful and appeared happy that you were there, unlike many people in the service industry now a days. Bar area is very large and nice with screens every where. What I truly liked was the rules for everything. They are made in our favor not so much theirs such as the way the coin cards work, we can carry our drinks around and the bar tender gave me an IOU for my 2 for 1 so I would not have to carry 2...thoughtful. We had a great time and will return.
