My experience at this movie theatre would have been great and enjoyable had it not been for one of the people working at the ticket booth. After a stressful week of finals I hoped to relax a bit by watching a movie with my friends. Unfortunately, the man at the ticket booth had a very poor attitude from the start. I handed him my debit card along with my student I.D. card and told him I wanted three tickets. Before I was able to tell him for which movie, he interrupted me by calling over my friends and asking them how many tickets we needed (there were five of us total). At this point he chunked my I.D. and debit card back under the window. One of my friends told him he was going to pay for two tickets and I was going to pay for three. With a cocky attitude, he said that if we were going to do that then the best way would be to pay separately. That was our plan and it would not have been a problem had he not called my friends over. He said mentioned how I hadnt told him which movie we were going to see and because of how angry I felt toward him I could not remember which movie it was we planned to watch. Afterwards he asked how he could be sure I was a student. I told him I had already shown him my I.D. and I pulled it out once more to show to him. He said it was fine but I made sure to push it near him to just get him to stop talking. Ill admit I began to raise my voice at this point in frustration and disbelief at how disrespectful he was being. He was completely rude and I had never felt so talked down to like I did at that moment. He acted superior to us and when he noticed I wasnt having it, he began to be more sarcastic and more like "I was just joking with you guys." After I finally received my tickets, I stood to the side while my friend purchased his tickets. Then the man made a comment about how girls who attend UT schools seem like they would stab people and he didnt want me doing that to him after his shift was over. He didnt apologize for making me upset and I am still very tempted to call the manager but I didnt even think about getting his name. This situation distracted me after a good ten minutes into my movie that I could not even enjoy it as I had planned. I just hope that the employees are supervised more or told to be friendly instead of coming of rude. Lets remember we are strangers, customers doing business and not casual friends who understand and tolerate your sarcasm. Beside all of this, the movie (Dracula: Untold) was great, the theatre was clean, and the other employees were pleasant. Definitely wouldve given a five star review. I ask that you please spend more time deciding on who you hire.

So we went to see X-men, and the most uncalled for rude and upsetting thing just happened to us. Opened a new account today with my bank and I kid you not we have money in it. A lot..... any who its a temporary card due to the fact I lost my I there so you can use a new card only as debit not credit. At the concession today getting a large pop and large drink, the card kept getting declined. I kept telling the associate itll only work with debit (they have the debit keypad fyi). So he kept insisting that it was running the way the card works. So he called the manager beside him I thought to show how to process the payment debit not credit you know. But instead he insisted we had no damn money, fyi were Mexican and we werent dressed up so does that mean were poor? So us: can you just run it debit? Manager: sir no matter how we run it, itll decline Us: we literally just used it to purchase tickets. Manager: the cards declined BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO MONEY! us: can we just get the pop corn. Lady so sweet: excuse me excuse me but I would like to pay please, please let me pay I got this. Us: no, its okay, we have money, its just a temp card, thank you, its okay. Lady so sweet: she paid for our drink and pop. Thank you so much sweet lady, he sure as hell pissed us off when he said "BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO MONEY" HE said it loud, rude, and so just embarrassing and hurtful. Thank you sweet lady, she saw it all happen to and how rude that jerk of a manager was.

Once my favorite Fort Worth area theater but now I avoid it. Pros: * Close to home Cons: * Reserved seating. This is the main reason I no longer go here. At first it was only in select screens and it was a nice compromise for those that preferred reservations. When they went to ALL reserved seating I was done with them. This isnt a concert where you make plans months ahead of time. Reservations may be great for that person that goes to a theater only once or twice a year but for people like me that see movies almost weekly, when I can fit it into my schedule, it is very inconvenient. Planning hours ahead of time to ensure a good seat is rarely an option. * The concession stand can be excruciatingly slow at times. Perhaps this was the reason for reserved seating? Ive by-passed my drink purchase when I knew I wouldnt get through the line before the previews started. * No policing of cellphone users. This location is notorious for disruptive patrons. * They definitely went with the lowest bidder when they had the theater remodeled for the reclining seats. * Reduced the amount of seats to install uncomfortable recliners. * Reserved seating.

Where should I start . First off, they did not have any hot dogs ready. Why would you not have hot dogs ready to go when all you have is 3 items on the menu? Second of all, I decided to go with the small pizza that look like it came out of the Red Baron box.Not only did i have to wait for such a high price pizza. But it was over cooked and not cut correctly on the slowest time of the day. And the Mozzarella sticks were under cook. Guess she hit the wrong button on both meals. BTW,No refills on 7.00 sodas. The restrooms were clean so thats a plus. The Theater room which is called "Xtreme" (big screen from top to the boom of the floor") was nice until i realized they have no room to place your meal. So i had to make a table with my legs.Once i did that i can only see half the screen. That place needs work and a better staff. As much money as they charge you ,you think your paying for the employees salary,They must make 50,000 a yr. Its no wonder the RAVE must have left and they sold it to CINEPLEX. They were smart enough to keep their name clean. Everyone has their opinion, Well i give it a 2 and thats being fair.

Ive never been to a movie theater that had reclining seats, so that was a nice change of pace. I really liked the fact that I could recline on the soft leather seat, sip on my cherry slurpee, and snack on popcorn while watching the movie. The theater being spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean was a bonus. Obviously, the staff is very vigilant, and works hard to keep the place absolutely spotless. I didnt see a single stray popcorn kernel on any of the carpets anywhere in the entire movie theater. I was very excited when we got to the movie theater, because I had been eager to watch Wonder Woman since I saw the trailer on tv. For that reason, I chose this particular cinema (it was the only one in the area showing the movie.) Even though I went into the movie knowing that it had received incredible reviews. I was still blown away by how amazing it was all portrayed on screen. It was easily the best movie Ive ever seen, and it was so captivating that I barely dared to take my eyes off the screen.
