Im a huge fan of the the renovated AMC theaters, with comfortable and well laid out seating plans and usually great screen and picture quality as well. That being said, the only thing worse than the quality of customer this location seems to attract is the quality of their employees. Ive been here 4 times this year and loud rude people in the audience have consistently ruined the experience for my group. As for the staff, the best encounter Ive been able to hope for is an employee that just doesnt know what theyre doing, as most just dont care. Theyve put stubs premier lines in place but then just stare at you like an idiot for not being in line with others, they act annoyed whenever you have a question or a problem, and they are usually just walking around trying to avoid making any sort of eye contact with customers. I love AMC, Ill continue to go, but Im done with this location. If you want recliners go to the Warren. If you dont care about that I highly recommend the Quail springs location.

Terrible experience at AMC Penn Square theaters. Long wait in line due to the fact that you must choose a seat from a monitor and no one can do it fast or understanding how to use the screen. The theater was 60 degrees. Coats were not warm enough. In the Mens restroom, a urinal was broken which flooded the floor. Management knew about it. You had to step in the urine and water to get to the other urinals and stalls. Manager said the plumber had been there to fix it twice yet would have to return the next day. I asked, "At least someone could mop up the mess." I man came into the restroom in a wheelchair. He had to use his hands on the wheels which went through the urine and water. His hands were covered in the mess. So sad. Terrible conditions. I will never return to such a pitiful theater.

Employees are rude and slow, a lot more pricey for lesser experience, during the first half of the movie (not just trailers) the doors are open which lets light and a lot of noise into the theater. The projection doesnt cover the full screen so you get a smaller screen than other theatres. Something as small as popcorn flavoring costs money when every other theater Ive been to have been free. After I was told I had to pay 50 cents for the flavoring I was instructed to wait in a big line for something that small because 2 of the 3 people behind the counter were too lazy to open a new cash register for the line. DO NOT go here, you get a lesser experience for the "amazing" seats.

The renovations to this business are great! The new chairs are wonderful lazy boy styled seating, my only problem with them is that I worry about getting too comfortable and dozing off! If youre a person needing a cool place to escape for a nap, this is your place! If youre just wanting to see a movie in comfort, well its good for you too. I still havent decided if I like the assigned seating part or not. If I plan a movie night, its great, I can get seats early. But dont try to come here spontaneously, they will offer you and your date seats on opposite ends of the room!

I am no longer satisfied with this theater. The workers are idiots and I always have to show my ID for rated R movies....I am 28 years old. The new menu sucks. I tried the new pretzels and they are hard and gross like a frozen pretzel. I liked the old gourmet pretzels. The chairs are dirty. They dont clean the chairs very well. I am also a stubs member and when you stand in the stubs member line they question you if you have one. They let people from the peasant line get served before you. I dont think I will be coming here anymore...it is a peasant version of the Warren.

Ive come to this theater for years and years. Ive always enjoyed it. I was living out of state when they brought in the comfy chairs and the choose your own seating. My first time experiencing the new amenities was when the church I attend (St. George Greek Orthodox) rented out a screening of My Big Fat Greek Wedding II the night before it officially started. Imagine a theater full of Greeks (and those that love them) enjoying the night together. A great time was had by all and the theater staff really went above and beyond to make sure of it.

The kid that takes tickets was absolutely useless, rude and almost seemed like he was high when we approached him with a ticket issue. After we saw he wasnt going to be any help, we stepped back to wait to visit with someone at the service desk. When the manage came, the kid hollared out... "Hey Lady" to my wife. Totally disrespectful. The manager quickly took the employees side and the extra ticket issues were never resolved. The management and staff are not acting in a very professional manner. We will not be back.

I only saw a few movies here because of its size. But when I did go here each experience was phenomenal. Snacks were always hot fresh and on point, recliners are very comfortable, and the picture and sound inside the auditorium were both perfectly balanced. The restrooms were very clean and usuable. Staff was very helpful in helping me find the auditoriums. I recommend this theater to anyone in the Oklahoma City area and around. A little pricey but at least you get to pick your seat

I LOVE this theatre! You get to pick you seat and they are super duper comfy. I have always had good experiences with staff as well. The only incident I have had was one time they moved theatres around and didnt tell us so I sat in the wrong movie for 5 minutes but that wasnt too bad. Parking is a bit odd if you arent shopping before or after your movie. Other than those minor issues, I have a great opinion about this theatre.

its a good place a little bite more than more movie place but worth it, two good things and two bad things one good is u can pick ur seat online and not wait in inline and if u miss ur movie from buying online u can get more for another movie, two bad things are that if you buy online there is a 2.30 fee and the other is once i bought the tickets there and they still gave me the 2:30 fee

Who lets a six-year-old into Dunkirk? Who leaves their customer service desk unmanned so you cant get anything done about this child climbing all over the seat, yelling, looking back at you, and creating a disturbance? I paid $15 a seat, I get a movie ruined by a six-year-old that the theater let in and would do nothing about. Ill never return.

Choose your own seat online and pick up your tickets at a kiosk. Seats are two adjoined recliners with a moveable armrest. It is ok to buy 3 tickets leaving the other empty. You can now pre order food drinks and popcorn and they will bring it to you when you notify them on the app. Self serve Coke A Cola freestyle fountain machines.

quite possibly the best theater in oklahoma city. my husband and I used to love to go to the warren and sit in the suites upstairs.. we tried the amc once night just to do something different and we realized it was way better than anything any other theater had to offer. clean, comfy and in a great location :)
