Great venue for a wedding! We started planning in September for a March wedding and the day was perfect! The ceremony was held on the patio off the Alexandra Ballroom. Luckily we had great weather and the patio accommodated our 130 guests with plenty of room for more if needed. Originally, the reception was booked for the Amanda Room but we had to change mid-way when our numbers increased. We ended up in the Alexandra Ballroom and it was absolutely everything we wanted for a reception. There was a room for the bride and bridesmaids to prep, bathrooms were nice and clean and there were nice areas around the facility for pictures. The flowers, linens and china made the room even more beautiful and there was plenty of room for all vendors, cake table, etc. as well as all guest tables and dancing. Carl was great to work with and was always responsive to questions. His staff was friendly and easy to deal with when needed. We did not have a wedding planner and from our first meeting right up through the wedding day, Carl was there to help with things that we may not have considered. After pricing out costs, the value of the goods and services we purchased (versus piece-mealing services together) was well worth it for us! We would recommend this venue for a wedding as well as other activities! Jennifer and Bobby Fett

Was there 6/2/16 for Spyro Gyra. Seats not very comfortable but ok. Waited forever in the beverage line to only find out that the beer was warm & no premium liquor. Never heard of the well brands they had. You would certainly think that with a crowd of mostly seniors, the liquor would be premium. We can afford it. Ended up buying a bottle of water only. (There were 8 in our party. A lot of lost sales there.) In addition, there was a sign that said cash or credit, but it was cash only. A lot of people do not carry cash. Very disappointed. :-(

Not really sure what they do for the cost of service ? Terrible business operation this guy has here. Planned for a wedding later in the year had to book services at the beginning, ended up changing the venue to an out of state location tried to get a refund ( mind you nothing was completed as it is the start of March) would not refund.I could even see no refund if it was 60 days out but for something so far away they could have refunded the money. Terrible business practice, Careful when your planning your next event. I would look elsewhere.

We did the Pineview Cobalt dance here and loved it. The staff was great , the space was in great condition, remodeled & clean. I have seen this hall go through many changes and have been working events there since "Jimmy A" had it years ago. The renovation and upgrades are impressive. Plenty of parking, good location ,very close to Siesta beach . The Devyn continues to be on our preferred vendor list ! David Brown /Owner/ First Class Events

Used this location for a wedding reception this past weekend. We were in the front room and the ambiance was very nice. If they use the same caterer all the time (affordable catering) I thought the food was delicious, probably could have used one more server though. Only reason I didnt give them a 5 star was the AC, it was consistently hot in the room and with most of us in dresses and suits master it very uncomfortable.

We are extremely pleased with the service and out come of our entire wedding. Carl and his team from All Event Rental and The Devyn definitely did an amazing job. I would recommend and use them again and again for any future events. The Bowers wedding was a success!! :)

I paid for a event that was cancelled and not notified. No refund or communication! If this is how a business is ran, I would never choose this place for a wedding when communication is key!
