There are pros and cons for the Wairhouse. Unfortunately, for us, there were more cons than pros. If youre taking kids who are all the same age and they plan on playing together while you sit and watch, the Wairhouse is a decent outing. They have two main sections to jump. One is for younger kids and the other is for older kids. The pro here is that little kids wont jump near the little kids. The con here is that if you have a family like ours with kids of varying ages (12, 9, 6 and 3) they cant all jump together. There is not a place in the entire park for everyone to jump together. If youre a parent that wants to jump with his little kids, it cant be done at the Wairhouse. Adults have to jump in the area for big kids and little kids have to jump in their area. Speaking directly with the manager, she confirmed that the two cant be combined. The basketball area and dodgeball area are the only areas where any age can go. But taking a 3 year old into a dodge ball pit (along side his older siblings and other older kids) didnt seem like a good idea. Safety is key at the Wairhouse. Thats a good thing. But we left feeling it was to their detriment. The jump areas are a series of small tramps placed beside each other with a foam buffer between each tramp. The tramps are about 4 X 4. The rules state that only one person can occupy a tramp at a time. The workers roam the facility making sure everyone is aware of the rule. This means that if you enjoy jumping on the same tramp with a friend, youll be sorely disappointed at the Wairhouse—it is not allowed. My son had been to the Wairhouse once before for a birthday party. He had a good time. He was there with friends his age and they were able to play together. I think thats where the Wairhouse is best. The last con is that we have a 6 year old special needs daughter and the Wairhouse didnt appear to cater or want to cater to any special requests. They do offer a time for autistic kids to come and jump by themselves but that doesnt suit our daughters needs or her want to be social and be there with her family. Unfortunately, we were told that it would be better if our daughter came back at a different time. Weve been to Airborne in Draper and many other trampoline parks in different parts of the US. I would rate the Wairhouse in the bottom third of all those weve visited.

This place is so awesome. I came here with my wife and three kids. One of my kids is disabled and he even had fun he just knelt on the trampoline and bounced up and down. They have awesome basketball hoops that you can dunk on while bouncing on the trampoline. They also have a net course which is in the air above everything and it is like an obstacle course there are balance beams you walk on, walls you have to climb around. And even a net you climb around. It is really awesome and actually pretty challenging. I am prior military and even for myself it was a bit of a challenge. It is definitely fun though have to check that out. They also have a foam pit which is really fun be careful though you will lose your socks in it. Lol. They will give you a replacement if you lose a sock though. They also have dodgeball areas. As well as a kids jumping area and a regular jumping area both are just full of trampolines. They also have an area that is set up for parties. The staff is very nice and friendly Wes and his wife were very helpful. They are very nice people and really caring. The owner Chris is also a very nice guy. It is almost like they have a family atmosphere and a family bond. They treat their customers very well too. The building is clean also. You can tell they can take care of the building and clean very well.

It may be closer to the city but it is mediocre, if I were you I would take the extra 20 minutes to go to airbourne in Draper. The trampoline park is okay... My kids are over it in about 45 minutes. The trampolines arent wide enough to do any "tricks". They are not allowed to do tricks into the pit of cubes... Ive taken my kids here a few times, each time there as been as issue with the waivers they claim to keep on file. If we go again we will have to fill out a new waiver for each child for the THIRD time! I have dealt with two people at the front desk, The woman who I assume owns the place, has a terrible attitude, then covers up with over the top fake enthusiasm. The man I dealt with today was quite unpleasant to deal with as well, is working at a trampoline park so awful? The man and the woman I assume are a fitting couple. I think airbourn is far more fun, totally worth the drive. They have more entertaining things to do, the trampoline space is larger, so tricks arent cramped. They have a really great area for the younger children. Every time we go here the kids ALWAYS want to stay longer. The staff are teens, they are fun, creative, and of the right age to have genuine enthusiasm to be working at a trampoline park.

Great family place! $5 jump Wednesdays are the way to go. I wasnt super impressed with the net course. The net course was to simplistic and you arent supposed to be on the nets intentionally which kind made it more lame. Sign the waivers before you go. Paid for the two hour jump and net course, but couldnt jump that long, so I suggest 1 hour jump for your moneys worth. Bring a water container to fill up. There is drinking fountain and water bottle fill up. Attractions include 3 trampoline-foam pits. A Main Course with bigger trampolines. A mini course with smaller trampolines. 2 Dodge balls trampoline pits. 4 basketball trampoline pits. A toddler play place. Net course. And a tight-line for balancing. Overall lots of fun, great air circulation, a good place to get the whole family moving.

Not a fan. If you have options on where to spend your money for trampoline time, youd be well served to look into them. Unlike most other trampoline venues, they require you to purchase their $5 grip socks unless you bring your own. No option to wear other socks or go barefoot, and frankly Im not sure where else you even buy that kind of sock. Also not clear on what happened the other day when we visited (first time) but the HVAC was not on/functioning so the place was like a sauna, and the only remotely-placed water fountain was streaming warm water. Almost seemed like they were trying to corral the cattle to their in-house vending... Cleanliness was just mediocre. Really a poor all-around consumer experience. Well be trying other spots in the future.

My group was jumping in the foam pit, when the watcher decided to talk very quietly about how we were jumping in inappropriately. Only after ten seconds after our first warning, he ran to fetch his manager. The manager came onto the platform and started to yell at all of the kids about how we can only jump in one at a time, and that we needed to either follow the rules or leave the area. This happened after only one quiet warning that none of my group had heard. I highly suggest getting a manager that knows how to deal with people. The Wairhouse is a very fun trampoline park in general, but the staff is questionable. Why are there only teens that look like they could care less about their jobs working there?
