The movie theatre itself is great.. love the deluxe seating... the bathrooms are always clean...beautiful movie theatre but I gave it a 3 because the service is completely terrible.. the staff at the concession stands are so slow literally can wait for 30 minutes just to get popcorn.. they can see the lines long and still no urgency or no pep in there step… same goes for the restaurant.. came in one day to order a burger.. the ladies were completely rude.. I ordered a burger and she said they were out of burgers and proceeded to ignore me and turned to another female working there and saids put me in an order of shrimps, thats why I like working here I get to eat for free.. I was so disgusted by there behavior I walked out and I heard them giggling as I did.. Another time me and my husband went in to grab a drink before the movie since we had plenty of time since we now go at least 1 hour ahead of time anticipating the waiting time.. we waited a whole 20 minutes at the bar and not one person came out to attend us… even after repeated attempts calling for someone… There needs to be a better management system there.. someone experienced..

Today, being a snow day from school, I decided to allow my children to each invite 4 friends to the movies. We were going to The Lego Movie at 2:55 at Ridgehill in Yonkers, NY. We called the theatre at 1:43 and asked if they were going to open because I am bringing a bunch of kids that I have to pick up. The girl told us yes, they would be open. I proceeded to drive to 2 different towns to pick up all children, 8 total including my kids. We get to the theatre at 2:35 and there is a sign on the door saying closed today! I asked one of the employees the name of the manager as he was walking out the door and he said Wadda babi or something like that. Really? He said I could call tomorrow and they will tell me his name. I wasted several hours driving kids back and forth and cannot believe this is how they treat their customers especially when I called 45 minutes prior to make sure before wasting all this effort! This may me a nice new theatre but with the stupidity with their employees, I will next time aim for Cross County or Central Ave which is closer.

I went to the Yonkers Alamo Draft house. WORST experience ever. I asked for popcorn they replied with the popcorn machine is broken. how do you go to a movie theater and there is no popcorn. Then I asked for a milk shake their response was their milk shake machine was broken. I ordered some food with 2 waters. the water never came out. I ordered a second time for 2 waters. Water still didnt come out. This place is so over priced $40 for 2 burgers platters with no refreshments not including tickets. the table sits too far from the seats and the constant waiters crossing in front of the screen kill the atmosphere. I rather go to cinema de lux 15 or cinema de lux ridge hill. you can still get a burger but the great thing is that you dont have to worry about people crossing in front of you every 5 min and you get popcorn milk shakes. And the best is you get water. I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVEN IF IT WHERE FOR FREE!!!

This theater has BED BUGS. I went here on a date last night to see A movie. As I was sitting in my seat I had one leg on the seat in front of me and the other leg on the ground, after the movie finished and I sat down at the tables in the lobby my foot started to itch. when I looked at it in the light I noticed a bunch of little red bites all over my ankle and toes. They were in little clusters and lines. I first thought that I was bitten by mosquitoes in the daytime, and just didnt notice it until then. But I was concerned because they were itching like crazy all of a sudden. However, after a quick stop at my doctors the next morning I was very politely informed that my foot and ankle was actually covered in bed bug bites. NOT mosquitoes!!Smdh very nasty

I just left from seeing "lights out" and literally the entire movie there was a group of immature kids in there yelling the entire time. This is only the second time Ive ever seen such immaturity in a movie theater like this. So yup, I went and told a manager. She was very nice, went and spoke to the boys, the were quiet for a good 10 minutes. But theyre children so they can be quiet for too long. So when the movie was over I expressed how I felt about my experience to the same manager (she has red hair, dont remember her name) but she apologized, and gave me 2 free tickets for next time I come. (Wasnt expecting that, felt like I won a prize lol) hopefully next time is better. Other than these hooligans, my experiences here r great.

Very bad staff ,slow making food ,lady boy ,dont no if it was a boy or girl giving me my tickets at last minute I did not want to go to the movie ,so me and my sister asked to get a exchange back on our money they gave my sister her money back and not mine saying that I had a chikds ticket when it clearly said on the ticked adult ,he manager was very rude and told me that Im. It getting a exchange ,after they refused to give my money back they got ther sicurety to kick me and my children out and my sister and her children ,the manager was very rude and she looked like she as 11 ,never going back to there ,they robber 120 dollars of us !!!!!!and refused to give back are money

Another great addition to the Westchester movie theater options. My only gripe is the legroom, and weekend crowds, but I didnt have a problem with anything else this theater has to offer. A security presence and attentive staff, save for one heavy set cashier girl working the tickets who got testy with my friend, possibly because he couldnt read her mind seeing as how there were no signs saying she was credit/debit only (then again, this is why I always use the credit card kiosks to avoid rude and miserable people not proud of their jobs). Regardless, Ill definitely be coming back again and again when Im in the area, and theyre showing movies I want to view.

Love Ridge Hill Movies. The popcorn tastes like movie popcorn anywhere. I do not expect fine cuisine and dont bother to pay the overpriced fast food. 2 suggestions: Join Starpass-It racks up points for everything you purchase including tickets and concessions. Then after so many points you get free stuff like popcorn, soda and even a free ticket. Also, if you have a child under 12 (I think) join The Popcorn Club. Kids get free stuff and love it. If its bad weather or a popular movie, buy from Starpass online before you go, no service fees. And you cannot use most movie gift cards here. There is only one kind and I forget! Have fun.

Love this theater and the calm atmosphere. It is rarely crowded and has a variety of snack options. Its also consistently clean, has really comfy seats & well staffed. The internal restaurant is ok, depending on if you go on a day that the chef isnt lazy & serve incomplete orders. The service is also a little too relaxed. The Island 16 version of this restaurant in long island is much better & they have less staff. Luckily there are great date night dining options in the mall after watching a movie. As well as shopping or just strolling in this lovely complex. CONCLUSION: Movie & Snacks/ Pizza/ Nathans YES. Restaurant NO.
