I got fired from that place on my day off, all I did was use the employee bathroom to do my business than after it smelled like weed after I left. I was last seen and was called to see the manager if I did it, I said no but he still wanted me to tell him if I did and couldnt accept no as my answer so I falsely admit to it, and than he wanted me to get rid of the smell and so I did and after he told me to get a mop to clean it. I wasnt even working so why would I clean the bathroom. The management in this place is full of bs, they cant fix anything and the place is loaded with cockroaches. Especially the food, they use old popcorn and serve it, the tenders and fries are bought from shoprithe, and the soda towers are crawling with roaches. Even the ice they put in has roaches as well. I dont know how this place is still running knowing how bad there service is. Only the floor staff and I are friendly to the customers and we barely can get a promotion cause of the money there trying to save. Overall the place sucks and no one should go there, you might as well spend your money at kerosotes instead of this bs.

saw Age of Ultron there 2 weeks ago. the screen was way too dim. i asked them to brighten it, they said "sure". ive now come to realize that that was complete bs, and they probably just stood there with their fingers in their noses. i sat annoyed the entire time while trying to see what was going on, when i shouldve just left. nothing was brightened, and the reason why was because the projector has a 3D lens on it that takes an expert to take off (not kidding). so if your screen is too dim, or you see 2 beams coming from the projection room, just get up and get your money back. no one there is qualified to uninstall it. at least it was matinee so i didnt lose too much money. the theater i watched this in? a train wreck. other theaters there are nice and modern. this was a throwaway. dirty, homeless looking seats. the screen had marks on it. the screen border had a big tear with about 3 feet of wood showing. if youre the manager of this place and reading this, shame on you. youre fired.

I only went here because The Mummy was sold out everywhere, I know I should have reserved lol. My experience here was disgusting-- -The bathroom was DISGUSTING, yes its a bathroom but this was beyond. -The screen was smaller than what Im used to. -The movie was SUPER dark, I could barely see the screen. I even complained to the staff who didnt really care and was told there was nothing they could do. Horrible. I listened to the whole movie. I doubt the director did the entire movie in darkness. -Only the elevator worked, no steps. Too many people in the elevator we took the steps nd probably werent even supposed to. Whatever. I remember coming here once before a couple of years back, I dont remember it beind this bad. -Other than them not caring that I couldnt see the movie, the staff I can honestly say were pretty friendly to us. -The maintenance of the building is atrocious. I will NEVER go back. How can you be an owner of a business and not care how everything is maintained?

Awful and dishonest operation from day one - first they promised recliner seats, then they attempted pull a bait-and-switch on the Groupons, now they advertise showtimes on a website that their manager claims is not affiliated with the theatre (yet sells tickets!) and cancel showtimes at will. (Meanwhile the website they claim not be affiliated with is listed as a contact should the box office try to screw you out of a movie-ticket - - I guess dishonesty doesnt end with the owners and management). Avoid this mess of a theater which never lights up auditoriums prior to the screening so you can see where youre walking or sitting. Its a strange strange operation that survives because of the film selection - Many of the Bollywood and Tamil movies are shown at the much better Edgewater Multiplex and AMC Newport anyway. This theatre is run by dishonest, unethical folks that care very little about their customers.

The movie theater sucks the new owners are cheap. Went to see a movie this summer the movie theater was hot it was dirty the seats are uncomfortable the prices are little less than some other theater but the services sucks quality of of movie is poor the staff sucks bunch of lazy disrespectful kids. The theater gets full of disrespectful kids that talk and curse through the whole movie. The movie i went too this summer was my last there through the middle of the movie a drunk girl got up yelling screaming cursing at movie goers to shut her up and on and on for 15 mins. No staff came to shut her up. This is because the owners are cheap hire kids leave them unsupervised probably pay them slave wages. It used to be a great theater before the new owners.

I have to concur with some of the other feedback left by others on this cinema. Staff acts like they dont wanna be there or just rather be doing something else. Service with a smile...Yeah right! But that being said the screens and overall theatre are actually pretty good. Its unfortunate because when you describe a place like this, a service based business, you cannot leave out customer treatment and satisfaction. I would do a four star but not at this present time. I realize these jobs are not taken by law degree graduates or med school students but an effort has to be made to make the consumers/theatre goers comfortable. Wouldnt you like to see us spending money there again? Thats what it would take.

Calling this place mismanaged is an insult to dingy grindhouse theaters. Sure the ticket prices are cheap but you get what you pay for: the theaters are in poor condition, seating is meh, and the screens are poorly lit probably by underpowering the projector bulb, a shady practice by less reputable theater owners who think it will save them money, and the food prices are exorbitant. Only go here if you dont care about the quality of what youre watching. There are other theaters close by in Secaucus and Hoboken that have competitive prices and deals with much higher quality.

I want to give this theatre a higher rating but, the poor conditions, inexperienced staff, and somewhat expensive cost for entry doesnt allow me to do so. I do frequent this theatre quite often since it is near my home; the water fountains do not work — there are several theatre rooms worth watching that epic film — this is an excellent choice if youre looking for Indian films — otherwise, show up on a Wednesday for half price tickets, dont expect luxury and comfort and enjoy the show. (I will update this post if investments and improvements are made.)

This place is under utilized. It has the potential to be more. I went to see ant-man and the theatre was dark, no lights, screen projector was off, almost Tripped on steps. The theatre wasnt cleaned, trash from the last showing was still there, probably due to short staff, nothing against the workers, but its a Saturday. Price is great, you hardly find price like this anymore for movies but its like that old saying, "you get what you pay for". Also whoever gave this a 5 star rating, all I can ask is what are you smoking?
