Edit: So my kids got offered a day pass for a drastically reduced price to this water park; against my better judgement I took them. All my opinions were vindicated, and my family agreed that his park really is the suck of all sucks. -The park itself is in horrible condition! Rust, weeds, peeling paint, splintered wood, loose boards on the slide towers, multiple Out-of-order stalls in the bathrooms, astroturf and concrete were all cracked, ripped, and torn. Multiple broken rides. Everything looks old, run down, and broke. This was the week-end after memorial day. This place should have been fresh and clean for the season opening. Instead it looks like crap. -Only one set of bathrooms, and they were in horrible condition. filthy floors, multiple out of order fixture, out of soap and TP. absolutely disgusting. Tattered, nasty changing area curtains too. Im the kind of guy that pees behind the bushes and poops in the woods, but even I was grossed out. Ive seen truck-stops in BFE Nebraska with better bathrooms. -Rides look old, out of date, and improperly maintained... because they ARE. -Charging for parking in what is otherwise a nondescript, uncovered and unsecured parking lot. This aint Lagoon, this aint even a halfway decent mall. -Tube rental is total BS. Every modern park has abandoned this model! Get with the times. -want a locker? 10 bucks. 15 for a family size one if I remember correctly. There arent enough of them either. -Ill let them slide on expensive substandard concessions, thats par-the-course for a lot of places.... But the concession stand is too small with too few lines. It took me 20-30 minutes to get a single order of fries. Only one set of concession stands. -Even the little gift shop sucked. No souvenirs, magnets, shirts, swim diapers, or towels. No decent merchandise at all. Thats really sad. Its like theyre not even trying. -And yet.... the park was packed. Demand is here. Money was being poured into the place. Where is it going? Whoever owns this place is suffering from a horrible case of penny-wise pound-foolish. This park needs new management, a major renovation, an additional set of bathrooms and guest amenities, and a new way of doing business. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My kids love waterparks, so I looked this one up online, and that was all it took for me to realize that it sucks. -Seven Peaks charges for tube rental. No no no no. Thats like opening a roller-coaster, and charging extra for the seatbelt buckle. -They charge for parking. Not just RV or trailer or bus parking, parking period. Makes me wonder how much more they intend to nickel and dime me. -Maybe you could have lured me in ten years ago with your splashy ads, but Google satellite shows me exactly what you are offering. I can already see from the sky that this place is way overpriced considering the pools and slides available. -Im guessing that most of your fans are locals who have never been to a Water park that does not suck. Corporate needs to take a vacation out of state and study how other water-parks in other states do business. Id recommend Schlitterbahn for a study on big water parks, and Venture River USA in Eddyville Kentucky for a study on smaller water parks.

The only reason why I might choose to go back is because I have a pass of all passes and its the closest location to my house. First of all, their hours are not posted online. When we got there we had to wait in a huge line just to scan our passes and then after asking three employees where to redeem our cards at, found out it was outside the gates to the park so we had to go out and around and wait in line there then wait in line to get back in to the park. The water in every single pool looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in a month. The blue paint on all of the pools was not dry and came off all over my swimsuit and my brothers. The food, locker and tube rentals are WAY over priced. $15 for a locker even if you only want to use it for an hour. $6 for a single tube, $11 for a double tube, and $16 for a triple tube, again even if you only use them for one slide. We ordered cheese fries at the concessions stand where the price on the menu said 3.99 and the total came out to be 6.40 just for the fries. Now if Im not mistaken, taxes for an order of 3.99 should not be $2.40. We didnt order anything except the cheese fries and when i asked why it was so expensive, they said it was for taxes but never have I seen almost double the price in taxes for something less than ten dollars. Half of the slides were closed. I went with my brother and they told us as well as everyone in line before us, that the heavier person was to sit in the FRONT seat of the double tube. The second slide we went down my brother flipped over the top of me at the end and kneed me in the head. I am very understanding that things like this happen at water parks and that safety isnt always guaranteed. But in my experience, the heavier person is always advised to sit in the back seat with the lighter person in front. After looking at tube policies of other water parks, I found that EVERY OTHER WATER PARK advises (most require) the heavier person to sit in the back. Luckily neither my brother or I were injured too terribly, but I worry that someone might because this is a serious safety hazard. I loved this park as raging waters when I was younger and have not been back since it became seven peaks. Im hoping to get my moneys worth for a bit of a longer drive to the Provo location, but I would not recommend this location at all.

This place is terrible. Ive been to water parks all over the country and this place is the sleeziest sneeky money grab Ive ever seen. They charge for parking so already taking money before you get in. It took 20 minutes to get tickets despite only being one person in front of us. There were no complications happening, the girl working the register literally just didnt care about us standing there waiting. I thought it was ironic it took so long by the time we got tickets we could have waited 5 minutes and saved another $6 per person. Then we got to the gate. NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED. Yes that includes snacks like granola bars and chips. No drinks other than bottled water. They werent even looking for glass, just wanted to make sure your only option to eat is to buy their insanely overpriced food inside. First time Ive seen this at a water park. Already a bad impression and not even through the gates. After getting through we came to the realization of just how crooked this business is. The ticket pricing wasnt too bad, but thats because they do not provide any tubes for their rides without renting for an additional fee. Yes if you want to actually ride all but 2 slides you have to pay an additional $6 per person to get rental tubes. Dont worry they have double/triple person tubes which save you $1 per rider. However only 1 slide in the park allows the multi-person tubes so youll have to go back for singles anyway. Less than 1/2 of the slides were open, in June, on a weekend. None of this was listed on their website. Their reasoning had nothing to do with maintenance (although I wouldnt have been surprised by the conditions) and purely because they didnt have enough life guards. Considering most the "lifeguards" they did have were either mentally impaired or looked about 12 I wouldnt be surprised if they dont pay enough to their life guards to make it worth any ones time. When I brought all of these issues up to the customer service they informed me they dont refund fees at all and the most they could do is upgrade my tickets to season passes. As if i ever would want to come back to this sham of a "park". *UPDATE* I decided to give this place a second shot by going back 5 days later. on the next weekend. Guess what, they STILL have half the park closed. What a waste of money.
