I dont get the relevance of peoples reviews for this theater. The admission is cheaper than most or equivalent to the norm for outside of NYC. The concession prices are also pretty standard for theaters too which is, and has been for a long time, a bit pricey. As for a review of this theater and not the prices set by a corporate headquarters... First, the theater is clean. The staff is friendly. The popcorn is fresh. The movies are first run. The sound and screen clarity are excellent. The new stadium seats are very comfortable. We go there often and will continue to do so.

I would have given the theater five stars, but the new stadium seats are horrible. I am 6 and could barely see over the seat in front of me. Our 4 and 6 year old had to use booster seats and ended up sitting on mine and my wifes laps. The seats were comfortable but too high. The screen and surround sound were fantastic. We will still continue to go to this theater to see movies, we just wont go as often.

This theatre is seriously outdated and filthy. The look of this place is vile. Stains everywhere, the staff arnt to friendly and they have two completly empty concession stand locations, whats the point of not using those? The theatres are small and the sound systems need to be updated, badly. Just take the extra drive to the palisades mall for their imax theatre, its a much better experience.

I enjoy going to cortlandt which is closer to home for me. The two theatres that I go to are Danbury and this one. The ua cortlandt membership program offers many perks like a free movie ticket or reduced prices on concessions. The film selection is a bit more limited due to less auditoriums or theatres.

This is the type of theater you go to if you dont feel like driving to the Palasades Mall. Not meant for action packed or horror movies, because of the bad sound quality. If you want to make the extra drive to AMC or IMAX, you would be better off.

The "rewards" system in this theatre chain is a joke....the standard free small popcorn reward hasnt changed in over a decade. Other than that the theatre itself is clean, and the staff at the counters are quick.

Ive never seen a short line. They seem to keep one person at ticket sales, even at busy times. They do have automated ticket sales, which is fast. Butter application is hit or miss.

Great theater. Plenty of room to accommodate my 66" frame. No bad seats in any of the theaters. Sound system is as good as any Ive been to. Very clean with polite help. 5 stars!

Good theatre. Well taken care of. Not a great selection of films. They run the basic Hollywood junk. Once in a while they do show a good independent film.

As good as any non-reclining chairs theater is going to be, saw Spiderman homecoming, was able to get time 45 mins before and got good seats.
