The manager is a jerk. He told me that the printout of the tickets I purchased online was not valid. He said that they had closed ticketing early and the tickets could not have been purchased. He said that they were for a different theater despite having the correct theater name and address on them. He was not professional or courteous but rather in our face about this. We had to show him the email on my phone and the credit card. He turned it into a thing where we had to be really assertive for him to let us into the theater. We almost missed the movie and had a lot of stress and aggravation because of him. He obviously needs some customer service training. He put a really negative shadow over what was supposed to be a pleasant date out with my husband.

I would give zero stars if I could! This place is too horrible to have a star rating of 3.8! - Firstly, the screen is NOT in the center. Since we were sitting to the edge by the time we left the theater we had stiff necks! - The quality of the projection is terrible. Its as if youre watching a movie on the wall of your house using a lopsided projector. - The screen had some sparkly stuff on it right in front of where we were sitting. Come on! If you cant keep the theater clean at least keep the screen clean! - And the chairs are supposedly recliner but the ones we were sitting on were broken. Id prefer non-broken normal seats. BAD BAD choice ! I do NOT recommend this theater at all! Please do yourself a favor and pick a better theater!

This is my go to theater! Its super family oriented and very inexpensive for movie viewings. For the most part they have the newest movie releases. Ticket price are $5 dollars before 5pm and $7 after 5pm, and they have great packages for parties. The seating has become quite comfortable with the recent leather lazy-boy styled electric recliners that were installed in several theater rooms. The cons to this theater is that its not always the cleanest. Being a small theater, there arent many employees to keep up with the workload that comes with popcorn throwing children. Also, the bathrooms are quaint. The popcorn and candy prices seem to be about the same as a regular theater.

8/29/14: I have been going here for many years, but not as recently in the past few years. This is mainly due to the lack of upkeep that it has suffered from. But with the new renovations to the walls, flooring, seating, and screens, it has really become a viable option compared to the local AMC. I just saw a movie here and the sound was clear, the picture was crisp, just like you would expect from at least a decent movie theater. The prices are a little more comparable than an AMC, but still less expensive for around the same time slots. So if you have avoided coming here in recent years, you might want to try it out again.

*****DO NOT ORDER TICKETS IN ADVANCE IN WHICH YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR SEATS, YOU WILL NOT BE HONORED THOSE SEATS***** If you are trying to see an upcoming movie that you want to ensure good seats for, do NOT go to this theater. After an unfortunate event of an inconsiderate person not moving as they were in my seat, a supervisor stated, "its first come first serve." Even if you have a confirmation email showing the seat numbers, they will NOT honor it. The staff stated it is a "system error." Utterly ridiculous concept & poor management, I suggest going to the AMC in Clifton Commons. PS- NONE of the recliners work.

Customer service was very bad!!! Was not what I expected at all!! One of the workers even followed us inside it was very creepy and weird... He just stood there and looked at us all creepy! The kids were spooked!!! We didnt feel comfortable with the staff at all! Seats didnt work so we couldnt even lay our chairs back. The popcorn and candy is way over priced! $5.50 for a pack of M&Ms SERIOUSLY! We Will NOT be returning customers! Im very disappointed it was not like this before! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BAD SERVICE AND OVER PRICED FOOD & DRINKS THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! ***0/5***

Its a little seedy theater. I get having to fight against the super giant AMC. The price is low. You get what you pay for. I can admit I dont like paying 15$ for a movie that I wouldnt care to see. 7$ or 5$ is decent when you having nothing to do. The seats are kinda meh. But you are always close to screen. The popcorn is good. Not stale. Id say go for it. But dont be overwhelmed by the lack of luxury. You do get the cheapest option here

This is the dirtiest movie theater Ive ever been in! I literally wanna just leave and say forget the money. However my son was excited about seeing the ninja turtles after his graduation ceremony,so I stayed. But OMG the inside of the theater looks like a rat will come running out in any second Im scared that this place have bed bugs smh TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

The seats in the first theatre actually lean forward.... yes you read that correctly ...if its a long movie I recommend a good chiropractor & some ice packs for your back.....2 of the screening rooms have the new typ recliner seats but theres no way to tell which one your show will be in so bring your own chair to be safe & enjoy the show tough guy

Cheap matinee tickets but, man, this theatres unbelievably filthy. Rather than having a way to the lights from the projector room, a staff member walks into the theatre and flips a light switch. Garbage everywhere, creepy recliner chair seating, and overall rundown. At least the sound and projection were decent.

The theater is definitely on the older and smaller side, but projection quality and sound have been fine so far. There are some screens that have nicer seating options than others. As of writing $5 tickets all day on Tuesdays are still running. Parking available on street.

This place has a character, which is so rare! I love this little theater, not super clean, not super new, a bit like a real human being. It is real and I like it, with all its imperfections. AMC is too corporate, it has no character, no charm, not my kind of guy.

Great ticket pricing. Very friendly staff. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The movie quality is the same as any other theater. Also they are a small theater so its never too crowded or the lines ever too long. Theyve added a small arcade section as well.

Great theatre. Quiet and tiny. Has amazing, comfortable theatre seating. Recliner seating with leg rests. Can put the arm rests up to cuddle with your significant other. The seating alone is the reason I go there every time.

$5 Tuesday tickets. Projection quality and sound are fine. Very friendly staff. Floors are sticky, chairs are in various states of disrepair. Its a good value, and a nice small theater that doesnt have a rowdy crowd.
