Staff very friendly, helpful & good with my kids. Made us all feel welcome & it is never crowded , always have your choice of seats in the theatre. Facility is clean , staff is professional & snacks are always hot & fresh. The theatre needs some upgrades to draw the younger crowd , they have the space thats for sure. All in All i had a good experience everytime & if they used the space they have to upgrade the arcades , even a new photo booth that people sit in & take a pic... If there was ANYTHING else to entertain people(Kids) before & after the movie i think would definitely help generate more of a crowd & crowd = money & money = revenue. Well thats why i gave 4 stars & NOT 5 ... If you are looking to enjoy a movie in peace & quiet , without the lines & crowd this is the place for YOU. But if youre looking for ANYTHING more than a movie & hott snacks this is not tbe place for YOU !

Tonight we were going to see the movie split. It began at 7:45 pm. These people had the nerve to lock the doors and ignore us outside when we arrived at 7:50pm. Horrible service and just rude. They clearly saw us and pretended like they did not. Talked to the manager and had no apologies of anything. How can you call yourself a manager? I would not even go as far as 1 star if I could. The building has not been updated in over a decade in which AMC "claims" they were renovating the theaters. Marquee cinema is a much better choice, with a cleaner and friendlier environment. Ill be taking my business there. They need to fix this place. 0 out of 5 (if I could)

I came here with my girlfriend to watch the movie IT which by the way was really bad. You see that picture I attached, yes thats a teared screen in the upper right corner. I didnt pay $18.50 to watch a damn ripped screen for the entire movie that lasted over 2 hours. While you might think that the teared up screen is nothing how about having your girlfriend frightened to death because some obese woman was about to throw fists at a teenager. Yes you read that right, a grown woman was about to annihilate a poor soul. I will never forget the words she said "I will kick you in the face" Like our dearest President Trump would say "very very horrible"

The only reason, I rated an "Its okay" is because of the staff! The staff were very friendly, but this theater needs to be RENOVATED! We now travel at least 30 miles to one of the other AMC Theaters (AMC Freehold Metroplex 14 or AMC Monmouth Mall 15), which is a shame because this theater is so close that I could walk to it. We love going to the movies, and when we purchased our home I was happy to know that this was close by. After our first visit (Spring 2014) we never went back again! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE spend some money renovating this theater and the customers will flock back!

When I got the tickets for Seacourt in Toms River it didnt let me pick seats. I called and asked. The girl said they arent a reserved seat theater. "Were not really anyones first choice" Well, thats their mistake! Tickets before noon under $5. It was awesome! Like stepping back in time, but in a good way. Place was clean and everyone was nice. No reclining seats, but comfortable. Center Isle with seats on the sides (vs the newer theaters where there is the big middle section and sides seats tucked away...) It was built in the 80s and still has its original set up. LOVED IT !!!

My friends and I were in the theater to see "It" and we go kicked out because my friends parent was in the bathroom for a while and they said we must leave because she wasnt in the theater at this point! The theater was gross it was trashed and their were bandaids in the cup holders and the seats were uncomfortable!!But on the other hand the previews were great!

Ive been going here all my life and it hasnt disappointed me. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. The prices are reasonable too, but there is a problem...the seats arent the most comfortable and a lot of the items are not very usable like the soap dispensers, but overall it is one of the best theaters I have ever been to.

Am 21, got chased down multiple times by a rude security worker who asked for my ID three times in order to see an R rated movie, questioning me about my birthday and holding my ID up to the light. VERY uncomfortable. Never going back. She literally chased me down as I entered the theater after purchasing my ticket using my ID...

Wonderful and Courteous Staff who really try to make the experience special for the movie goer. Reasonably priced popcorn, candy, drinks, etc. Many arrays of showtimes for some great movies. I have lived n Toms River my whole life and couldt imagine it without this select spot.

The staffs always been great and Ive never had any problems watching new movies here. Its emptiness is actually pretty awesome because I love going there with my friends and watching something cool and not having to worry about other people being too loud and ruining the movie.

This location is really convenient for my friends and I but why are you like the only amc around that stops playing movies like 2 hours before all the others latest showtime is like 9-9:15 when all others play 10:15 or later showings. Always stuck driving up to brick.

I could hear the loud movie from the next room so it was very distracting. I most likely wont be going back. Plus seats are not set up right so when a girl decided to sit right in front of me her head was in the way of the screen and i had to move to be able to see.

Has work to do. AMC is supposed to be doing upgrades, but this theatre has been the same for the past ten plus years. Not the same AMC experience as Freehold, or Monmouth Mall, even Brick. Needs to go under revocation ASAP.

Cheap tickets staff was courteous but man was the place dirty. Popcorn and garbage littered the floors. Bathroom was out of paper towels the whole night water pressure in sink was a trickle. Place needs a overhaul for sure

The theater is a little dated. But it seems like theyve cleaned it up recently. I find it kind of quick and easy to get out of. The staff are courteous and easygoing. Overall weve had enjoyable experiences here lately

The sound volume was just a joke, if you bring ear protection maybe you will enjoy the movie. There should be a law against this type of hearing damage. Lawyers here is a class action for the taking.

Great purchasing tickets on line and picking up upon arrival by skipping the lines. The theater seats were comfortable but the whole place could use a really good deep cleaning! Bathrooms were yucky

I do like this place. Always has seats available. Staff is nice. But the Seats are very uncomfortable, other then that. Its out goto movie theater when everywhere else is crowed or sold out..

I love this place. I grew up with this movie theater, but now there isnt too many people rushing to go see a movie there. The staff is usually really nice, and I kinda like the emptiness of it.
