The worst experience ever!! My family and I brought tickets for a marvel movie. We were not ignorant to the fact that marvel movies are always packed. (I am a marvel fan) We walked into the theater to find that it was in fact packed and we began struggling to find a seat. A woman had a baby who was crying and a worker walked in saw her and did nothing! We found two but were a family of four so that just wouldnt do. (Mind you there are people still walking in and there still selling tickets outside!) My mom decided to go switch our showing and she did. When she switched our showing we moved into the next theater. She brought us our new tickets and inform us that we had to go back out and do the little ticket cut thing. When i went back out and handed the guy my ticket he said he I have to wait in line because he couldnt do it until 30 minutes before the showing. Over all I am very disappointed in this theater! They think they can get away with this because there the only theater on this exit! Trust me, Ill find another theater the drive is worth it. This place sucks!

Everyones saying that the theater is crap. I feel like most of you are snobby, rich people. Listen here, Ive lived in Georgia for my entire lifetime. I go to Arbor Place Mall on a regular basis, and same with their theater. The theater is well kept and very clean. Theres no "bad smell" as people are saying. Like what is a movie theater supposed to smell like?? Anyways, the display and audio is amazing. Movie tickets are actually quite expensive but not overly expensive, around $7 each ticket depending on your age. The staffs nice and understanding. For those of you trashing this movie theater you should be ashamed because youre both ungrateful and rude. Some people dont even have the chance to see movies in a movie theater and you do, so be grateful that you at least get to see a decent movie in a decent movie theater. Oh and the movie tickets are expensive because its a theater in the mall not just a single theater building.

This is a fairly typical movie theater. Ive never experienced any technical problems with a movie, other than the volume being a little too loud in general. There are a lot of individual theaters, so they run movies for a long time. You can see most major movies in 3D and some in IMAX/IMAX-3D (although I dont think its true IMAX, it does seem better than the standard screens). Ive seen minor messes, but in general its clean. No stereotype piles of popcorn or cant-lift-your-feet sticky floors. The staff is what youd expect - mostly teens who seem generally apathetic, but Ive never had any problems to take to them, so its not a problem. They do act friendly at all of the payment points (tickets & refreshments) & while theyre obviously trained to up-sell you, they arent obnoxious about it.

Today I just wanted to see a movie with my boyfriend, instead we got profiled by the white male usher who let 3 other ladies go in without checking their bags. We are both dark tan people and it is extremely unjust this usher let three other ladies go through claiming he "didnt see their bags" which were all on their shoulders same as mine. Even when I alerted him that he missed the first ladys bag and she even stopped to see if he needed to look, he waved her on and lied straight to my face that he didnt see it instead of correcting his error. The manager of the Douglasville Arbor Place Mall movie theater didnt care and only gave us our money back, but maybe someone here will

The staff stereotype my son last night because they said "he looks like the was getting people to the movie for free". My son was their with his two younger siblings. It is sad we you cant go to the restroom without being stereotype. Parents beware of this theater!!! My children loved going and I have spent to much money with this theater for my son to be ask to leave his siblings and he showed the staff his ticket and everything. How do you look like you are getting people into the movie for free? They should have looked at their staff because after you purchase your ticket you have to show it again to get into the movie.

If you want to go on a nice date, just save up your money and go to Cinebistro or any other 21+ theater. I had the worst movie experience last night due to disrespectful and loud teenagers in the theater. Security officers had go come in the theater 3-4 times during the movie which is ridiculous. This is a nice local theater and its a shame you cant even watch a movie without people acting the way they did last night. The theater seemed understaffed for a Saturday night, especially at the box office and concessions. Get there early and eat before you come. Thats my best advice.

The movie that I paid $11 to watch cut off with 15 minutes left in the movie. Then 5 minutes later when it came back on there was no sound throughout the rest of the movie; at the most important part of the movie. The "manager" named Chris was completely rude and acted like he didnt care. He said "I didnt do it, its not my problem." Then as I asked him to escort me to where I could receive a refund he refused to do so. The staff is a bunch of teenage idiots with no customer service skills and have very rude/arrogant attitudes.

BE AWARE THAT THIS IS NOT A REAL IMAX THEATER! Just saw Star Wars and was hugely disappointed after seeing a real 70mm IMAX movie then showing up to a theater with a screen the same size as the regular ones. This is IMAX digital which is not even noticeably bigger and the sound is supposed to be a little better. If youre considering IMAX or IMAX 3D tickets and expecting it to be soooo much better....reconsider. Other than that, facilities and personnel are ok.

This is a pretty standard, but pretty good theater. I went with my Mom to see one my all time favorite movies JURASSIC PARK in IMAX 3D on April 6th, 2013. Mainly because it wasnt playing in IMAX 3D in other theaters. The theater is inside the mall. The concession stand could be better. But this theater has a pretty damn IMAX theater, with amazing sound. And the mall is pretty good, the best for me is that it has Cinnabon.

I usually come to this theater because its so close, and my experience is usually fine. Nothing special, but fine. But now I see they no longer sell the tickets online, which Im VERY unhappy about because being able to do that saves me a lot of time. And it must be a recent change because we were just there on New Years Eve and I had purchased my ticket via Fandango then. Now I question if Ill keep coming to this theater.

Movie time was 7:15 i arrived to get tickets at 7:15 and was told it was to late the movie had already started. Come on really like they dont play previews for the first 15 min anyway thats why i dont go early. Anyhow i was a frequesnt visitor however never again at this locatin. This location was in the Douglasville Mall. Arbour Place. The very rude employees name was Danielle.
