Fire alarm went off. Not there fault I assume. Get into theater after they let us in. 30 min wait without any video and audio. After they do get I on the movie starts in a random place and spoils a part. Go to concessions to get a snack while they fix it. After already being robbed with a 5$ bottle of water. No attendant to be found. Poor girl at ticket booth trying to run back and forth and do both. Ten minutes later movie still hasnt restarted.try to get refund and told I can just use my stub to come back again to see the movie. Hope she wasnt lying.

If you place a order online and dont get there in time they will give up your ticket and sell it out...meanwhile you pay for a fee to order online, and also pay for a another fee to see the movie in a diff. time. im sorry dont want to sound cheap, but just dont make no sense to me when you buy 2 fuse drinks you get for 1.09 and mini oreos for also the same price and pay 15! dollars! wow, well i guess thats what you do when your in love LOL. Overall very good seats and space for legs.

Ample parking, comfortable chairs, theaters are 9/10 clean, over going here for 3 years maybe only 4 times were there ever technical issues and between getting moved or free tickets you were compensated. Honestly, the only issue I have ever had is that the push for seeing something in IMAX or 3D is strong with this theater so if you arent interested in either you may sometimes have a very limited screening selection.

Clean theater with comfy seats and the people at the ticket counter are friendly. The cashiers at the concessions stand used to move in slow motion, but it seems like enough people complained or a manager noticed because thats not usually an issue anymore. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, like if theres a sold-out show for Iron Man or the Avengers, but thats the exception, not the rule.

Saw Deepwater horizon in the "imax" theater. First off, its not a true imax screen. Second, the sound level was absurdly, dangerously, ludicrously loud. Im 32, not exactly an old fart, and my ears were ringing afterward. While the movie makers may set the movie levels, its up to the theater to adjust the speakers for each film. If you want hearing loss, go to this theater.

Worst movie experience ever.... paid for Imaxx show which was suppose to start at 9 ... we arrived at 8:30 to ensure we would have good seats and the doors were not open after waiting for 20 minutes a guy comes to the door and says it will be 10 minutes due to an issue in the theater ... after 30 minutes later doors finally opened what a nightmare

I have been to this theater many times but today was particularly great. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Diana at the food concession. She was extremely helpful and very welcoming. It was a bit busy but she managed to greet all of her customers with a smile and very politely. I absolutely love this AMC location!

There was slippery substance on the floor.That caused wife you fall down and hurt her knee and toe.When we told someone that there was something on floor they said thank you and did nothing. I could escalated the situation but no one seemed to care. So I will not bother coming back here

condescending security and management, no one will take you seriously or react when you complain about people talking through an entire movie. even the customers are rude in this place most of the time. it may be better than jersey gardens, but thats still not saying much.

From now on I will only go to the Menlo Park theatre. Im here for Captain America right now, I ordered food, it never came. They were not prepared to be hit like that. A lot of other customers were pissed too. They must have forgotten or something.

Typical AMC chain but definitely not as nice. The patrons are usually loud and interrupt the movie and the concession stands close early. If youre to chose this chain another location wouldnt be a terrible idea but this one isnt horrible.

what are you people complaining for. its linden nj. its the nicest hood we have in central nj. if you want upscale go to menlo. if you want to have fun and enjoy a movie with friends on a random night out you go to linden amc 12

Honestly, (i dont go here for food and whatnot -so this review is strictly about the movie theater itself) i go for movies, and i must say its a very nice atmosphere, clean, and staff are polite prices are what you expect

Went to 10pm movie and the theater was not cleaned from the prior showing. It was disgusting. Will never go back again! Bathroom was dirty also. No one around to complain to. Theater was a ghost town.

Only IMAX in the area with reserved seating that Ive found, so they get all the stars. Seats are comfortable, but rock a bit so if the person in front of you is fidgety then it could get distracting.

I went there and the womans bathroom smelled bad, couldnt believe a movie theater could let the bathrooms go unattended like that.. but as far as the moive rooms, they were pretty clean and nice..

Been going to this theatre for a while now and have never had a bad experience. I lost an earring once and they found it for me and even cleaned it. Best movie theatre in New Jersey by far.

Great place always packed but all their workers Hustle so anything you do goes really quick so you have enough time to get your popcorn and catch the previews great selection of food too

Small but clean, even the bathrooms. Customer service is friendly, including ticket taker and concession stand. Prices are reasonable for tickets but pricey for snacks.

Plenty of parking, staff is friendly, new coke drink machines offer over 100 different combinations, and usual Loews high prices. Comfortable seats, arm rests raise up.

Decent theatre, although not as great as some. The seating is pretty standard, food is the normal theatre stuff with some good choice stuff. Good experience overall!

My go-to movie theater. Usually clean. Has IMAX and 3D theaters. You can order your tickets ahead of time to skip the lines. Always a great experience.

Everytime I visit this movie theatre the bathrooms are dirty. Food service is slow! Allow 10-15 mins to receive your order with minimal lines.
