Last time I went to see the last Fast and Furious film we were in the supposed comfy chairs NOT !!!! AND I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN !!! I am not a big person but the seats are TOO CLOSE TOGETHER !!! I dont enjoy having my arms touching a stranger he wasnt even comfortable he tried to sit up in his seat so as not to be touching. I felt squished and could hardly raise my cup to drink from it without touching the stranger sitting next to me . The house was full !!! No other options. I will go to Roosevelt Cinema for now on. Their chairs may be older but your not so close and personal . Roosevelts popcorn butter is the real thing "REAL BUTTER" and their prices are lower.

The Galleria movie theaters were improved with Stadium seating, making it easier for shorter (or taller) people to see the screen clearly, the overly small theaters were eliminated entirely (thankfully, that was like watching at home), sound systems updated, projection is good, cleanliness slightly above average, so overall quite a pleasant experience. The best quality theaters in the Poughkeepsie area. Not the cheapest, though. Tip: To avoid the lines when something popular is playing, there are ATMs to buy tickets, outside, near the corner of the lobby.

This cinema is one of the nicer ones in the area. All 16 screens are digital projection and sound. The theatre has stadium seating throughout the entire complex. Their concession stand serves a variety of hot food, pretzel bites, chicken chunks w/ dipping sauce, Nathans hot dogs, corn dog nuggets and pizza cheese or pepperoni. And of course the usual popcorn, soda "Coke products", candy and bottled water. Every time I have been there the staff has been friendly and willing to help make my movie going experience more enjoyable.

I went this Saturday with my mother. Its an expensive movie theater, so we usually dont make the trip over the river. Honestly, you get what you pay for. The theaters themselves are HUGE and the sound is high quality, sound quality so good the bass gave me a headache!. The popcorn and other concessions are expensive, the tub they gave us was very large but again you get what you pay for. Im giving this movie theater a 4/5 because the quality is nice but the price isnt. Being in the mall is nice too!!

My friend and i went to go see a rated r movie and the age requirement is 17 and older. My friend was 2 MONTHS from being 17 and they refused to let her in. We got her mother here and she gave permission and they STILL refused to let her in without her mother buying a ticket. She had a 4 year old and they didnt tell her she couldnt let him in even if she had a ticket AFTER she bought the ticket. They were rude and ignorant and they had terrible service.

Pretty standard mall multiplex with a few high end rooms and mostly small ones. All rooms Ive been in had banked seats with the latest comfy high-backed chairs. All the latest tech is supported. Always the latest slate of movies and blockbusters, with about as much imagination as you would expect. Overall clean and a good watching experience.

I give this theater a review of 4... #WHY???.... food and drinks are over-priced, i also think that the prices are high priced too... Wish they would lower the prices a bit.. only reason why i gave it 4/5 is because its STADIUM SEATING and also VERY CLEAN.. AND THE Sound Quality is VERY GOOD....

Tickets are incredibly pricey, and any snacks you get are so expensive that I literally laugh every time I go to pay for something. Its like 6 or 7 dollars for a large drink and 5 dollars for a Sour Patch. I guess its alright because of the stadium seats in the theater and how clean it is.

Too expensive for a 4 or 5 rating. Id only see a highly anticipated movie here. $6 for a small disani bottle of water? Thats a 500% profit, a little pushing it for me. Good quality theater but honestly this place thinks theyre in Manhattan the way they name their prices.

Nice theater, but rather expensive for this area. We thought we were being searched for weapons on a couple of occasions. We were actually being searched for candy. That is absolutely ridiculous! I hope that rule changes quickly.

Great staff, good security, clean & comfortable atmosphere. If your wondering why prices at concessions are high, its because Regal company profits off of all tickets. Consessions is what pays workers.

Nice big theater, police presence in the lobby if that doesnt bother you. Stadium seating provides a good view for every seat and concessions are staffed with enough people to keep the line moving.

In my opinion this place is by far the cleanest, highest quality movie theater in the area. Ive been going here since long before they renovated and have seen them improve drastically.

Prices are too high. Only went because I had gift card. Snacks you need to take a loan out to afford anything. My kid wanted bottle of water costed me as much as a case of water.

Nice clean cinemas. Have a lot of theatres. A little pricey though. We are a big family so we now drive a little north up to hyde park roosevelt cinemas. they are way cheaper.

Frequent visitor prices kinda high but comfy seats and layered popcorn make it worth it.and on Thursdays u can see new movies the day before they come out to avoid the crowds

Its a bit expensive (especially the food) but its a high quality theater. The audio from the back was not so great, but otherwise movie presentation was great.

Very clean and comfortable teaher. Line for snacks i little long on top hours so you want go be there little earlier if you want get your treats on time
