Ive been to this movie theater a couple of times and i have not had a problem, However my mom took my kids to the movies Tuesday june 14th to watch warcraft 7:30pm show. My kids got very into the movie that they did what kids do which was talk to the characters on the screen and they were really enjoying the movie. Only when things got exciting they themselves got excited. One of the people that works there approached my mom and asked her to take the kids outside. Once outside my mom said he told her she was allowed inside once the kids were ready to be quiet. Im sorry but did, you, person working at the movie theater pay for my kids entrance? I believe their entrance will be paying your salary instead and you kicked them out? They are CHILDREN, thats what they do they get excited if you had kids maybe you would understand. Ive spent alot of money on the snacks the food the tickets just the couple times i went and took my kids there. So since im going over there to pay for tickets to get removed and not enjoy what i paid to see i will go somewhere else. I have a large family of 10 people that we would all go see the movies buy snacks etc and now our money will go somewhere else. If you are a parent i would not recommend this place they obviously dont understand how children behave and maybe even believe children dont belong in movie theaters because children cant possibly enjoy a good movie? Not sure how to defend their actions but i would not recommend it, take your business somewhere else! And to the person who had the nerve to shush my child one day you will be a parent and believe me you will learn what it feels like to have a stranger shush your 4 year old, you will remember me.

It should be noted that in the last year or so, this theater has received a MASSIVE renovation. I dont just mean new soda machines or reupholstered seats. They have large and comfortable electric-reclining chairs set in pairs with a lift-able arm so you can cuddle during a movie without slipping between seats. To those who complain about reserving seats, you stand just as much chance at not getting the seat you really wanted at a theater that has general seating. Theaters like the Alamo have reserve seating, and the moviegoers there dont complain, its just accepted as rule. If the movie has started and there are better seats that are empty (from some douche maybe reserving seats and then not showing up), just go to an usher or something and ask them if you can sit there. Often, theaters that have reserved seating have a window of time after the movie starts, usually like 10 mins, just after previews are done, and then if you havent shown up, you cant go in. Its professional and its the way thousands of live theater shows function. They have completely revamped the food area, and now include beer and wine. We did not arrive in enough time to be able to wait for the fried items (was really digging on trying the mozzo sticks), but the popcorn is no longer stale and the staff is actually happy to be there. Safe to say the Multiplex has crawled out of the 80s vortex it was caught in and has really brought its A-game to Centreville. Well done guys.

I loved it here....it very relaxing unlike some other theaters that always give that busy rushing feel you know? Of course its smaller than most theaters, at least the lobby. but dawg i just want some good movie experience. The workers are cool, theres good ones and bad ones (as in dullish services with the way they talk and act to you) and it changes every now and then with whatever new employee comes along. Service has always been good for me. They dont make you take your food out if you brought some which is nice of them.....probably a big thing to keep me coming there haha. I buy there food sometimes too! especially popcorn. what i would change are there seats! theyre ok and everything but damn it they dont have a headrest! its really annoying sometime. I have to slide down to the seat to where im laying with my head on the seat. I cant sit up fully straight and have my head on the chair! other then that very cool. if you want super amazing sound and seats and all that then go to fairfax corner. the picture quality here is the same as any other theater but the sound isnt AS AMAZING as fairfax corner or something. Dont get me wrong its still very nice here but could be a little better.

I went to this theatre (to screen 4) today and could get only 1st row tickets. Im a movie buff, and I did sit in the first row in the past, including IMAX. But this was the worst experience of all and I absolutely hated it. I know first row doesnt give ideal movie watching experience, but it cant get worse than what you see in this theatre. I wouldnt even consider it as a movie watching experience. Screen was literally 3 FEET away from first row and we had to raise our head up to 160 degrees to watch movie. To top this, actors look obese when they are at the centre of the screen, and thinner when they are away from centre (probably because the screen was curved) I would have just let go of my money and walked out of the theatre only if the movie wasnt as good. Couple Recliner Chairs were really good though (In a way that helped me lie slant, instead of rising my neck for the whole time, and watch) CINEMARK, YOU SHOULDNT BE SELLING THE TICKETS FOR THOSE FRONT 2 ROWS. They kill all the experience of a movie goer (and you lose a customer forever)

Showed up to see a movie... there is only one way into the complex and it is not clearly marked. Once there, parking is not spaced out well at all. My friend and I got inside... the automated ticket sales kiosks on one side didnt work at all, and on the other side, we punched in the entire transaction only to find out that the kiosk had a comm error and would not work. The clerks at the concessions were very slow in filling the order and even forgot part of the order part way through even though the order was small. Then to top it off, I left something in the theater, called and asked someone to check the theater... the items had not been given to lost and found, and the clerk on the phone refused to even go look in the theater for me saying "If our cleaning staff did not find it, then it was not there." Doubt I will EVER go back there again.

I started liking this theater a whole lot better after they had a major renovation. The reclining seats are the best part of the theater that make my movie experiences more enjoyable. They also started doing assigned seating, which I like better, so that way I dont have to be there really early in order to get best seats. Another thing I like about the theater are their early bird shows (first show of the day) and discount day (Tuesday), which are only $5.65. The "Cinemark" mobile app is quite user-friendly, which makes it super convenient for me to check movie timings and book tickets.
