Well reasonably priced casual movie night is officially a thing of the past. -Purchased "discount" tickets from school at $7 each. Still charged an additional fee when we got to the theater since they are now a luxury theater. Mind you this was for a standard 2d movie. -Found out cinema will be charging the school even more, so the discount price will be a whole lot less discounted pretty soon. Just looked up the standard price of the tickets without getting them from the school. Over $12... -Assigned seating? Really? What possible benefit could this have. What happened to casual first come first serve. Pick where you want once you get in there. Im not booking a room at the Ritz Carlton. Im watching a couple hour movie. Ridiculous rules and conventions like this are entirely unnecessary and add too much structure to what should be a casual thing. In summary, the movie theater is very comfortable. Reclinable seats, tons of leg room. Lots of room between rows. Its certainly nicer. But really who was asking for that? Some of us prefered it the old way, cheap and acceptable comfort. Isnt it about the movie after all? Not all this jazzed up seating. I would have liked it allot better if it was an optional upgrade, not forced. This is the equivalent of an airline replacing all seating with first class.

I brought my daughter , her friend and my son to see finding Dory.previews to the previews were rediculously long, and sears were broken in many different isles. They were having sound issues and snack bar while it appears to have a nice variety it is way too pricey. Cant you find a happy medium decent price for movie especially matinees and cant you offer more affordable pricing in your snack bar? Price keeps rising but the quality of the theater gasnt changed at al

The theater is generally pretty dirty and the popcorn stale. I cant remember a time that Ive gone to this theater and not had people around me seem to neglect to recall that theyre not in their homes where they can conduct discussions without thought to those around them. Its worth the drive to go to the Bow Tie in Saratoga...clean, great seating, courteous patrons, and best of all, a variety of movies that appeal to viewers of all ages.

Popcorn was stale sitting out for who knows how long. Felt like they had the thermostat set at 90 was sweating the whole movie. And the screen wasnt adjusted properly you could tell whenever there were words on the screan that they cut off close to a foot on the top and bottom. Also, no student discounts. $45 for two people to have a poor experience, not good. Go to bow tie where its actually cheeper and the experience is 20 times better

Staff was great and facility was neat and clean. This should have been four stars, but when we went for a current release in 3D, the theater was very small (theater 6), the seats were very uncomfortable, and there was a problem with the audio (intermittent popping). I feel bad giving a low rating as the staff was great, and they cant control most of these issues. However, the goal is to inform other customers, so there it is :-)

This is one of the pathetic movie theaters I have ever been at. Their price is the same as the Bow-Tie in Saratoga and the difference beetween the two is like night and day. Their popcorn is very expensive, it smells and it took me 4 tries to see a popular movie because their theathers seat about 30 people each. Ridiculous.

Only two fairly decent size screens - 6 and 7. The others are just too small. Who decided to pull all the seats out of the middle to accommodate 10 wheel chairs? Nice staff, typically pricey popcorn, but cant they make the screens larger?

No lids for water cups. Seating is uncomfortable and hard to see screen for children. It feels and smells old. By not assigning seats people leave a seat between families and waste space so I ended up having to sit near the front.

Awesome theater. Book your seats ahead NEW recliner seats very comfortable and spacious. Got a bucket of popcorn the large is refillable during your movie. Clean and neat

Terrible experience. The lady at the the cash register had the audacity to not give me my 14 dollars back and claimed it was a "big amount." Will not be returning!
