The location of this Prairie Band Casino is a little far away from where we live, but in the past it was worth the drive. I do like that its open 24 hours and the parking lot is very big with free Valet Parking, which is something we always take advantage of. The Valet attendant was very nice when he toke our vehicle even though he was quite busy. The Lobby was clean but not very welcoming, I didnt feel excited to be there or like I might win something, I just feel there should be a door man or something more to it. The Game Floor is lit up but there were way fewer machine or floor attendants then what there used to be a few years ago. So there were many machines that were dirty with old cups and ashes everywhere. I only saw one waitress in the few hours we were there, and I had to flag her down and stop her to ask for a drink. There always used to be several more waitresses out on the floor. We did have to stop by the customer service desk to get new Player Cards because we had misplaced our old ones. And the lady there Crystal was very nice and was fun to chat with. I did manage to find the Cash or ATM machines right around the hall from the customer service desk to get change, which was much nicer then waiting on the lines at the Cash Cage, it was very simple to use. Later, I actually got some more change at the Cash Cage and what bothers me is no one but Crystal at the customer service desk said "Good Luck", when they all used to say it! I feel it was part of the charm of going to the Casino. I used the Ladies Restrooms and they were ok, but not as clean as they should be, but higher quality toilet paper. But the paper towel holders were the opposite direction of the door, which I found was odd, when folks will naturally gravitate to the door once their done washing their hands. Overall it was ok, the slots are awfully hard to win it seems these days compared to when it was Harrahs. But overall not bad. So I gave it 3 stars, needs improvement however.

3/14/2017 today is my wifes birthday so I told her lets go to prairie band casino and hotel and get a room and do some gambling. So we drive a hour and a half to get there we arrive at the hotel and tried to check in, now mind you we are both DISABLED MY WIFE HAS A BAD HIP AND I HAVE A BAD KNEE INJURY AND walk with a kane! We pulled up to the valet parking because of our injuries, and the valet was really a nice young man who helped us in with all our luggage Now is when the nice stopped we step up to the Check in and tell them we have a small dog she is a emotional therapy dog ,for my wife and I, and she is registered with United States Dog Registry and the card we carry for her says ACCESS IS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW REGISTRATION # nm631041! And we were denied access to the hotel and casino because the man behind the counter said security would throw us out!! Now mind you our dog is a whopping 6lbs and very well mannered not a small yapper dog you never even know she is there! So I guess what I am trying to say is this IF YOU ARE DISABLED AND HAVE A REGISTERED SERVICE DOG SMALL OR LARGE YOU SHOULD PROBABLY GO TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THEY MUST BE ABOVE FEDERAL LAW!!!! I THOUGHT IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WE ALL MARCHED TO THE SAME DRUM!!!!!!!! BUT IT MUST NOT APPLY TO THE INDIAN RESERVATIONS!!!!!!! WELL GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!!!! P.S. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NEVER FORGET HOW WE WERE TREATED AND WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!

I bought tickets to see Grand Funk Railroad, and the week of the show I found out that Mark Farner (original member) was not touring with the band. I saw Mark Farner a few years ago and it was a fantastic show. I didnt think that the band would be able to compare, so I emailed customer service and asked for a refund. It does state on their policy that they dont do refunds or exchanges, but it was a sold out show, so I thought they might make an exception for my honest mistake. I corresponded with Ashley, who just restated the policy and informed me that the show would be "amazing". I did go to the show, and I had a good time, but I am glad that I found out Mark Farner wasnt performing with the band beforehand because I would have been thoroughly disappointed. The band was alright, and like I said I had a good time, but the band definitely wasnt on par with the level of performance as Mark Farner. Not what I would call "amazing". I would not see Grand Funk again (without Mark Farner), and I would only consider going to a show at Prairie Band if it was a band that I really wanted to see. (and confirmed the band was actually who I wanted to see, unlike this present situation.)

Very nice casino. Coupons are generous but the wins are few. Rooms are nice but the smoke from the hall really seeps in ,we put towels at the door bottom. No smoking down the halls would be wonderful or A way to vent the smell would be good but unlikely to happen. Very comfortable beds but didnt get any sleep with the loud slamming doors all night, if people would hold them a little that would help, maybe a sticker by the handle like: "Please Hold Door to Close, Respect Sleeping Neighbors" or "Sleeping Players", might help. Overall its always a good stay at Prairie Band but just wanted to give a couple suggestions that affect me. OH...you are the only casino Ive ever been to that keeps $100 up front!!! Not a friendly start to a nightss stay.

Just walked with my service dog and other family members and the manager was called for assistance to make sure the dog was certified which was not a problem but then the manager on duty comes up to me being very rude demanding what the service dog is for, so I told her and when people get close to my service dog he is going to sniff you just him doing his job so she swats at him and he barks at her so in a very rude and sneering manner she tells not only me but the other people Im with that we have to leave immediately because my dog was being a disturbance. And not only am I not allowed back there neither are the people I was with. I will never be back to this casino. The manager was rude and had a nasty attitude.

Ive made reservations online and called to confirm just to make sure I got my room before I came and they said as long as it was before 10, it be ok. Then when I arrived they said the rooms were sold out. Then I waited to speak with the manager and a couple came and they check in and there wasnt any problems and they also made reservations. So Im a little confused about the situation and I will not return again anytime soon. Poor customer service!!! They said the people that check in spends a lot of money. How much money would they know we spent if some of us doesnt use the players card in the slot machines. I was disappointed in the response I got back from the guy at the guest services he was stereotyping me.
