I have gone here three different times and there were problems every visit. 1) There were audio problems in the theater. I told a worker and they said they knew about it. It ruined the movie. 2) A large family brought a small child who was way too young to be in any movie and he terrorized the auditorium the entire movie. The run time of this movie was a little over 2 hours and he cried for all but 30 minutes of this time. The older kids they had kept running around and climbing on things in the lobby as well. Also the workers here keep asking for your AMC card info but because they never enter the same thing twice they tell you that you arent signed up. 3) During the start of this movie, a young male pulled out his cell phone and started listening to music and you could hear it over the movie. Why would anyone do this during s movie they paid for? You didnt even have time to be bored with it since it was at the start of the movie but why do this at all? I think he probably didnt have a ticket. It might have been a child of a theater worker. Which would also explain why they did not kick him out. Halfway through the movie he got up and left and never came back. Again this makes no sense if he paid for the movie. I think the movies were his babysitter. During this same movie a group of friends were separated by dime sitting in two different parts of the theater. They constantly ran back and forth to each other during the entire movie and kept talking. There is no supervision in this theater. Complaining did no good. Just avoid it all cost. Pay the extra few dollars and go to a nice theater where they enforce the rules.

The mall is almost empty, so theres usually very small or no crowds. Going early for matinees will give you some of the most affordable ticket prices youve ever seen. The seating is very 90s, but still in good repair with stadium style seating and armrests that fold up. The refreshments are what you can expect at any AMC price wise, and obviously where they make their money, but theres no fee to park, no parking validation, etc etc. Just walk up and buy your ticket. I saw the Force Awakens on opening day, afternoon matinee, without preordering a ticket, without waiting in a line, in an auditorium that was mostly empty. It was perfect.

I have attended films at this theater at least once a month for the past year. I have always had a wonderful experience. The theaters were clean, the restrooms were clean and well-stocked, the service at the concessions was quick and the food was good. Parking is free and the theater is easy to find and very close to the parking. The ticket prices are very reasonable, and less than other theaters. I paid as low as $4.00 for a matinee. The audiences were cordial. The mall is clean and safe. While you are there, let your children enjoy the kids playground near Dillards or a ride on the carousel in the food court. .

If you want to hear a bunch of ignorant teenagers talk through a movie, this is the place to go. The staff has no control over the savages shouting and screaming like wild animals from the second the lights go dim to the second they turn back on (if you can last that long). Its almost as if these vermin purchased tickets for the sole purpose of ruining someones viewing experience. NEVER go to this circus on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Lord knows how people actually rated this den of horrors above a 1?! We left after 5 minutes of attempting to see the film It. Stay away! Stay far away!

It is sad to see Americas malls closing before our eyes and crumbling, but the theater at Westoaks Mall is truly a gem. Very clean theaters with the newest technology, and always plenty of room to relax. Prices are better than other theaters and if you can get there before noon its only four dollars a movie including the 3-D ones. Afternoon but before four and you get movie tickets for seven dollars you really cant beat that anywhere in Orlando for first-run movies.

For the most part the particular one West Oaks AMC theyre prices are substantially cheaper than any of the others, I believe its partially to draw attention back to that Mall. Now bare in mind I am only referring to the ticket prices not the concessions they still are very high I mean a cup of soda and a small box of nachos will run ya almost $15 for what I say Jesus you could buy like 3 large bags of nachos and a 12 pack of sodas for that at a store its obscene.

We go to West Oaks AMC two to four times a month. We always enjoy the theater and the service. It is clean and the staff is efficient. The selection of movies is first rate, always the latest available. We also appreciate the faith-based movies brought into the theater. My husband looks forward to the fresh popcorn. We feel the theater is the one bright star still sparkling in the West Oaks Mall. Thanks you West Oaks. Barbara Mikat, Windermere, FL

Great place, everyone is respectful to others. But, if you have a complaint, the ushers will take care of it right away ! The Lg.Popcorn & Lg.Soda have unlimited refills, too. Staff is very friendly , and help (to refill popcorn) right away. Very clean conssson stand, & clean restrooms also. Comfortable seating, but do not (Daytona) recliner style. Senior tickets only $4.00 before 12pm & $5.00 for everyone elses ! Enjoy your Movies !

14 movies to choose from is great. (1 star ) Ticket prices are reasonable (1 star). Concession is outrageously over priced. :( Staff is good, no problem there, but not worthy of a star. The theaters are comfortable, clean & stadium seating makes viewing perfect. ( 1 star) Bathrooms are not great, but not horrible either.... no stars awarded. The mall is dead, so dont plan on shopping. I go here as a second choice.

Fights, screaming in the hallway so loud you hear it the entire time, people refusing to be quiet during the film, and an overall sense of an unsafe environment. Why are they charging over $10 to have such a terrible experience? Also, the PSA at the beginning of the movie warning us about theft and assault was not reassuring in the least bit.

Ticket prices are great,, sometimes the wait for concessions are annoyingly long. Concession prices like most theaters are high but no higher than others. Clean environment. From my understanding they have to pay high prices to show movies, and the real income is from concessions. If you want the theater to close just do not buy from concession.
