Central Casino was an amazing experience. Ive been to many casinos in Blackhawk and in Central City and this is one of the best casinos out there. First time members, membership is free, can earn up to $20 to use to play games and a free prime rib meal. These all require you to reach point levels, but are attainable. The prime rib dinner is 150 points and every Tuesday you and earn one. At 300 points you earn the full $20. There are point increments to get $5 and $10, though I dont remember what those were. We went on a Tuesday, it was our first time, and the casino was fairly empty. We saw a server twice durning our 5 hours there, but I dont blame that on service, we were moving around the casino quite a bit. This was the first casino I had been to where all the drunks were free just for being there to play. At any time we could have gone to the bar to get alcoholic drinks. They had free popcorn and quite a few areas to get other self-service drinks as well. All of the staff was very friendly. When I go again, this will most likely be the only casino I go to.

I wish I could select 1million stars .. While on vacation traveling from va to California decided to stop in colorado.. We have always wanted to stay at a casino hotel so we googled it and Google took us to century city.. We parked and walked thru the town ..the second place we walked into was century casino and from the first 5min in this place we were treated amazingly the security officer Erica helped us book a room on Expedia and when Expedias site messed up the booking the host (cant remember her name ) took care of the reservation.. And also gave us an AMAZING deal on a room.. Our entire stay the staff kept checking on us making sure we were okay.. We felt like royalty the way the staff took care of us..The rooms were amazing and clean.. This whole experience was beyond great .. Thanks to all the staff at century casino we will be back for sure

Not the place to gamble. If you like table games stay away from here. I was here playing roulette and doing fairly well. I got paid out with a value chip as portion of my winning. I did not move the chip was on top of my stack directly in front of me. I needed a break and was going to go outside and my chip was gone. I asked the gentleman to check around or did he see what happened so we looked around and nothing. He supposedly called into the camera people who said that they didnt even see me get a black Chip. Well thats crazy enough because the Pit Boss even said it verbally whenever they were giving it to me. I asked him who else I could talk to and he said there is no one else thats part of the gaming commission and they are very well trained. Nothing further was going to be done by then so now I am looking into contacting the gaming Commission.

Had read a lot of reviews before going, and picked this from the positive reviews. Being retired I have been to 3 casinos in the Midwest. I did not go to play table games, nor did I go to stay in the hotel. I wanted to have fun at the slots. I expected bonus wins and free games as a matter of policy to get you to continue to play longer. Forget it. Very few free games, not worth mentioning it. Spent $800 on 12 different machines. Won nothing. Not even a bonus or a free spin. Upon leaving I looked at the peoples faces who were also leaving. Saw that funeral stare, like they had just lost their house. Nobody was smiling, nobody showed they had fun. Some people sitting in parking garage totally silent. If you go there eat their food or stay in hotel, something has to be good there. If you want to go to a funeral , play the slots.

The good; clean, beds were not horrible (comfy enough for a hotel bed), prime rib dinner for under $8 The bad; be prepared to wait forever to even get asked if you want a drink while gambling. We gambled from 7pm-12am Saturday AND 11am-1230pm without getting asked once. After dropping hundreds of dollars there it was very disappointing! The staff wasnt friendly. There was one lady that checked us in that was very, very nice & friendly. Thats it. From people guarding the doors stoney non-friendly stares; no greeting, to waitstaff in the restaurant not clearing dishes after walking by 5 or 6 different times to dealers being condescending to people on the table for not playing hands the way the dealer tells them to; making people feel stupid if they lose.

First issue we had was that finding the actual hotel desk was difficult. Theres a sign on the casino floor pointing in a general direction but once we finally found it theres no sign on the desk. They need a hotel entrance. Yes, they have Starbucks Coffee but they dont open until 8am! So if you get up early youll have to go somewhere else which seems bizarre to me. The restaurant wasnt great. It was okay. The service was great just not the food. Our waiter was very nice. If youre looking for a place to stay to sightsee Id pick another hotel. If youre a hardcore gambler go for it. I would have done 3.5 stars but couldnt. Just not the place for us. A bit disappointed.

Mid City Grill- Just visited there and decided to eat there for dinner about 8:00pm. It was amazing service! The waitress was so sweet. I dont remember her name but what great service! You could definitely tell she liked her job. We really enjoyed the food as well! We also went back for breakfast the next morning and food was just as good. The waitress was someone else and didnt seem as happy. Only complaint is the slots didnt really pay out very well. But will definitely go back for food. Hopefully we will get the same waitress.

Any casino that is willing to let their customers be atactted by another customer and is unwilling to help or do anything about it is not a place i want.to spend my time or.money!!! After talking to them about getting a pic of the guy and they may not like this but i am sure most their video is fake and they did not want me to find this out. They could not even gove the police a pic of the guy and it happened inside at one of the slots. I want everyone to know their security it crap and the video is mostly fake.

This is my favorite casino in Central City & Black Hawk. The staff is always nice and treat my mom and I with respect. my mom has service dogs because she is disabled and they allow her dogs in here. I really enjoy coming here because a lot of the casinos in these towns are such a drrraggg and the people are so rude! it amazes me how rude people can be. I love the bartender Troy! he has been working here for a long time and he is always so nice and makes the visit a pleasant one.

The service was good even tho we had a wait in the cafe. Evidently they had had a busy afternoon, but at that time the restuarant was nearly empty. They had run out of some menu items, but it didnt affect us. Everyone was really cordial and friendly and did all they could to make us happy. The food was great and well served. The only real down thing was that the atmosphere was really subdued, I suppose due to the scarcity of people and the slot machines werent very fun or interesting.
