Ive been a long time customer of globalgolf and 3balls. Since their merger with 3balls, their level of customer service has gone straight down hill. Order processing and shipping is slow, when you try to reach customer service, youre on hold for at least 15 minutes, nobody responds to emails. The packaging of the club is atrocious. I ordered a putter and the only packaging is a little sock, which fell over during transit and the club was shaking around in the box. They cancelled one of my orders last week for no reason after 4 days of saying "Processing." The only reason I noticed was because I was checking on my other order which I paid for expedited shipping, but they shipped it out the cheapest, "economy" anyway. Just yesterday I received a club I bought on 3balls and they sent me the wrong club. I really wanted to give them a chance but not after all these fiascoes. There are other better options out there, callaway preowned, dallasgolf etc.

I have ordered many used individual clubs and one used set of irons from Global Golf over the last few years and have been completely satisfied. The items were, in my experience, "underrated" as to condition--I have received "value" clubs that were, in my opinion almost in mint condition. I know nothing about their customer service since I have never had to engage anyone at Global Golf for any adjustments to my order. I would not hesitate to recommend Global Golf to anyone. Im sure glad this retailer is around--it has allowed me to experiment around with different makes of clubs without breaking my piggy bank.

I placed an order with Global Golf which was promptly shipped, but never arrived. The only excuse they could come up with was to blame the shipper and stated "there was nothing they could do". I didnt get my club and now Im back to square one on getting a new one with a company that will work with me to actually get what I ordered.... and the golf season is winding down. If in doubt, DO NOT place an order with Global Golf. Order 2KACK6

Living here in New Zealands Waikato district we are endowed with a wonderful choice of golf courses. Im a member at Te Awamutu and have been using a G20 purchased four years ago from Global Golf. I ordered and within days received my replacement driver TaylorMade Jetspeed Driver. I appreciate the quality of clubs Im able to purchase and the great delivery service provided. The packaging is really good. Thank you Global Golf.

Shady as f***. Wont cancel orders so they can charge you return shipping. Even given 48 hours from point of order. Return shipping is somehow higher than what it cost them to send it out. They also own 3balls now, both companies are companies to avoid. They may in fact devalue your return, giving you less than you originally paid for the item. Will never do business again, will advise others to avoid at all costs.

Why do they suck? 1) they over rate the condition of their clubs and charge you for it 2) they are deceitfully bundling mixed club types and shafts and selling them as a set 3) they dont respond to requests to do the right thing 4) they try to upcharge you to what you actually buy. If you buy four tires and only receive three of one and one of what you ordered and it doesnt bother you, this company was made for you.

I ordered two used clubs in very good condition. I had my doubts about the condition of the clubs but I was surprised how good conditions those were when I got those. Also the clubs came in under a week all the way to Finland which was also a pleasant surprise. Didnt got any experience about the costumer service but my experience of Global Golf was very good. I will definitely order from Global Golf in the future.

BUYER BEWARE! They sold our personal identifiable information to a third party magazine and automatically signed us up for an annual subscription that auto renews and charges the card we used to make the purchase. We demanded this be reversed and that this is bad business but told us to contact the Magazine provider to unsubscribe. Shady! Fraudulent! Unethical!

Bought sunglasses from here. Tracking number said DELIVERED but no package at my door. Tried to call customer service with no luck. Finally went to mall and walked out with the glasses in my hand. Last time using Global or any other merchant on the Internet. $145 is a lot to just throw away.

I ordered a putter and when it came the shrink-wrap had bonded to the grip and tore the grip up as I took it off a bit. When I called, customer service understood the situation and is sending me an upgraded grip as a replacement. Easy to work with and great service. Ill be back!
