We went in on a Tuesday during the M-F 12-5 $1 bowling. We got to our table and were immediately approached by a waitress. When asked if we would like to start off with something to drink, we asked for a pitcher of iced water. We got the water and cups and had noticed that there were LARGE banners hanging over the lanes that promoted specials for each day of the week, so we saw $1.50 tacos on Tuesday. When we ordered the "$1.50" tacos, the waitress questioned that price and we pointed out the banner. She said that she would have to ask her manager if that was the correct price! She came back and said the manager said that it was "okay" to sell us the tacos at that price. We were content with the price until we saw the tacos, if you could call them tacos... steamed corn tortillas with a few pieces of cut up chicken, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no cheese. We were wondering, if it was "okay" to sell the tacos to us at the special $1.50, then how much are they normally priced?! Upon inspecting the menu a few times over, we realized that they dont even advertise tacos on their menu!! My sister ordered a side salad for $1.99, and was pleasantly surprised when she was served a large bowl filled with lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons. My mother-in-law and I agreed to also order one, after seeing my sisters; however, our side salads were not even half of the amount that she was served!? Same price, though, of course. We had a coupon from a local coupon book to buy a laser tag game and get one game free, but we were told that they dont honor the coupons because the company that published the book didnt request their permission and printed the coupons anyway. In the end, we played 2 $1 games for 3 kids (2x1x3=6), but the shoes cost $2.75 a pair to rent! So much for the $1 special! We paid $15 and change for the games, and spent $16 on steamed tortillas, chicken, lettuce and tomatoes, and a $2.75 pitcher of ICED WATER! Had we known they were going to charge us for the water, we would have asked for soda instead, or even gone without! This was not a pleasant experience for the adults. The kids enjoyed the bowling, so that is the only good thing to come out of this visit. We will not be patronizing Oasis Lanes in the future.

TEEN NIGHT - Please this is a joke. At first when you hear unlimited arcade games you get excited but then when you realize that 75% of the games are not allowed for this promo event and another 20% of them are out of order you end up with air hockey and the car racing games - thats it!!!! The only "ride" available the "Dust Devil" is another joke, takes forever to get on it because the ride has to continually take 5 minute breaks in between each ride and then doesnt even last that long! The laser tag was their last chance to redeem themselves but after waiting an hour for the dang event was annoyed to find out that out of twelve laser guns at least half of them broke down within the first five minutes of use. The "security" people think they are bouncers to some exclusive club and continually inspect all individuals to make sure they have a band - not like theres a lot that people can do even if they could sneak in!!! Teen night? Better stay home and watch a movie instead.

Bowling was okay. The music was great. Felt more like a club but hey at least they werent playing elevator music. It is a family place though so a lot of the songs that were playing were definitely inappropriate. The building inside looks run down and old. Its dark, warm, and smells like a stinky McDonalds. For bowling there are tons of lanes to pick from. The bathrooms by the bowling area are kinda scary. They are dark and more then half of the stalls are "out of service." The bowling shoes are disgusting and look like they have been around for AGES. I didnt bowl just because I was scared I was going to get an infection with them shoes, seriously.. Our waitress was friendly and came up and checked up on us several times. She would come over right away when she would see that our lane and pins would get jammed. Sadly I wont be back.

We had a party for 2 hours, we rented 2 lanes and one of them was faulty. We were notifying our host many times, his manager tried fixing it. 5 kids were playing on that lane and in 2 hours they did not finish one single game. The general manager gaves us 20 minutes extra of playing in the same lane, we kept telling him it wasnt working. We tried telling him to give us the 20 minutes in another lane and he responded very unprofessional by saying there was nothing he could do. The kids kept running around the arcade games because that lane was faulty. I know he could of done a better job resolving our issue. Our host did everything he could. I guess when they have a lot of people, he, the general manager cannot handle it. That type of service make businesses go broke. Too bad i dont know the owners phone number. And this will go unnoticed.

We went in the early afternoon and had nothing but issues with the lanes we were in. They moved us to new lanes and had the same issues. The time taken to fix the problem each time was long even though they were far from busy. The food we received was terrible. In my opinion for what we received and how run down the place is, it is very over priced. The black kid working in the food area was touching the other workers hair and then handling food. He was also bragging about how he came in late and doesnt care what the managers tell him. We complained to the manager about the experience we had overall very calmly and let him know we werent looking for anything free we just wanted to let him know and he didnt care one bit. Honestly this isnt the first time weve experienced issues with this place but itll be the last....

We were seated rather quickly, half the place was empty 45 minutes before the fights started. It took 20 mins and flagging down our waiter to get attention. Once the order was placed it was another 30 mins for the food and drinks to arrive. Before the drinks arrived, the waiter came to inform me that they had already ran out of gas for the draft beer. One of the screens outside wasnt set up and the one that was had bad screen quality. The sound was great though. All in all, it seems as if Frankies/Oasis Lanes was not prepared to host this venue. There were 3-4 waiters standing around on the inside and the 3 running the outside were moving a lot. With all things considered, it sounds as if this place needs new management. The staff are not guided and the bar was not prepared.
