Since it is a casino, you would expect that the food pricing is reasonable, which it is. When it comes to service in the grill, however, the fact that the price of the food is reasonable doesnt mean much. On one occasion when I ordered breakfast, the person handling the 4 sausage links with a spatula, taking them from the grill and then walking with them to put them on a plate, dropped two of them on the floor. Since my order was already delayed due to the poor organization and effectiveness of the operation, I made it clear that I was unhappy about the situation. Several weeks later when I again stopped in for breakfast, the service crew made it clear that they remembered me. My order was delayed and the two orders that were placed after mine were completed before mine, and when I asked for an extra plate, I got a surly response. So, while some people may believe the idea that disgruntled restaurant workers will spit in your food is a myth, since I know that that is, in fact, true, Ill just bide my time until the staff changes there before I risk eating there again.

Wanted to purchase tickets for long island medium for Saturday night. However since not a diamond card holder I am not allowed to purchase where I want to sit. When she appeared at TCC was not discriminated against paid $300. for tickets down on floor. I am forced to purchase in section 303. Hats off to be who have residual income to have diamond status, if you choose to not put all your hard earn money into players cards. I guess the casino feels they have the right to discriminate us who arent diamond players.

Unfair discrimination! Singles or anyone traveling alone, beware. Their "2-for-1" buffet special is for couples only. A person eating alone pays full price, and youre not told about it until youve waited in line and are at the cash register. Ive been to MANY casinos and never been treated this way. Singles should get the half-price deal, just as couples do. I thought discrimination was over in this country, guess not. I wont be back.

A great place and a good time. I lost it in Phoenix and won it all back plus profit at Desert Diamond. The $20 limit at roulette table was a pain at first but it actually allowed me to conserve my money while playing the "trend". The virtual roulette was fun and profitable. Staff was pleasant and really helpful. The smoke did not bother me, it could be a problem for some. Overall I had a great time.

We love going to lunch and the buffet here. Fantastic price and always great service. If you want to play the slots here, daytime is fun because the club diamond players are there and they are more generous with their play (in my experience- its a casino so no guarantees there). Would highly recommend joining Diamond Club if you want to stay up with events and promos.

The best foods u can get here service was amazing , buffet here has twice as much food than what a regular buffet would have highly recommend this place for anyone and if u are underage just go with a responsible adult only for restaurants no gaming or bars for people under the age of 21 but other than that this place is great security is super nice.

I have been going to Del Sol lately and it is so fun. They give more free play then you. I think your food prices are to high . They have fun restaurants like mobys a 60s diner. I rarely win at your casino so I dont know I think you should have more promotions . Your casino used to be packed and fun but now ??? Not so much.

Wow, no Desert Diamond here... the heavy laden smiley atmosphere is absolutely disgusting. Being a prior smoker, this place FAILS at aide evacuation. Absolutely lost in management oversight. The main gambling floor is a slewfest of bacteria, coke spills and stains and NONSTOP smokers with zero ventilation!

My father a n d I went for the buffet. Worst everm. Salad bar stuff looked like it had been out for days. Macaroni salad was dry and almost crunchy. Salad was limp and tomatoes mushy. Not a large selection of anything. Had a poo urge of pork tenderloin I couldnt even chew. All flavors were very

Clean large and full of friendly staff. Came in to relax with the wife over a couple drinks before delivering our freight in Nogales the next day and found that we really enjoyed ourselves. We will continue to stop here from now on if we continue to do this run of auto parts

Excellent has almost every thing Up to date slots helpful floor personnel But dont bring in a custom car valet. Wont park them so you have to drive junk then get treated like a second rate player If you cant trust your valet get new ones

Host Christina has a disconnect. She appears not to enjoy her position. This host was very rude and hung the phone up on me during my last stay. Terrible Customer Service. I reached our to management to let them know noone has ever called me back.

Summertime in AZ is so difficult for restaurants. So many people escape the heat, leave town and businesses suffer, but they managed to maintain their quality. The dinner was up to their winter quality which is 3.5 stars. Good job.

Casino is small but fun. I havent tried the restaurant. They seem to offer a consistent good calendar of entertainment - some A-List from decades ago and others D-list (talented, just not big names). Ticket pricing is fair.

Not so great, went to have dinner and a few drinks . Bar looked like a bingo hall and do under pored the drinks. Everything was closed except the grill ( like a snack bar) What a poorly run place . Just ridiculous

They have free beverages except alcohol! But I had a wonderful time there. The buffet is not something I cared for, they only have about 5 selection of food. But they have delicious pastries

Had fun but I never have ate in the restaurants but every time I go there I like to get the hot coco and they are out half of the time I dont drink coffee only there sodas and hot coco.

My husband and i are truck drivers and stop here all the time. The food is awesome. The staff is great and the machines are loose. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
