So disappointed tonight - Star Wars 7 - babysitter- took off work - bought tickets at noon - picked my seats in their new reserved seating - arrived at 7:50 pm for the 8:45 showing - and the moment the previews started the sound was not working - no voices only back noise. Instead of turning it off and fixing it they kept messing with it - which was okay - if they were going to fix it - but has the previews went on the writing was on the wall. Theater #9 - the film went off and then suddenly it came on with the scrolling already occuring and speakers popping - my white flag went up and called it - was hoping to see another showing however all were limited except for front row tickets. I recieved a refund and then went to speak with the manager - only to ask - why did you not test it - over and over - and she stated we did my response was wrong answer - she state that she understands my frustration - my response was no you do not and I do not know yours - however I just lost the chance to see this movie until after Christmas.

Avoided this theater when we first moved to Fayetteville in 2010 because of the reviews, but we heard some good things a couple of years later and decided to give it a try. Great decision!!! We have been to this theater several times now and every time has been an enjoyable experience. We experienced great customer service, clean restrooms, and general cleanliness of the theater. The concessions are no more expensive than other theaters, and the drinks are cold and the popcorn was fresh and hot. Lines have never been long. Easy to get in and out. Seating and general comfort are wonderful. Friendly, smiling ticket sellers and takers. If you havent been to Tinseltown because of the reviews or have had a not so great experience there, then you are shorting yourself on a really good movie experience.

Great theater for the price! I watched two movies tonight - Kikis Delivery Service and Girls Trip (in XD). Staff was friendly, readily available. Concessions had a basic amount of choices, nothing too extravagant. Prices on concessions were great for me! Paid only $16 for my large drink, large popcorn, and candy. At the theater I work at, that would cost you upwards of $20! The XD auditorium was outstanding! A little bit hot but the staff notified me of the issue before I even walked in. Wasnt anything unbearable. Everything seemed really clean! Seats were awesome, super comfy. You can tell the theater is a little bit on the older side but its still amazing!! I will definitely be making the trip for box office hits!

I really wish I could give this theater 5 stars. It has been at least 5 years since Ive been to this theater but I recently moved and this one is closer. The young lady at the ticket booth was amazing. She was pleasant and helpful. The theater was clean and comfortable. The movie was great. It all came down hill when, after the movie, I went to use the restroom. The restroom was dirty andawalked of urine. There was only one toilet that I could use that wasnt completely disgusting. The floor was sticky. I let an attendant know and all he said was"let me see what o can do" and he walked away. I was very disappointed in this respect.

I have been a regular at Tinseltown for about 15 years now. They have done a good job of stopping the noisy teens who go from theater to theater by having reserving luxury, reclining seats. Movie prices are lower than other theaters and they have early showing & Tuesday discount tickets. Everyone is always very friendly with me & staff come immediately after each movie to clean. Bathrooms are something yucky but usually only when tons of women have used them. Why people are so nasty, is beyond me. Good experience on almost every visit.

The theater itself was wonderful. Leather reclining seats are great. The staff lack discipline and would rather chat amongst themselves rather than be of any assistance, even during an afternoon matinee rush. The prices for snacks and beverages are ridiculous. $9 for 2 drinks!!! No option for not even a paid refill. I have always been an avid movie goer but I as of recently would rather down load a movie rather than spend $50 on an outing to a theater. I give the theater it self 5 stars but everything else is a disappointment

If youre looking for a theater with recliners south of the airport, look no more! Its a small theater and the give each row of recliners a ton of space so it makes for a really intimate viewing experience. Factor in the pretty low price for tickets makes Tinseltown a no-brainer. We got 5 adult and 3 child tickets for $76.50, which include an online service fee so you may get a better deal at the box office. I only wish there were more locations like this inside the perimeter.

Love the theater, staff is great and so are the comfy recliner chairs. I would, however, like to make a tiny suggestion. There should be an attendee in each theater room for the later showings. I attended a 10:30pm showing of Annabelle last night and a group of young adults talked, laughed and made unnecessary comments throughout the entire viewing. It completely ruined my movie watching experience.

Staff were like zombies! Had zero motivation was rude & seemed to be working as slow as they possibly could!! Prices on food & drinks are a complete RIPOFF!!!! Seats didnt work & were greasy! Already had bad experience with this place but tried to keep my $$$ local but of course once again crappy experience! Do yourself & your family & a lot of your $$$ a favor & just go somewhere else!!!!

Resident of Fayetteville and very disappointed with this theater. The only good thing about it are the seats and screen/sound quality. The bathrooms are atrocious. Rarely cleaned. Sticky, smelly. You cant even dry your hands properly. The concessions are bare minimum and the counters are always messy. Go to other cinemas in neighboring cities. This one is not worth the price of admission.

I like the new chairs. I stopped going many years back when there were too many unsupervised teenagers standing around. My biggest complaint is that the floor plan needs to be upgraded. To get to refills, the station is past a station that is never attended. Also self-service does not work well with theaters. I was told to get my own glasses near the door and almost couldnt find them.
