We reported that we lost a wallet over the phone. Heidis response was, we havent had one turned in and we clean the theaters after each seating. I asked to speak to a Manager, she said she was the Manager. I said look, can you personally accompany us and go in to check the theater yourself, along with us. We know exactly where we were setting. Heidis response was well I cant allow you to go in, without a Ticket. I said really you cannot show a little service and go check for yourself? Heidis only reponse was youll have to wait until the movie lets out to check the theater, I cant go in to ask people to move from seats. We will get complaints. I said look Heidi it doesnt help that you showed no compassion over the phone, not apologized once. But your poor attitude doesnt help the already stressfull situation. Heidi says well Ill go look but If I get a complaint. I said if you explain to the patron they would understand. She storms off and then returns with another guy in a blue shirt but reported they didnt see a wallet. I explained to her that a little customer service was all we were looking for and that wed not be returning becaue of her treatment and all she reponded was okay. Really Okay! Well Ill go out of my way to patron another theater before I return to the Regal Theater at River Point because of Heidi

I was very unhappy with this theater. The price is the first problem. I know movies are expensive but only offering 1.50 discount for earlier shows is unacceptable. I know of theaters that show $5 movies before noon everyday. The biggest problem however was the staff. I litterally stood at the concession stand for over a minute waiting on the attendant to finish his conversation with his co-worker. I even tried to cut in once, but I was ignored. Then the ticket takers were doing about the same, talking with each other, though he did pause long enough to tell me where my theater was. Last but not least the aspect ratio (width to height) ratio of the screen was the widest Ive ever seen. This is bad because the optimal viewing seat for any theater is in the center of the screen, you get the best sound and picture quality there. Problem is this theater was so wide it only had about 12 rows from front to back . Meaning their were only about 6 groups of seats that are optimal for viewing. As opposed to some theaters that have 12 or more groups of optimal seats. All in all I will not be back and I suggest you weigh your other options before visiting this theater.

I had several issues. I go to see Bollywood and my favorite theater has closed and they moved them here. The prices are astronomical, no Sunday matinee. They put them in the back theaters way far from the bathrooms and I have a leg in a brace. The staff was not good except for a very nice manager, Steve, who turned up the heat the second time we went. I had to ask. The first one we went to we froze. And I have to sit in the handicapped and there is a line of lights along the back of the chairs in front to me that glared through both movies. Upside, very close to home and maybe I can train them to at least make sure it isnt arctic in there and to do something about the lights on the back of the seats. I could end up seeing less because of the prices. I can buy the DVDs for 10 from India and $20 for the two of to go makes it less attractive for us to go to a freezing overpriced theater with a long long hike to pee.

The theater is nicely kept and comfortable but has horrible customer service. We went early afternoon and my husband got in the short ticket line, I got in the longer concessions line and needed my husband there with the theater discount card. The concession line took forever but the ticket line longer and then the person waiting on my line just walked off when I gt to the front. I sent a polite note of complaint to theater management and never got any sort of response. They just dont care! We used to go to this theater at least once a week and now go elsewhere.

This is your average modern cinema. It shows the same films (digital mostly) as most every other theatre and it features most modern theatre amenities (rocking chairs, big sound, stadium seats, etc). It occasionally will show a film not available everywhere, such as a Bollywood or independent film. Unlike other local theatres, there is no discount day where prices are reduced. Everyday is full price. But it does do some special programming such as kids films for 1$ on certain days during the summer. Overall, a great place to enjoy films still on the silver screen.

I love this place--people that have anything less than neutral have only been 1nce; I go weekly to movies, River Point has excellent parking, excellent access, Hampden, and Santé Fe Great Manager, Sheridan Police are there and are visible and mellow; The popcorn is excellent, the lines are always short and fast at the concession. No, I dont work there, never have, never will. I think of how poor Belmar is compared to how well River Point flows. I have never had anything negative or even neutral at River Point. Go and check off exactly what I have said~~

The stupid lady at the front got our hopes up by only asking for 1 ID and saw I was only 20 and still allowed me to freaking pay for 3 tickets!!!!! Then after the guy that checks the tickets checked all of our IDs and said we couldnt go in because we werent 21 or over!!! Im not mad at that guy Im mad at the stupid big lady that didnt do her job right!!!! Yeah I got my money back but we wouldnt of had that problem if she did her job right!!

Regal Cinemas River Point is a very family friendly theater but the staff wasnt as helpful as I would have hoped. Hands full of refreshments and a toddler in toe and not one employee offered any assistance regardless of their free time on hand. I was lucky enough that another patron saw me almost lose my popcorn and offered to help at the last minute. Other than that the theater was clean and the movie clarity and sound was great!

Very expensive RPX for 10:55 AM, no discounts for senior or children 10 & under. Only the sound was on, at 10:55 I had to go find manager to tell him. He took his time and finally after 11:00 reviews started. Chose seats at the top and had to move because the floor was sticky and gross odor (smelled like vomit). Did not leave as my boys had their hearts sets on watching the turtles. Only the movie was good.
