If youre a frequent movie goer, this place is great for the price you pay! No cinema around is going to let you view new releases for 6 dollars. If you only go to a movie once in a blue moon, then you probably wont mind paying a little extra for the bigger/better experience somewhere else. Things that should be noted are... - Most of their theaters are smaller (64ish seats total). - On weekends, there are a lot of children. I think this is due to the low prices. The kids can get out of their parents hair for cheap and parents do abuse the opportunity. - Their bathrooms are not suitable for your worst enemies. Avoid them at all costs.

So first, this is a second-run budget cinema. Tickets are like $5 for everything. They do take credit and debit cards now! The projectors, screens, and sound systems are good. The theatres are really small (like 30 seats), but have a nice incline. The exception to this is screens 1 and 2, which are much bigger but are really flat. The cleanliness of the cinemas has been rising over the years, so I would rate it 7/10. The seats are nice, on par with more expensive theatres, and do have armrests. They do have customer restrooms. They do have vending and popcorn. The entire facility is handicap accessible (one floor, no stairs).

I love this cinema! My family and I have seen at least 20 movies there over the past 3 years. It is very clean (including the restrooms), the screen and sound are perfectly fine and the staff are friendly. I even like the movies in the smaller theaters, it feels so cozy. And of course the price is great at $5 a person. I appreciate that they confront others who are disrupting the movie. In the large movie houses, people talk all through the movie as if they were in their own living room. In all the movies I have seen, there has not been an issue with others being rude. I highly recommend this theater.

Its not the newest theater crammed to the gills with the newest top-of-the-line equipment, or have the new faux-leather electric recliners, with a full restaurant attached. What they do have is an authentic old-school theater experience that doesnt break the bank Two people can go to the Colony 7 for what it costs to go anywhere else. And the theaters are, well, smaller, cozier. Im pretty sure at least one of their theaters is only maybe 30 seats, and theyre not like the other discount theaters, you arent waiting for the new stuff to leave the major theater chains. Theyre showing first-run films.

For a small town theater this place does the best it can to offer great customer service and a good movie viewing experience. The staff is friendly, the popcorn is AMAZING, and they have a couple of rooms for larger group screenings, as well as several rooms fit smaller groups. Theyre very family friendly, always showing the big time cartoons which is awesome for those of us that have children. $5 is a great price for ALL showings. Ive been coming here for years, and although its an older theater, its a GOOD theater, and I highly recommend it, especially for people on a tight budget, with children.

An old movie theater for sure, but they completely make up for it with the price. $5 per ticket for FIRST RUN movies. Good popcorn and they even provide booster seats for the younger children. The screen in the larger theater was somewhat stained so you could see it in lighter scenes, but it didnt really detract from the movies at all. Seats are comfy with armrests that can be raised and cup holders in them. This place makes it affordable for our family of 5 to go out to see a movie once in a while.

Colony Square Cinemas 7 now has digital cinema in every auditorium. This includes new 5.1 sound. 5 out of 7 theatres are Stadium seating with high back luxury chairs. The experience has extremely changed to offer the best quality possible. Still keeping admission at the lowest $5 for everyone. Also the matinees are now available year round for more options to see all the top current movies. First run movies with affordable pricing. New ownership!

GREAT!!!! I love it But for those who say its horrible and (parents) letting their kids run down the aisle, I give you three (3) ideas: 1. Go to Regal Cinema and pay 3 to 4 times more for a ticket.... 2. ITS $5.00 dude, DONT LIKE IT? GO TO REGAL OR RED BOX 3. The "USHER" at Regal might babysit YOUR kids!!!!! Bottom line man its 5 bucks get over yourself! if you need luxury stick with the "LUXURY" theaters! THANKS HAVE A NICE DAY!!!

For what it is it gets high marks! It is a $5 movie theater, its a small hometown theater, it is a bit run down but not so much that I wouldnt go there again. This was my first time and the staff was nice, not overly crowded, and most importantly you cant beat the price. If you want luxury and expense this is NOT for you. But if you want economy, a good movie, friendly staff, and good popcorn and snacks, I would give it a try.

We went to Colony Square Cinemas to watch Inside Out with our six year old twins. The staff was polite and courteous. The movie theater was spotless. What really impressed my husband and I was how the staff at the concession stand handled our special request. Our son has autism and only drinks water. It is against their policy to give out water in cups. But once we explained our situation, they were more than accommodating.

This place sucks! $5 is a rip off. The quality is more for the $1 show. I took my kids today to see Christmas Carol is the movie messed up two times. the place is falling apart. The fabric walls and the screen it self where just hanging by safety pins. Its horrible. the bathroom is bigger then the theater. People were letting their kids run up and down the isle during the movie. gah it was a horrible experience.

You get what you pay for. $5 isnt bad for a movie, but if you want a clean facility, then maybe go somewhere else. For $10 tickets Id much rather go to the luxury Cinemas with leather reclining seats and more importantly clean! But if you want a bargain and over salted popcorn, by all means this is the thrift store theater, smell of a thrift store and all.

Great price for entrance but I noticed the popcorn size tub is smaller, $1 more and changed to only 1 refill. Popcorn is popped fresh as long as your at counter by 9:45 and theres a worker present you can get a refill. Floors could be cleaned more often.

Kind staff, cold theatres (usually) so bring a blanket. However, lets be honest, its a 5$ theatre which is great, but it is 5$ for a reason. Tho whatd important, is the staff are kind, and they dont have any problems with movies or drinks etc.

DO NOT click on the "website" icon on the Google listing. It keeps sending me weird messages that says I have virus on my phone, or that Apple wants to make me a millionaire, then directs me to AppStore to download weird apps.
