Awful, awful place. Ive been there four times and have had issues all four times. Ive also sent complaints to their corporate office, but the only response I receive is a computer-automated, "We have received your request. Please wait for a response." Theres never a follow-up to any complaints, and the service gets worse every time. The worst was when I went to watch a 9:30PM showing of a movie. The theater was pretty dead, and I was the only person at the particular screening. When the movie started, the lights did not dim. After about 5 minutes, I went to the front to ask them to dim the lights, as I could barely see the movie from the glare. When I asked an attendant politely for help, she actually glared at me and went around to the other side of the popcorn machine without saying a word. I asked, "Hello? Hello?", and she just glared at me through the popcorn machine. I then went all the way to the front ticketing desk since there were no other staff members, and found a manager who looked about 17 years old. He was very apologetic, bumbling, and apologized because he was "just promoted to manager". He radioed someone to turn the lights off. By this time, I had missed the entire set-up for the movie. I went back to my screening, but about 5 minutes later, all of the in-house lights snapped back on. I went to the front of the theater but there were no employees to be found! The cash registers were active and abandoned, there were no ticketing agents, and no one at the concession stand! It was only 9:50PM, and there were other movies starting at 10 and 10:30, so I did not understand why everyone had left their posts. I went back to my seat and called the theater from my cell phone, which allowed me to finally get a hold of someone. I complained about the lights and about literally sitting in the theater and having to call since I couldnt find an attendant. They apologized and the lights were turned off a few minutes later. About 30 minutes after that, someone slammed the lights back on during the middle of the movie and I had to repeat the whole ordeal. You will see on other occasions that the staff members will hang out and play around with friends and family. You will find the concession stand is busy, not because of customers, but because the friends of the employees hang out there to flirt and joke for hours while getting free refills for themselves. Older employees seem to bring their babies and children, babysitting them with their partner while providing candy for free to them. The teenagers will hang out with their friends who they give free tickets and food to, and the older employees will actually be sitting down at the tables in the lobby, chatting with each other instead of attending the ticket podium or standing behind the concession stands. You will find that the actual theaters are in poor condition; seats are broken and fold backwards to a 170 degree angle, and they are situated so far away that you get the sense that youre sitting in the nose-bleed sections at a stadium. All in all, this is the worst theater Ive ever been to in 5 countries and 10 states. Even theaters in Thailand have better service and seating. Dont waste your money here. Youll have a horrible experience and everyone in management and corporate will ignore you. You will not be issued a refund for any inconveniences either. Its just a poorly managed location.

Went in just to get some popcorn with that theatre butter. Sometimes you just crave it ! A drive thru for butter popcorn would probably make a killing for them. anyway. The ticket boy let me go past to get my popcorn. Concessions people were polite and coureous. Had her put some butter in the middle and then i requested to put the rest on at the self serve station. Delicious. Found out from a client that a good movie to see is Martian that it is a sci fi but a bit humorous. Forgot we had food in the car that would spoil. My gal had dropped me off at the door, but I knew she was waiting for me. Asked next time of the show. Concessions was able to look it up right there. Said out loud I would check to see if my gal wanted to watch a movie as it started in 15 minutes. The ticket boy curiously says to me like he is certain: Your ride left already. This puzzled me. I knew she might have circled. I said well I am going outside and then well know. Just as I go outside, she is pulling around to pick me up. Getting home I realized what the ticket boy was motivated to say that for. In case this is not dated anywhere tonight is 2015/10/04 and the boy was there at 9 pm this evening. He should be pulled aside, written up, or fired for this crap. He wanted me to give up looking for my ride and purchase a ticket to see that movie because he was listening to my conversation with the Concession girl. Fortunately I am too old to be easily fooled, and I trust my gal to know she is out there somewhere. But I wonder how tricky dicky this guy is all the time. He did not say: I dont see your ride. or even I THINK your ride may have left. No I believe he said, You ride left already. Is that good advice to tell your customer ? Only good advice to try and get a ticket purchased that night which would have screwed up everything one way or another. Can you imagine I dumb and not even check outside, purchase a ticket go watch a movie, while my gal is still outside waiting for me ?? Fortunately never even crossed my mind. But that folks is what I believe he was hoping for. That is manipulation and to me that is a crime ! I hope the theatre reads this and finds out who was on duty for ticketing. He was the only one doing that job, so it should be easy. And honestly it is none of his business to think he can determine from inside the theatre that someone lost a ride. He should keep his mouth shut on this one, or state it in a manner not so suggestive that it could scare the client to worry his ride left when it did not, or worse, the client just trusts the ticket boys judgement and then he is screwed ! I have no other beef about this theatre. It looks clean. Dont know how the movie sounds or how loud it plays ( hopefully quality real time sound and action and not loud just audible ). Been considering watching one movie. But I hope I dont see that ticket boy again, or I may have to give him a piece of my mind directly !

Usually I dont gripe about things much but my experience at this theater was awful! Wanted to take my daughter to see the new beauty and the best movie, we get there and print our tickets and the lady tells us our tickets were for Thursday not Friday (the day we arrived) all of my confirmation pages said Friday! She sent me to the service desk and said they would be able to fix it. While waiting in the line I hear two groups of people in front of me and one behind me complaining about having the same issue..... I get to the desk and tell the teen running it whats wrong he says to me "must have been a computer system glitch it happens some times hold on" he goes and gets someone else who i can only assume was a manager, he had no name tags on anywhere, and didnt introduce himself. He with out saying a word types in my confirmation number and refunds my money back to my card..... I said "Wait can you get us into the current showing?" He says no its full.... I explain that it was not my fault and that the teen said there was a computer issue.... the "manager" then became very rude with me saying that there was no such thing, that I didnt know how to use the website properly, and that my money was already refunded and he would not do anything else for me. My husband step in and asked him if here was any seats in a later showing to which we were told yes but only single seats we could not all sit together.... well that doesnt work wth an 8 year old she cant sit alone.... we asked if someone could be asked to scoot down a seat we were told no that it was against their policy. My husband asked the "manager" why he was being rude to us and not trying to help fix the issue that was not our fault to begin with and we were told "you already have your money back just leave." This really upset my husband he said is there someone else we can talk to? We were told no and told that we needed to leave or security would be called..... we remained calm the whole time.... this man was beyond rude to us, never once was there any responsibility taken for the mix up, no apologies made, and we were told to leave.... we were willing to pay again for other tickets.... but were told no!!! What kind of customer service is that!! Will not be back. I dont care how good ur seats are.... fix your attitudes.... your management and all employees for that matter represent your company, and right now they are making your company look very bad.....
