The tickets, popcorn and sodas are all ridiculously over priced! I wont even consider buying the candy or other items because of the prices. The seats are not very comfortable compared to the ones at another local theater. The only reason I go to the Brass Mills Theater is because theyre the ones who usually show the movies my kids want to see. I gave it two stars because I havent had any trouble with the employees who Ive found to be quite nice, though I admit that I dont usually go on the weekends when I know it will be more crowded and noisy. Lower your prices. Even at half the price youd be making a profit. The high prices are obviously not deterring disruptive patrons. If you have to hire security to remove unruly, obnoxious, loud viewers, then do so.

I came here to see a movie with four friends and we will never come back. We were all standing in line paying for our tickets, which were ridiculously priced. Two of the girls paid for their tickets together and ended up only getting one ticket. We told the ticket guy repeatedly that we paid for two so he told us to go back to the cashier. The cashier had the audacity to say that only 1 ticket was purchased. Not only did another ticket have to be bought, the manager was rude. I suggest they look at who they hire here. Never again will I come here.

The theater itself is not bad, but its located in the worst mall in CT. Since the mall is located downtown, there are a lot punk kids hanging around all the time. This holds true in the theater. So many times, my movie experience was ruined by teenagers running through the theaters and being loud and obnoxious. No ushers to be seen either. I began to drive the extra ten minutes to the theater in Southington because its just a better clientele.

I would like to say that the theater is fine, but i have one problem, the workers show a little attitude, and mostly every time, I see a movie there are kids that ruin it and nobody (employees) will talk to them or warn them, I would love the theater more if the employees actually pay attention to the behavior in the theaters. I give it a 4 star because i believe you guys will fix this and hopefully i will enjoy it more

The only person who knows what they are doing at this establishment is the manager named Kaheim. Not even the general manager could help me get a refund for my ticket, just gave me attitude. He was very rude to me and my children. I never see him helping his staff, and I go to this theater twice a week. If any of you have trouble at this theater ask for Kaheim!!

This place is way too scrict and everything is way too overpriced. There are secruity guards everywhere and management is terrible. People at the ticket booth, before you walk in, and in the theatre card you for a R-Rated movie which is absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and money, dont see a movie here.

Ive never gone but its sounds shity I wouldnt go ever not going at all cuase of the review. ALso the mall is baad and the last time i went their the gamestip enmployes were rud to me just because im blask and hetorosexual i kiss my boy friend and they tolod me to get out for indesent exposer terible

Good during weekdays! But Weekends are filled with young ignorant kids. Only real issue ive had is when I went to see the kevin hart movie last week, it was so uncomfortably hot, I thought it was just me until I heard others complaining. If I go their again and its like that ill leave.

We were charged $20 per ticket to see Smokey and the Bandit, other two others in theater, big rip off--was told because it was an oldie-really cause other theaters have normal pricing on those movies. Not sure if clerk pocketed money or it theater just ridiculous- never again!!

The worse service at the snack bar , they never have any of the items the advertise and the employees where very unprofessional , it took them 30 min to make a pizza so we missed the first half hr of the movie , I would never come to this movie theatrer again

If you go on a Tuesday, the place will be empty and the ticket is only about $5. When you buy your ticket, ask to join the Royal Club for free. The theaters were clean, the people were very nice. I had a really good experience and will return.

Brass Mill Cinemas sucks so much. Theyre legit the worst. Theyre so strict and they have guards and police everywhere that stare at you and follow you everywhere. Dont trust these shady ass hoes. Save your time and money...go somewhere else.

WORST MOVIE THEATER EVER! GAVE ME A GAVE ME A VERY HARD TIME. THE WORKERS WERE REALLY RUDE! THE MANGAER CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE AND WAS VERY DISREPECTFUL. IF YOU WANT TO GO SEE A MOVIE IN WATERBURY DONT GO TO THIS ONE. BATHROOMS ARE NASTY.

This movie theater is never crowded, which is why I love coming here. As for prices they have $5 Sundays and Tuesdays. Just waiting for them to have the reclining seats.

Overall its a good theater, however the chairs in the theater are so uncomfortable, the visiting room chairs in Prison are more comfortable.

Its ok but the parking can be difficult and you have to go in the mall and up escalators. And the seating is uncomfortable.
