I have two small children, so going on a date night is extremely rare. My husband and I do not see the value in going to standard format movies as we have a perfectly nice entertainment center in the comfort of our own home. We decided we would go to King Arthur at the Regal only if it was at RPX, otherwise we were going to drive to Pointe Orlando to the IMAX. We looked up King Arthur on Google, and also clicked through to the website. Both places listed King Author as being in the RPX theater. Upon arrival we purchased tickets , and went inside to find out the theatre was not an RPX theater. We explained our situation to the manager, and he explained that movies have to be moved around when they have special events, and they were showing a premiere of Wonder Woman. He could not have been less interested in helping our situation, and attempted to claim that because I was looking on Google it was not accurate. However, after he hurriedly walked away I clicked through to their website, and found it was mislisted as well. Not only was the manager not interested in helping us to solve our problem, he was more interested in people who were there to see a movie for free than to take care of paying customers. The concession stand took over 10 minutes just to get to get to the front on a Wednesday night. They knew they had a premier they should have planned better. The RPX theater is worth it if your show is playing at this theater. If you can get the good seats in the standard theater the seats are definitely the most comfortable Ive ever sat in. However, be aware that not all standard seating is this nice. Also, beware movies may not be properly listed, so you may want to actually phone or go by prior to purchasing tickets. I do not have time for such shenanigans. Therefore, we shall just go directly to Pointe Orlando where all their theaters are worth the price paid, and where they listen to paying customers. RPX is great, but cant trust Regals listings.

O.k. I am writing this bracing a wobbly table outside the theatre, waiting for our door to open. Unfortunately, this is the tip of the iceberg on issues today, at the concession stand, we were greeted by an incredibly rude woman who looked at me like I had two heads, when I requested extra butter (which there still isnt enough), she was rude and seemed clueless about what was offered within the concession area. My husband saw an advertisement about a "minion special",which when i inquired, was responded with the previous two headed look. She responded by charging that on top of my previous order, and no explanation. My husband saw the size, and alerted me of the difference in the size of the items, and when I told her that I thought it included a large drink and popcorn, and explained that i didnt want it, again with the look and no verbal response. Btw, not enough butter, and there was no salt available on the ends,as she had informed me. My husband just returned from the restroom in disgust. I hope my experience is an anomaly, and she becomes more versed in her job.

By: Errica Jamil I go here often with my family and when we go, everyone is aways very great! The last 2 times we have went and ordered from the food area I received service by a nice lady named Christina. The 1st time she helped me she was very patient and kind while I took a few minutes to debate what to get but I was really impressed with her patience and how nice she was while I decided. Thank you for the comfort that you gave while being patient. The 2nd time I went to order, I got Christina again!! She said hey you were just here not to long ago and I was like hey you remembered me and she said yes, you are always dressed so nice. I really felt great after hearing that because that was just a nice thing to say and notice. I told her thank you so much for that compliment and how nice it is to run into her all the time. Thank you Christina for being the sweet women you are. See you soon :-) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, so when you read this make sure to request Christina to help you :-)

This Regal get five stars for two very distinct reasons for me. Firstly, this theater has recently fitted all of their screens with the recliner seats! Its limited their capacity of guests by quite a bit, but the increased comfort is exponential. It has honestly set me ablaze with a new motivation to pretty much go to this theater and only this theater from now on. The Regal Crown Club ensures that with how awesome it is at racking up points for me. Secondly, this theater was one of only 10 theaters in all of Florida that offered passes to Regal Cinemas Annual - Best Picture Film Festival 2017, where there were 10 days where all the best picture nominees played over and over again and we could go to anyone at anytime that we wanted to. And it was only $35! I jumped on this deal so fast, and it was incredible. No regrets. Seriously, this theater will probably be the only one I go to now.

Went to go see the new James Bond movie last night. Staff was overwhelmed at the refreshment stand they only had 3 employees behind the counter with about 50 to 60 people in line. The manager stood in the corner and did not help any of the staff alleviate the line. As I got into the theater and sat down the floor was extremely sticky the seats were dirty and covered with food and other items Im not sure what. Half of the speakers in the theater did not work the AC was shut off! All in all the worst theater experience I have ever had. I have been coming to this theater since it opened I will never go back after last night. I recommend the theater downtown or Altamonte.

Regal cinemas just dont compare to AMC in Orlando. I recently saw a film on their "RPX" (Regal Premium Experience) screen, and the only good thing about it was the sound system, which shook our seats with every explosion. The screen was to tall for the 2.35:1 aspect ratio of the film without curtains to cover up the unused space, and the light in the projection room was turned on a couple times during the show, making it very distracting. The seats were only a little comfortable. RPX is really just a cheap way to squeeze a few more dollars out of each ticket without paying royalties to IMAX.

Oh damn, they are really doing this theater up. They put in these amazing reclining chairs with swinging tables and you claim your seats when you buy the tickets so there is no need to rush to get a nice spot. There is a small arcade on one side of the lobby, and they cater to Bday kids with a party room. They are also putting in a bar with taps on the otherside which is great for adults. The tickets are still reasonable but the concessions are a little steep. It is definitely worth signing up for a Regal card.

People need to understand the price to go to the movies has gone up (and out of control). However dont rate the theater bad because of the industry as a whole. This is the nicest / cleanest theater in Orlando. Ticket price are average for the area. Great dinner choices in the surrounding plaza. Not as many teenagers on the weekends as at other north Orlando theaters. Excellent movie selections.
With Seito Sushi next door, this makes a great "Date Night" location for the Wife and I.
