Overall I would rank this movie theater excellent; however, I did run into a situation that I believe needs corrected. I took my family of 4 to a Sunday matine. The movie cost approximately $43, and we purchased a value selection of 2 large drinks and large popcorn for approximatly $15. During the movie my son went to get a refill on 1 large drink and was turned away by the staff. They said it was not policy to refill drinks. Ive lived in 5 different states and been to at least 10 different movie theaters and this is the first time I could not get a refill on a large drink. Usually thats how they upsell, large drinks get a free refill all other sizes dont. I also believe spending $58 should get me at least 1 refill. Other then this issue, I have no problem with this theater. I will say that brining your own drink is a lot cheaper.

I truly enjoy this theater. It has a variety of snacks including a separate area where you can get wings, salads, pizza, ice cream and other non-standard movie theater food. The seats are comfortable and the arms can lift up. The place is very kid friendly and I always feel safe with the kids I take. For the past two years they started a fantastic deal where you can purchase a specific reusable soda cup and popcorn bucket at the beginning of the year (December/January). You bring it with you each time you come to the movies and you can get Icee or soda for $3.50 and get the bucket filled with popcorn for $3.50 for the full year. What a great deal!!! I can take three kids and myself to a weekend Matinee and spend around $50. Thats a bargain.

Student tickets are cheaper for me than other theaters, which is the main reason I keep coming back. In the past few months theyve installed recliners and started doing reserved seating, which sounds good but really blows - you cant spontaneously see a movie or else youll be stuck in the first row because all the seats are sold out from other people reserving seats on fandango or whatever. Id really just rather sit in the traditional seats for my 2 hour movie and not have to PLAN to see a movie a day or two in advance.

One of the better theaters in town if you want a larger selection of movies. My wife and I regularly go to the early bird showings on the weekends that are only $5.50, which I think is the cheapest around. I dont ever eat concession food so I cant really speak to the quality of it, but the theaters always seem to be clean and maintained. Its also located next to some other great things to do so if youve got time to kill before or after your movie, you have plenty of options.

Today (Wednesday) my 6 and 3 year old daughters were very excited to go and see the kids movie at Tinseltown. After waiting in a long line with a lot of other kids and parents, the manager came out and told everybody that they online flyer was wrong and that the kids movies were only on Tuesdays. No apology, no gift certificate, no nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. My kids were very disappointed and upset. Way to win new customers, Tinseltown manager!

Great screens, comfortable seats, but the staff is woefully under trained and under staffed for concessions. Be sure you reserve 40 minutes so you can stand in line to get popcorn, odds are the guy in front of you will order a smoothie, which for some reason takes 15 minutes and 3 employees. And then spend another 10 minutes figuring out if they should help the next customer or keep talking among themselves.

So I went to a movie that was a horror movie and a toddler was screaming mostly through the whole movie and I asked the customers service to come in and they came in and stayed for literally about 15 seconds and then left as soon as the staff exited the toddler screamed again and again making my movie going experience a living hell if you own a toddler or baby leave them at home and have some discretion

Went to go see the new Kevin Hart movie and it was in theatre #4. Through out the whole movie the speakers were completely rattling and had distortion and static. This is was a horrible experience and the worst one to date at Tinseltown and any other movie premier Ive ever experienced. Me and my girlfriend could barely hear anything in the movie, thank god for subtitles during certain parts of the movie.

One of the best movie theater in the area. Great location, parking facility. Comfortable seats, variaty of snacks. Capacity to play multiple movies in a very comfortable and clean movie rooms. Safe surroundings, clean bathrooms, people are well behaved and show good manners at all times, I love that is near by great restaurants, so after the movie you can treat yourself with something nice!

We like this theater because the stadium seating is so tall. The person in front of you has the back of his head about the level of your knees. The bad part is that the AC is kept up very high, so bring a jacket or you will freeze. The other bad thing is that they wont refill any size of drink. You can get a refill on large popcorn, but if you want more drink, you have to pay again.

Everything a basic cinema should be. Walking distance to local restaurants (Vietnamese, Pizza, etc), brewpubs and bars. $5 Tuesdays are a great bargain for a clean, friendly staff cinema. JTA City Public bus stops right in front of the cinema. Parking lot and area feels safe on several visits - and the cinema seats and lobby have been clean on several visits to different screens.

Both of us got upset stomachs after drinking a coke there... I suspect they need to clean and sterilize ice bins or dispenser lines. The mens room was disgusting and looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day. I dont plan on going back anytime soon. Concessions staff was friendly and seating comfortable. I gave it a one star until management addresses sanitation issues.

I went on a Tuesday and they were having some kind of sale. The good news is that the tickets were cheap the bad news is I had to wait 15 minutes in the concession area. The other two smaller concession areas were not open and the main one had empty registers. The building is clean and the picture and sound quality of the movie was good.

Nice theater yet a bit expensive. Bathroom is usually stocked. The seats are comfortable. We normally eat before or after movie because snack bar is rushed to order and more of a self serve when it comes to not wanting to spill your drink asking for napkins or bring them. The best time to come is the early show if you have kids.

My go to theater. Tuesday discount movies are a great deal. The self serve ticket booths are awesome! I never have to wait in line. Top quality screens, seats, sounds, and service. If youre looking for dinner before the movie check out the Mellow Mushroom next door and be sure to ask about their dinner and a movie special.
