I attended the Incubus-Jimmy Eat World show on 07/10/2017. Great venue and great addition to Downtown Jacksonville. I love that Dailys serves as a midsize venue, almost a hybrid of an intimate 1,500-3,000 capacity concert hall (down to the balconies and mezzanines) and a typical 10,000-15,000+ capacity outdoor venue. It really hits the sweet spot of not too big, not too small. This is a great way to attract a variety of acts, both established and up and coming. Not a bad seat in the place. No lawn seats 1,000+ feet away from the stage. Great parking; the fact that parking is included in the ticket price is a big plus, as well. There is room for improvements: food and drinks are very expensive; needs cooling fans, permanent side stage video boards, and some audio tweaking. But for its first season of shows, Im very impressed. Excellent start and I cant wait to see what the future brings!

Welcome to HELL! This place is so HOTTTTT you will feel like you are in Hell! There is no ventilation, no fans or circulation. Be prepared to sweat your butt off and leave drenched in sweat. Everybody I saw had sweat beading on forehead and wet clothing and fanning themselves. Alchohol is way above average price. $9 domestic can of beer. $11 for a blue moon. Mixed drinks $18. Acoustics (sound) was bad at times. Music was good but voices were inaudible for Phillip Phillips and Goo Goo dolls were inaudible at times too. Could have been the sound guys though. Now the facility was new and nice. not a bad seat in the place. New comfy seats. The facility was not designed with airflow in mind. never a breeze. It was stiffling hot. We almost left. No fans or ventilation system. If you have a health concern or elderly may consider another venue.

We went last night for the killer Foreigner/Cheap Trick/Jason Bonham Show. It was our first time here, next up Matchbox! What a cool amphitheater, we are so glad this long overdue venue is here. Parking was free with the tickets, really close, and was not bad at all getting out. There is not a bad seat anywhere. We sat in the 100s and were so close it was amazing! Security was cool and let people have their fun. Yes prices are stupid high, losing 1 star, you expect to be gouged at a show but it was excessive. Very cool having Dailys located in 2 separate locations so you could get food/drink/snacks/anything. Bathrooms were plentiful and well attended. Can not wait to go here time and again. Hopefully it will cut down on the Orlando and Tampa Concert trips!

New amphitheater which is nice. Great seating. You can see the concert clearly from any seat. Food and beer prices are a little high. $13 draft beer. The reason I am leaving one star... When my fiancee and I went to purchase a beer and a mixed drink the bartender asked for our IDS. We handed her two valid Florida drivers license. The bartender gave her ID to me and states its not valid because its vertical. I was confused because her ID isnt expired and she is over 21. So if anyone is over 21 and has a valid vertical ID, Dont plan on purchasing alcohol at this venue.

I cant believe it! On June 30th, 2017, DanTDM is coming to Jacksonville Florida for the first time! I think he saw my comment on one of his old videos a long time ago and decided, "You know What? I havent been to Florida Before. I think I should schedule a day to have a show there." My comment was, "You should come to Jacksonville, FL. (Thats Where I Live.)" As soon as I told my mom, she immediately said she would buy tickets to a good seat when she got payed! So, My dream to see DanTDM Live will come true!

There is literally not a bad seat in this amphitheatre. Seating is opera house style tiered balconies, and the seats are wide with decent walking space between. Cupholders for everybody. The sound system and acoustics are great for performances. Plenty of parking included with ticket price. Only downsides are no fans to dispense the heat, drink prices cost about the same as a new Mazda, and sunset is brutal for half the year, with the rays cooking the patrons and blinding the musical act.

We had a wonderful experience last night. A great venue. The only issue we had was the sound was not good at all in the cheap seats. Were were in section 308 . The 300 sections had really bad acoustics and felt kinda apart from the rest of the venue. Once we walked down one section to the C sections it was like a whole new experience. I would just work on the 300 sections for those that cant afford the better seats. Besides that we had a wonderful time.

I attended the Future Concert and the only complaint I had was for the sound quality in the 302 section. It was my 1st time being inside so it was kind of a test for future attendance to know where its best to sit, view and sound wise. I would recommend adding speakers to the upper decks for more clarity and perhaps some fans. We are in Florida and its humid and it felt like a work out when I left. Lol. Other than that solid job on the structure!

Attended Goo Goo Dolls Concert over Labor Day weekend. Cool new venue with very good site lines to the show. Open air theatre but appears there is no ventiLation or fans as it was very hot for the performance. We were sitting in the 200 section and would get an occasional breeze from the side. Cannot imagine how warm it would be on a very hot evening. Not sure if I would attend another event because of this.

Not a bad seat in the house! Our first show there we sat in the Terrace Suites. The experience was amazing. The value you get here is off the chart. You can easily stand in the concourse area and take in a show. The beverages were convenient to get to with great staff. To top it all off, there will always be plenty of parking, and that parking is free with a concert ticket. AMAZING addition to our city.

Nice place. I had to come in a wheelchair but didnt have handicapped accessible seats. Asked one of the numerous help personnel what I could do with my wheelchair they stored mine and took me as close ad they could to my seat in one if theirs. After the concert the lady who wheeled me up by my seat was waiting where she had let me out. Took me back to where my wheelchair was. Such nice people.

Why do we have to wait to get our VIP tickets for the concert? People with tickets were not allowed in until 1 hour before the show. We are willing to wait also, but got turned away at ticket kiosk. Then had to get back in same line 15 mins. later to get our tix. Meanwhile the main gate had already opened. Why cant we just get the tix we paid a lot of $$$ without all the extra drama ?

Love the intimacy of the venue and the bands sound great! Watching the sun setting over the city is beautiful. But when it started raining there was nothing to block the rain from blowing through. We all got wet including the seats. The workers wiped the seats once it stopped raining. The staff are very friendly. Sabrina was especially helpful when we had problems with our tx scanning.
